This is regarding the kind staff who found my son s airpods and returned them So grateful. They were dropped outside the shop I wasn’t aware they were missing for a few month s. ( teenage son) just told me today. They kept the on charge so they could be tracked Staff are always kind to my son and his mates Thank you once again

Always great service, especially from Hemanth. He takes customer service to the next level and takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. I even got a Christmas card! I don't know any other establishment like this to do that.

Two stars for friendly service. The prices are extortionate for what is basically a sandwich! When did that happen?! I haven't had Subway for a long time, but I don't remember it being so expensive. It's a lunch meal deal, for the same price as dinner. They also charge £2.99 for delivery (to the end of the same road, where I live) when all other nearby takeaways are free. The cookie and treat section only had two types of cookies. Was never a huge fan but that's me done with Subway.

I eat here all the time. Food is always good, fast service, friendly staff and the place is clean. Highly recommend!

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews usually, but my goodness did I have a bad experience with them this morning. Was served food that was un cooked, not just cold but actually uncooked. I asked for it to be cooked as I'm not eating raw sausage and the staff member ,"Lalatch" he said his name was, was rude, argumentative and told me to "eat it as it comes". Luckily for Lalatch I am not an idiot as if I had followed his rude instructions and eaten raw pork he would be facing a lawsuit now instead of just a bad review. Be careful eating from this branch everyone, the staff are rude and serve dangerous food. I have the conversation with Lalatch recorded if the manager of the branch would like to hear just how awful this staff member is to customers and the reputation of the branch.

My and my son go there occasionally but this time it was so uncomfortable. Staff didn't really care much, no greetings, no smiles or interest shown in customers and one of the member of staff was asleep on one of the seats. It's a shame.

Just phoned them to ask why I have lost all my points because their old app "is toast" and new app says 0 points-had the phone put down on me and so I went into the shop to say of my unhappiness at the rudeness of that and to ask what happened to the app, and thought I might get a 6inch-"sorry he did not understand" says one guy...well WHY is he even answering the phone then if he does not understand?! And to be told"well I lost my points to and everyone has to start again BUT you can have 50%off a footlong-I wanted a 6inch not footlong. It is DISGUSTING to have earned all those points, to have a rude server who ignores your question-he could say "hello" ti me so I think it was just totally out of order behaviour by the staff member and to be honest -as a loyal customer for several years, seeing them struggle to stay afloat-and I have tried to do my bit as a customer to help them by buying food!! I am livid. If THIS is how they treat their customers they will lose them. Today they have lost myself and my family as customers from ALL Subway stores. Disgraceful!!! I am angry.

Bread was definitely not fresh. Was also baked so long it just crumbled. Many serving had an attitude because the app was not working. No one in there so obviously no atmosphere. Deleted app and vow to never go here again.

All I got were 3 tiny scoops of tuna in a 6" which was then spread out thinly. You get more in a greggs roll.

I do love a subway but some are better than others. The one in Peacehaven does a decent size sald, an area that can be lacking sometime.

To be perfectly honest the staff looked totally pissed off☹ and not very welcoming and unhelpful, on the plus side the food was nice. I will review again in the near future & hopefully see a smile on the staff's face 😊 so I can only give 3 Stars ☆☆☆ (I Always give a honest trusted review with over 6 million views)

Get there today at 8 o'clock in the morning and they not even open and yesterday went to the one at Queens Rd next to the station and opening times says 7:30 am and we've been there just before 8 am and the door still closed. Soon bad!!!! Not going there anymore...

The Staffs are very unfriendly and not welcoming . I came in the door the staff just keeps on cleaning the floor ignoring me like they are not happy for me to be there . The staff was acting very rude to me . He just throw my food on the table with saying anything it and being so aggressive

It fills a gap and I would usually only use occasionally. It is conveniently located near the Post Office and there is parking available. For all purposes, it is a glorified sandwich! Staff are pleasant but I find I do have to repeat myself sometime due to a slight language barrier (Not a game changer but relevant). They do follow correct hygiene protocol and deliver the brand expectations. Pricey for what it is. 🤷‍♂️

The taste and quality is no different to any other Subway. However, make sure you add up what you’re ordering to ensure you’ve been charged correctly. We’ve been overcharged as meal deals are not put through correctly.

Awfull experience. Poorly made subway

So I ordered a breakfast sub, the bacon was so uncooked I almost started CPR on the poor thing, the sausage had less flavour than a piece of paper and the eggs well where do I start, I'm sure the poor guy behind the counter must have had parkinsons, he dropped 2 eggs on the floor, then proceeded to ask if the single egg he had out in my foot long sub was ok because he was struggling.

Insisted on making me order my salad before toasting my sandwich in the oven. Said it's how it was done here... I found that bizarre considering I was in a restaurant where you get to customize your sandwich exactly how you want it. Not to mention, putting a salad in an oven makes it roast vegetables

Absolutely terrible ordered though just eat app took way over a hour to turn up when unwrapped was completely wrong phoned the shop and was hung up on twice by a so called manager called back and all they said was going to redeliver the order no sign of a new sub being sent out and had to go to work very rude staff

I bought a ham 6" in a hearty Italian, filled it with fresh, crispy salad and they toasted it! Second time this has happened. Who the hell toasts salad! Really unhappy.

Waited 1 hour 10 mins for delivery when food did come it was uncooked stold cold straight out the fridge when I called store they argues with me telling me it had been he did it himself when I was standing there with it in my hand really really bad service you can clearly see by the cheese not being melted and perfectly cut to a triangle size it had not been simple because cheese melts !!!!!

first of all had to wait over hour and half for delivery but apparently traffic was bad so that cant be helped but when delivery came after spending around £22 for 2 large rolls with drinks i didnt expect the bread to be stale and rock hard at ends and stale through the rolls , i rang the shop to tell them as to be fair ive ordered alot and never had a problem but was just told sorry they were ok when left and must of been as in car for ages , i have been in catering all my life and also years of working in a bakery so i no rolls dont go from fresh to stale in an hour and a half , i dont like writing bad reviews but tried couple bites then just binned as wasnt edible and a total waste of money

Terrible. Incompetent service and poor quality of food compare to other Subway outlets. I love Subway but this is the most disappointing experience. I might understand that they busy but sacrificing the service and quality of food was not acceptable. Delivery through Justeat always late. Standard food delivery time maximum is 45mins but 1 hour and 20mins on our first order and exactly an hour and second delivery. Food is cold when it arrives, stale bread, sandwich could be either you taste the sauce that meat/veg on it or no sauce at all and some items were missing. Taking Action on complaints/investigation was very slow. Getting response from them would be so difficult but thanks to social media to get immediate action from them. Lastly, instead of apologizing and rectify the concern, they will make you feel guilt as well by not providing good service - telling that thet were so busy with a less staff (doesnt customer issue) and some detailed family emergency (there are some things needs to be private and issue not related to complaints).

It's Subway and they serve 'Large Sandwiches'. The staff never seem overly enthusiastic but they do follow the basic hygeine requirements which is a plus.

This subway in particular is bad I came here the other day Got the usual italian B.M.T foot long when they asked . Me what salad i wanted they were very stingy with it

Placed an order off just eat, took 1 hr to be delivered was only 2x meatballs, pepsi an 1 footlong, the food was cold and had missing 1 portion of meatballs and a drink, rung up to get a delivery for them to deliver our missing items, spoke to 2 woman who work there asking for my order number which i supplied and apparently it wasnt on there system, 1 of them could of made the order, unhelpful on the phone and not understanding wouldnt do a re deliver or offer a refund i would have to go through the app...

If you like to order your food for delivery and then wait 2 hours for cold food then this is the place for you, also staff were incompetent

It's a subway. Same menu. Same bread. Was a clean shop. Parking a bit tricky, but manageable. The salami was moist and tender. The lettuce had an irridescent sheen.

Did training here last week, all the staff were very welcoming and so helpful, the whole operation and behind the scene is immaculate and the subway food was lovely would highly recommend great staff great Subs and well kept clean sitting areas
