Subway in South Ayrshire

Shop was shut but they took money off me. Absolutely useless

Never arrived. The app said it had been delivered so I guess someone got a free sandwich. I'll certainly never order from here again.

Its not even here and it says delivered

Food eventually arrived after over an hour when it should have been 15-30 mins. I was given an update that it was delayed but it arrived 40 mins after that time. the food obviously was stone cold, soggy because they put a cold bottle of (incorrect drink) on the food.

Was not worth £40 they put nachos in the footlong. When this wasn’t selected it was horrible to eat crisps in soggy dry bread. Still in shock how bad this was.

I waited 1 hour and a half for my food and it says it’s been delivered the man on the phone was very rude and hung up on me absolute joke of a place

Visited subway 2 men working could not care less. Ordered a 6 inch sub asked for all salad and got a small amount of lettuce. Also got a turkey salad that barely covered the bottom of the box. Guy had attitude when getting a fork for my salad. Not cheap at £9.37 for these item's. Won't go back to this branch

after the ayr central subway cancelled yet another order as they wanted home. Carrick street gladly accepted the order and delivered in great time. would recommend Carrick street & avoid ayr central if you want to recieve your order.

Waffle fries soggy and mushy. Also there was no miss call or voice msg as claimed am utter appalled at what was ordered

Our delivery time kept on changing which it overall late. When we got our order it was wrong which resulted in a whole foot long being wasted 😩 very disappointed

Yummy. Got a veggie “deluxe” with basically no veggies.

driver was very kind and efficient

got a footling cookie for free with my order which I wasn't expecting but overall my sub was delicious and so were my garlic and herb bites will definitely be ordering again.

ordered foot long churros x2 received no dipping sauce. ordered nachos and a foot long sub which were both cold as the driver had no clue where he was going and drove in and out the street twice then spent 10 mins walking around with my order ( not inside just eat bag ) therefore the food was cold when he arrived.

I have not received my order at all and has been changed to delivered when I have waited 3 hrs for it to arrive

your delivery driver is careless and bashed the bag going up the stairs then tried to get me to bend and reach over a railing as he was too lazy to walk up the stairs. I ordered it to my door not to the floor below me- why they are so incompetent is beyond me.

You tookbthebfull ammount of money of me after I put the code in that you gave me so I never recieved my discount that I was supposed to get you know I order of you every week and also buy from your shop when I'm in town I told the driver tonight when he delivered but no doubt he didn't very disapointed

I had ordered a very clearly vegetarian lunch from here and inside the Nachos I found a massive chunk of beef. This meant I couldn’t eat my lunch and it went straight into the bin £11 wasted. The absolute lack of standards and attention to detail is ridiculous! Ordinarily this subway is great but I’ve noticed a decline in quality recently and this just sealed that. I will not be back.

The roll was a bit hard at the end and it wasn't a 6" one it was smaller than the last one I ordered its not like youe's as I always order from your company

Asked for it toasted, not toasted, asked for crispy onions, none to be found, asked for 9 cookies (3 x 3) only got 3, if they read the check, wouldn't have this issue.

paid for my 2 x foot long meatball mariara subs through your website then went tocollect them only to be told they were not making them today as the oven they keep the meatballs warm in has broken down so now im 19 pounds down and no subs

Over impressive delivery time, absolutely deliciously filled footlongs as part of the Meal Deal for 2; which included a box of nachos so hot the Devil would pass, 3 big choc chip cookies and a big bottle of tango. Better and better with every order. 5/5.

Sent wrong food. I think this is the 3rd time in a row now. Gonna end up putting someone with allergies in hospital at this rate. Everyone makes mistake but 3 in a row shows they don't care. This is a joke

Had my bespoke breakfast order sitting in front of me 20 mins after ordering. Absolutely exceptional service and the food was delivered hot, tasted delicious and was a hit with everyone.

Ordered a meatball marinara and got some cold baguette with cheese, salami and ham……. Disappointed isn’t even the start of it.

Best subs in the industry , fast becoming the benchmark for this type of meal .keep it up gang!

My food took an hour and a half to arrive and i order 2 pepperoni slices and they didn’t come instead I got given 2 bags of crisps! I’m fuming after waiting rhat long to not get 2 of our main items. Crisps certainly don’t match up to the price of the pizza slices. I also ordered rainbow cookies and I got given normal chocolate chip instead.Very disappointed to say the least.

Meant to be delivered at 1pm, went it to shop at 2pm and food was sat bagged on top of oven and told them to cancel it, tried to call shop for over an hour and delivery driver called at 3.50pm to say he was outside. Food had sat in shop bagged for 2.5hrs or longer. We weren’t in at delivery so never received any food at all

Wrong bread and wrong chicken. Given the option I wouldn’t have chosen to change my order rather than receive what I did. Very disappointed. Won’t be using again

Food freezing cold, stale and solidified it took so long to get a driver to deliver it. Said driver then dumped it on my door mat and was back on scooter within the 30 seconds it took me to answer the door, leaving me with a smashed up sandwich and packet of cookie dust.

I've order a few times from here, I would definitely recommend and delivery has been so quick and efficient 😁🤘
