Subway in North Norfolk

Perfect footlong subs. Still warm on delivery. Delivery man was brilliant. Delivered to caravan park and drove right up to me as it was raining rather than leaving it at reception. He then got out to transfer it to my shopping bag rather than pass it through the window as a previous driver has done. Friendly and clean looking.

The time specified for delivery was 40 to 50 minutes. There was a knock on the door around 10 minutes. Everything was perfect. We'll continue to use this service. Better than McDonalds, where you wait 10 minutes just for a cappuccino.

Went into subway at cromer today with my work colleague my usual server emma she was training a girl the food was as requested and service was great by both girls

The food is pretty much what you'd expect from a Subway - decent stuff at a decent price, however, they never seem to have any 'hearty Italian' bread which is a big shame. The thing that really lets this branch down is the staff; incredibly dismissive and miserable, you'd be lucky to get a 'hello' or a 'please' & 'thank you' out of them, they really do act as if they're doing you a massive favour by serving you, not a smile in sight. The only exception to this is (who I assume to be the manager) Piotr - he's a lovely chap, always up for a chat and can't do enough for you, the other staff could definitely learn a thing or two from him.

Have been visiting this subway for years having lived in Norfolk for over 10 years and am never disappointed with the service nor the quality . The staff are always accommodating and helpful. I worked in the hospitality trade for 15 years prior to becoming a key worker and making sure people live, my motto in my role is to give people what they need not what they want . If something is a lifestyle choice then one must accept that it’s your lifestyle no one else’s and if it’s a need and put across as a allergy with severe side affects then it would be attended too. We have all been living through a pandemic where the population hasn’t been in a position to enjoy nor live normal lives and having places open to grab a bite on the run or before a shop when it’s all freshly prepared is a real treat but situations I have been in help me as a human being appreciate all things in life and having a place like subway locally has been a treat for me for many years , especially the reasonable prices for fresh produce ! I appreciate as well as my family all your hard work Matt and the team ! Thank you 🙏 our subway and delicious nachos didn’t touch sides in the sunshine ! Very professional had survived the lunch rush and smiling didn’t miss any ingredient that we had requested . Thanks again

I visited Cromer Subway a couple of weeks ago and noticed some chocolate orange cookies in a box which stated ‘Vegan’. I bought a pack and ate one at the time and just taken the rest out of my cupboard to either eat or throw depending on their condition only to find they contain BUTTER, MILK and EGG. Thankfully I’m not dairy intolerant but had I been there could have been serious consequences. Obviously a member of staff put the packet in there. Clearly they don’t train their staff properly to understand the difference between vegan and not vegan - and the seriousness of these consequences.

Had no tuna no crisps and gone off salad don't waste your time absolutely *ucking useless, normally ok for a quick tea but not again

Dropped into subway after shopping next door and saw they were doing some new wraps and wow they were great. So much filling and at a good price. Will be back soon.

Cannot believe in the height of August especially carnival week Subway Cromer closed at 8.00 pm they do not want people's custom still we enjoyed the local fish and chips instead.

Called into subway after shopping next door at lidl as I was too hungry to wait to get home and prepare lunch. I found the staff friendly, polite and helpful, and although the shop is quite small, it's well kept, clean and tidy. I'd definitely go back, the manageress was friendly as were her team (2 guys)

Subway is a sub way, same food in same bread day in day out, its quick and easy, the place was clean warm and staff friendly,

Can't fault a good subway especially when it's right on your door step! The only problem I have is that sometimes they run out of meatballs ..... my favourite :((( apart from that yummy

With the location right on top of Cromer next to Lidls you would think this franchise has it all going for it. However you would be wrong, it is a small place with a few tables that were dirty when I went in. There was a small queue, but still we had a long wait as there ws not enough staff serving. The person who did serve us was under immense strain and never stopped, but surely in this day and age Subway should do better. a percentage of the breads were out of stock, and this was also not good. On the bright side the salad filling was well topped up and fresh and the servers attention did her credit even with the rush! , pity the tables did not have that level. Needs better management I feel .

Clean environment, friendly staff and the ingredients are always fresh. Everyone loves a subway now and then and I can't resist and Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread with extra cheese and toasted 😊

Good choice of subs good value for money whether you go for breakfast or lunch and really friendly staff
