Was waiting for a whole 2 hours. Ended up having to call an Uber instead and was late for my marriage counseling. Like where the hell are the trains, London transport has gone downhill.

Store is very clean and hygienic. Shobi is amazing staff

Just ordered a footlong meal through Ubereats and what I got was a 6inch sub. Called the store and I was told by a female worker to reorder through the app or come collect it. The disrespect is incredible.

Ate a footlong chicken breast sub from here. Chicken tasted a bit different than usual. Then by the evening I got severe food poisoning. I didn't eat anything else after that. I Vomited 6 times throughout the night and I'm still having a rough time.

I went at 9am and the cookies were rock solid! I even asked before buying if they were fresh and their response was yes.

Staffs are rude when it gets a bit busy. All in suddent they take order and start doing something else and kept you waiting for a while till you have to tell them what you ordering.

Three staff members had a shouting match between eachother in front of customers. (One looked like a manager). The whole place is dirty with poor table cleans, leaving crumbs and sause just spread across. Windows by the food are dirty and havent had a deep clean. This place definitely needs a deep clean. Update: The below reply implies that I am a liar... What benefit to I have to gain from this? Especially from a first time visit to this branch... Three members were shouting aggressively at each other while I was trying to eat in peace... As for the cleanliness... Shall I share the photos of the greese and dirt by the food storage glass? Bad decision to make your customer look like a liar who gave you feedback upon which you should learn and improve!

My experience is not satisfactory. New staff is not making nice subway they are counting the salad while putting in the bread, even i requested to putt salad so one foot long subway will enough for me but she didn't care . This only happen in Hayes town .

Hi they have lack of knowledge about allergies yesterday I went to shop I buy gluten free wrap and either they give me expired bread or they mixed some gluten thing in my wrap Once I tried that wrap in after few mint I start itching and I got face swelling it’s dangerous to health I comment today because yesterday I was not able to do anything because of this .

I had a great experience and enjoyed my food a lot.

I have ordered poached egg and cheese sub, lady who served me was either confused, tired or extremely unprofessional, I requested cheese and toasted but she didn't put the cheese and toasted plain with egg, I told her she didn't put the cheese she was keep lying that I did, I have told her twice that she didn't pit the cheese she even open the sub looked at sub but keep lying don't know why, I have never asked her give me tea but she gave me tea and told me I asked her to give me tea, now I am having my sub without cheese but I am really confused what make her lie to me several time where clearly there is no cheese in sub, extremely unprofessional attitude. I have ordered on Monday 2nd of September 2024 today between 8:00am -8:15am
