The pizza tastes great and for 18inch 10 pounds is a good price.

Staff don’t know how to talk with Customer thay make very cheep food don’t like moon pizza anymore

Half an hour wait for thin crust when we specifically said thick crust. Extremely disappointed, they didn't meet our requirements. Too oily barely any sause and burnt, thin like paper no exaggeration even the slices where cut small. We have come in the past and the same problem :(

Told me he could do 5 grilled chicken strips. He gave me breadcrumbed pre fried chicken strips which had been blackened on a George Foreman. Avoid this brother brother clown.

After finding hair in our pizza, we rang the shop and politely tried to speak to them as the hair was under the cheese, the guy on the phone told us no women work here with a raised aggressive voice then he hung up (we certain won’t be going back there !!!!

I don't usually leave reviews but my son just ordered from here and £10 for an 18 inch pizza is a bargain! The dough was soft and crispy on the edges. The toppings were lovely and spicy. Would definitely order again. Will be our new pizza takeaway place from now on.

The short fatty that claims to own the shop had a poor attitude. I go into the shop and simply say I'll pay for the pizza once it has been made and ready - he took major issue with it and kept showing attitude and sarcasm. Doesn't understand customer service and said it's my shop so I can keep the pizza so I said keep the pizza mate and left at which point he started swearing. Don't give attitude then get upset when customer walks out fool. With this attitude the business won't thrive at all. Feel sorry for his fellow workers who work hard that have to put up with this fool.

Amazing vegetarian special pizza.full of flavour it even tastes great the next morning. The dough was fresh. Worth what you get I guess they have a brilliant chef.

Placed an order was told £21 on collection was then told its £31 prices have gone up this once golden gem has gone down hill since the new owner has taken over pizza tastes the same but they try fobbing you off saying new ingredients higher price etc What once was a good pizza great value is now just a good pizza there now on the same price range as dominos and Pizza Hut Standard in pizza although assured otherwise by owner or manager is deffinetly not better although it tastes the same the base is under done I’ve tried eating here on a couple of occasions as it used to be a weekly go to but it’s not a patch on what it used to be RIP New moon such a shame

by far the best pizza place ever lovely stuffed crust and unlike most pizza places when you order the chicken wings there is no fat or slimey skin on them very well made grate service and friendly staff been going here for years and will never go anywere else. ( mexican hot and Tandoori hot 🤌)

Ordered our normal order that we regularly order for delivery or collection and charged my daughter twice the amount!! Refused to give us a refund !! Shame as food always been faultless but lost regular custom will go else where .

Now the owners have0 changed and I ordered a large pizza with my toppings and he made 18 inch and charged me £8.00 and also forgot to put Olives. So I rang and was told will give you free pizza next time. When I ordered after few days was told by the same person he didn't say Free Pizza but free toppings. I asked so he can add 1 or 2 toppings on top of 4 toppings and would charge full price. He was full of lies and pizza wasn't great too. I will never go again.

I was new customer. But I bought pizza many time . I recommend to my friends and family. But very disappointed found hair twice in pizza. First time phone back to the shop . Manager said it's bursh hair . But after 2 weeks found hair again .same lady said bring the pizza back . She refuse again it's hair . She said it's bursh hair . Felt sick never going back .

As i first time customer, all i can say it is disgusting.. 🤮 We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, bbq wings and garlic bread. The pizza has so much bbq sauce,oily and soggy that we could not eat at all.. bbq wings taste aweful and garlic bread is like a bread with garlic butter not even toasted.. overall waste of money!!! The only good thing about this order is the Tango drink!

I have ordered two pizzas today , now am going to share my experience so that you guys could save your hard earning money because I ordered first time from this pizza house 1. Too cold and soggy 2. Worst condition of box 3. Too small in size 4. I mentioned in addition that please provide more than 2 sauces but shocking is that I didn’t received not even a single dip for garlic or ketchup as well 5. Delivery was late by 30 minutes Even I don’t want want to give a single star but zero star option is not here Worst experience ever for ordering pizza Will not order anymore from here

Woowy- Cheap and best pizzas ever had. The offers- Amazing !!! 2 small for GBP 6, 2 big for GBP-8- Wonderful stuff. Freshly made bases in front of us. Great Job guys- Especially for students like me.

The pizza had a weird smell because the meat wasn’t fresh. Could hardly eat a slice. The chicken wings were kind of stale as well. Complete waste of money!

It’s the worst pizza, I ever had since arrived in this country. The bread was not roasted properly.

The burgers we ordered are supposed to be Served with mayonnaise, onions, lettuce, cheese, fresh tomatoes & gherkins, only had lettuce and cheese, not what we paid for. The seafood pizza had a weird taste like something wasn't exactly fresh. The deal which they offer for Brunel Students doesn't apply to all students only those who live on campus this is not stated on their order page.This company is only interested in orders from the university campus and they are also happy with false advertising. Their prices are low I guess, but the quality is even lower, save yourself the bother and order from somewhere else, this will be the last time we do.

Read the previous reviews, they're there for a reason, don't make the same mistake I did. Awful service, food took ages to come, promised us 20 mins came an hour later. Do yourself a favour and don't come here.

Very disappointed with our order. We have been coming to this place for 8-9 years and gradually last few years was getting bad but today was the top.We have ordered new moon special 18 inch and we received bread with cheese , few salami but no peppers, no onions ,no ham....NEVER AGAIN.

Placed the order told me 15 minutes when I arrived they hadn’t even started making the pizza, despite that I had to wait another 20 minutes. Also, they gave me incorrect change back and overcharged me. Strongly do not recommend this place to anyone

Non existent customer care. Ordered a pizza told me 10-15 mind to be ready for collection, half h later go In to the shop and not only hadn't they started , I had to repeat my order again so basically I don't know why were they even pretending to take my order over the phone. All so asked for thin base with less cheese, dude made it with extra cheese and thick base. Wasted hour of my day to this sh*t

Called new moon to make pizza. They told me it will be ready in 15/20 mins, i came 35 mins later and the pizza was still not ready. On top of that they didnt even make the pizza i want and their excuse was ‘it is busy so sometimes you dont get what you want’? Do not order pizza from these people. Appalling customer service.

Pizza is what you'd expect, excellent value for money. However, the rest of the dishes have a lot to desire; calzone is nothing like what it supposed to be, it's just another pizza, both the wings and the ribs are just bones and the wraps indebly salty. I hope it was just a bad day.

Very unsatisfied customer. Made simple order via hungry house, and delivery was 45min late. When I called to find out what was going on, just got told it was coming, no apology. When it did finally arrive, it wasn't even complete! Still waiting for my curly fries...

Would not even give a one star. Food is absolutely nit good. I ordered a pizza and it took more than an hour to receive it. When I got it, it looks like I ordered thick bread with cheese 😑😑😑. Doesn’t even deserve to be paid for, utter dissapointment, most dissatisfied!! I was treated horribly by the workers when I called, to make my request, certain items where kept by the driver even though it was all paid for! Would not advise anyone to make an order from this takeaway service unless you want to end up being another sick and unwell customer!

"Fast food" - far from it! This takeaway caters to guests staying at the easyhotel Heathrow however I would recommend phoning your order through from the plane as it taxis to the terminal as it took over an hour to arrive! Pizzas were barely edible, chips were of cardboard texture and all was colder than the north pole! Would rather go hungry than ever have to order from here again.

Worst pizza experience i have ever had. The boss was rude of the phone even when asking for my post code and house number! The pizza was 8"" when I ordered a 10"" . £13 for a 8"" pizza is unacceptable, and the boss refused to accept that it was smaller then the stated size on the order, hung up on the phone and did not pick up again after. I would recommend going to a pizza place with better customer service and morals in place.

Read the reviews thinking: 'Gah! This place can't be that bad!' 'The other reviews have just got to be pessimists or something' Now the food has arrived it's not ALL that bad. The drink and coleslaw are nice and cold. The trouble however, comes when you attempt to eat all the other food. Eurgh. I love fried chicken I really do but this places chicken needs you to be reaaaally drunk or hungry to find it delicious. The outer skin is hard and tasteless, the inside (If you got that far) is dark and kinda gank, as if it's been cooked and refrozen a fair few times. The thing that got to me though is the shape of the things. It'll have you guessing which chunk of a very unfortunate chicken it is for far too long. Do yourself a favour and go to the Co-op or anywhere else.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Food is good, service is slow however, for a fast food restaurant anyway. Pretty cheap in comparison with others. Open till very late and deliver well into the early hours.

They put mayo in a burgee that was asked for with ketchup then covered it with ketchup and made the burger disgusting... disapointed.

Paid £18.30 for one 12" meat fest pizza via hungry house! Would have been ok if the pizza was at least nice- it was extremely greasy with small toppings and never hot extra tuna i was charged for. This is ridiculous price of at least top class restaurant order. Will definitely not order again! However it was delivered super quick and the delivery man was very polite and cheerful.

worst driver ever, assaulted me over him not having a change of 1 pound , saying hell take my 20 and get me back 9 quid over 11 bill. i said no he wrestled me over it, confirming i shouldnt trust him with that

Ordered two pizzas on bogof plus garlic pizza bread, I was told 30-45 mins, after an hour I phoned again asking about my order and was told we have been busy and the pizza would be 2-3 mins, another 15 mins passed by still no pizza, so I phoned again, this time was told he would phone the driver and call me back, 5 mins later he called back, this time I said he could stick the pizzas and I would walk down the road for some chicken, 3-4 mins later the manager called and apologised for the delay stating an accident had blocked the road, then the driver was new, the manager said he would give me a discount of £6 I agreed as I was starving at this point, 5 mins later the pizzas finally arrived felt warm but when we got them out the box took a bite and the pizzas where like warm and smothered in grease so could not be eaten, I phoned again and aked for the manager, he apologised again and said he would send fresh pizzas to which my reply was you can stick them, avoid this place like the plaque, I have had many many pizzas over the years but this was by far the worst experience I have ever received... Rant over...

Phoned my order in, guy was rude telling me he decided to charge me delivery instead of the offered "free delivery" as they were busy, I agreed but still was told if I ordered online for the free delivery he would find the order and charge it anyway... Food took an agreeable amount of time to arrive, granted they were busy. It was delivered by someone in learner car driving like a maniac. The order was wrong and the delivery driver quoted me a price higher than what I had been told on the phone, so I had to explain that the price was not correct. Food was okay, but not worth the hassle. Last thing, the guy on the phone has zero manners and both times I called I was left waiting for over a couple of minutes whilst I could hear him talking to customers. Oh and they forgot my sauce.

Very unhappy - order was for 2 for the price of 1. When I called to rectify was told that because I didn't specify in the additional notes a second pizza isn't prepared. A special offer is a special offer!! You should not have to request what is part of the offer - then the owner was extremely rude over the phone.

Awful awful awful. Told our address 6 times to the guy on the phone. Told 30 mins took one hour. Box of chicken open and pieces missing. All the food stone cold. No apology when we phoned to complain only "what do you want me to do? " this place used to be good but must have been taken over by rude people who don't give a Crap about customer service.
