Food always good at a subway let's be fair, the staff were pretty useless but that also to be expected at a subway nowadays. Also it's gotten expensive to eat here. Not really worth it. Make a sandwich at home.

Wanted to leave a second positive review in a month after another great visit last night. A few weeks ago they re-sent my solo order for a chicken and bacon footlong with lettuce and mayo out for delivery despite a mistake I made when not requesting it toasted online for delivery. And last night the staff were kind, patient and added more bacon to my other half's order when asked with uderstanding to his bacon desires, no question. They also didn't ask for further payment for the additional bacon and despite his requests, was still happy and wished us both goodnight. Thank you :)

This is regarding the kind staff who found my son s airpods and returned them So grateful. They were dropped outside the shop I wasn’t aware they were missing for a few month s. ( teenage son) just told me today. They kept the on charge so they could be tracked Staff are always kind to my son and his mates Thank you once again

Always great service, especially from Hemanth. He takes customer service to the next level and takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. I even got a Christmas card! I don't know any other establishment like this to do that.

Two stars for friendly service. The prices are extortionate for what is basically a sandwich! When did that happen?! I haven't had Subway for a long time, but I don't remember it being so expensive. It's a lunch meal deal, for the same price as dinner. They also charge £2.99 for delivery (to the end of the same road, where I live) when all other nearby takeaways are free. The cookie and treat section only had two types of cookies. Was never a huge fan but that's me done with Subway.

Cheese wasn’t melted enough needs to be toasted more and didn’t have my white and raspberry cookies very disappointed but I enjoyed it a lot thank you xxx

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews usually, but my goodness did I have a bad experience with them this morning. Was served food that was un cooked, not just cold but actually uncooked. I asked for it to be cooked as I'm not eating raw sausage and the staff member ,"Lalatch" he said his name was, was rude, argumentative and told me to "eat it as it comes". Luckily for Lalatch I am not an idiot as if I had followed his rude instructions and eaten raw pork he would be facing a lawsuit now instead of just a bad review. Be careful eating from this branch everyone, the staff are rude and serve dangerous food. I have the conversation with Lalatch recorded if the manager of the branch would like to hear just how awful this staff member is to customers and the reputation of the branch.

Good management very quick service ,very good meat portion when compared to other stores.

My and my son go there occasionally but this time it was so uncomfortable. Staff didn't really care much, no greetings, no smiles or interest shown in customers and one of the member of staff was asleep on one of the seats. It's a shame.

Not very filled sandwiches this time which is very unfortunate. Asked for lettuce amongst other salad bits and did not get this is my sandwich. A bit disappointed this time.

Food was absolutely diabolical. Freezing cold and clearly rushed when made. Wont be ordering again from them.

Just phoned them to ask why I have lost all my points because their old app "is toast" and new app says 0 points-had the phone put down on me and so I went into the shop to say of my unhappiness at the rudeness of that and to ask what happened to the app, and thought I might get a 6inch-"sorry he did not understand" says one guy...well WHY is he even answering the phone then if he does not understand?! And to be told"well I lost my points to and everyone has to start again BUT you can have 50%off a footlong-I wanted a 6inch not footlong. It is DISGUSTING to have earned all those points, to have a rude server who ignores your question-he could say "hello" ti me so I think it was just totally out of order behaviour by the staff member and to be honest -as a loyal customer for several years, seeing them struggle to stay afloat-and I have tried to do my bit as a customer to help them by buying food!! I am livid. If THIS is how they treat their customers they will lose them. Today they have lost myself and my family as customers from ALL Subway stores. Disgraceful!!! I am angry.

Bread was definitely not fresh. Was also baked so long it just crumbled. Many serving had an attitude because the app was not working. No one in there so obviously no atmosphere. Deleted app and vow to never go here again.

Decent as usual however the meatballs lid came off and leaked all over the bag and the rest of the order.

All I got were 3 tiny scoops of tuna in a 6" which was then spread out thinly. You get more in a greggs roll.

I do love a subway but some are better than others. The one in Peacehaven does a decent size sald, an area that can be lacking sometime.

To be perfectly honest the staff looked totally pissed off☹ and not very welcoming and unhelpful, on the plus side the food was nice. Absolutely wonderful tuna sub ! Tasty with plenty of filling, very generous. Delivered by a very pleasant and friendly chap.

Get there today at 8 o'clock in the morning and they not even open and yesterday went to the one at Queens Rd next to the station and opening times says 7:30 am and we've been there just before 8 am and the door still closed. Soon bad!!!! Not going there anymore...

The Staffs are very unfriendly and not welcoming . I came in the door the staff just keeps on cleaning the floor ignoring me like they are not happy for me to be there . The staff was acting very rude to me . He just throw my food on the table with saying anything it and being so aggressive

Asked for lots of sauce because you don’t normally get much but , they were absolutely drowning in the stuff. Not gonna take stars off because I did ask for it. Just beware when you ask for lots you get LOTS

Tuna subway delivered with an additional extras of woodlice in the box. Management collected complete order and apologised but am now unable to get a refund from Just Eat because photos of woodlice not taken. Absolutely disgusting food and customer service
