Subway in South Holland

Only one member of staff when we walked in, she was very pleasant, after our food was ready had to wait a while at the till and another member of the staff appeared. The food was fine, typical of Subway. Now the worst part, I think the staff need training on how to use a dustpan and brush as the floor was in a disgusting state, food debris under all the tables, not good.

worst subway I've ever been to. I visited it with my little daughter to get something for her to eat and I will never go back there!!! At the cash register, I waited for someone to come and finally asked if I could pay, to which I was treated ignorantly by one of the employees: "She can't do everything at once!"

Worst subway I have been to. Waited half an hour due to such slow service and then when got to the front they had ran out of italian bread and ham. Ordered some 6 inch subs and for saying they are £5 each for the sub alone they were so stingey with the fillings. Tuna didnt even cover the bread and then about 10 pieces of sweetcorn only! They weighed out the steak and hardly gave any, not seen this done before at a subway. Then we get to till and ask for it as meal deal as per the advert all over the radio £5:49 but not at this franchise, its over £7 and they even charge you an extra 60p if your drink it one with a lid!! Absolute rip off for a bit of toasted bread with hardly any filling, a cookie and a drink nearly £8. Will not be back to this subway thats for sure as feel thoroughly robbed at £30 for a few sparcely filled sarnies and drinks.

A customer next to me refused his order because not all ingredients were available for his order, the staff member, instead if discarding the ingredients put it back in the dishes , cheese that had been put on top of meat! This is really bad practice.

Went to this place once and once only. Rude ignorant Staff as Spalding people generally are, No interest in what they do and how they present themselves... Awful

Stood there waiting for ten mins no one to be seen. Walked off and went next door to Costas as they actually had staff there waiting to serve you,as you would expect.

First time at Springfields Shopping Outlet and we had stopped for a coffee and some lunch. The choice at the outlet was quite limited so we decided on a Subway. Really lovely friendly and efficient staff here - they got on well with each other and worked well as a team. Great service and very nice sandwich.

Ordered a sub meal when it arrived it looked like a train crash, the roll was toasted when I asked it not to be, there was no cheese on it when I asked for and paid for that, there was a teaspoon of tuna in it a morsel of lettuce it looked revolting. Had been looking forward to this all day ended up in the bin. When I rang to complain the response was as bad as the sub will not order from there again. Very poor ,

Just have a foot long sandwich with the steak meet in it , friendly staff but no meet in the sandwich, really disappointed,,I am a regular customer of subway as travelling a lot , but this one was my worst experience with subway , Sorry to give 2 points rate but honestly was not better then that ,

Been a cash only outlet for over two weeks now. Rather disappointing given the current pandemic and how some wish to avoid contact with others. Won’t be coming back

Been here 4 times to get meatball marinaras haven't managed to get one yet so decided not to bother going anymore

Not very pleased with this place asked for a tuna roll the girl smothered it with mayo but clean and tidy won’t eat there again. Good value for money my husbands meal was good.

I am a bit late to have my first Sandwich from a Subway. I bought a vegetarian Sub for my wife.. it was delicious. The best bit was that the very friendly young ladies were very careful not to touch anything which was not vegetarian which I was most impressed about. Good Price, Good Food and friendly staff.. what else could you want well done.

Wirg kids my first subway, son loves this place, staff friendly cleaning at end of shift. Coffee flavours limited.

The Travelodge only supply a boxed breakfast so we popped into here for a sub for breakfast. Pleasant service lots of choice and economical.
