Abysmal. There was only one member of staff on at a busy time. Pretended my order had not shown up on her screen over a half hour period. Asked for a refund, she turned her back. Will never use Subway again.

Just been in subway on squires gate it’s absolutely awful nothing has been wiped down the glass covering the food is smeared with finger prints and sauces , there is crumbs everywhere you look. A member of staff is touching food after he has handled money then he forgot he had no hat on and touched his hair then touched my food🤢then put his hat back on.Gross! Tables were dirty and there was no body in.My sandwich need to say went in the bin and i won’t be going back again. It used to been amazing.

As a regular Subway customer, I had high hopes for this Subway. I was right to believe it would be a great experience. Not only did we have quick service, the workers were friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back again!

Outside is a mess with the tables and scrap car. Inside was a disgrace the floor had been swept and just piled up next the the drinks area and been walked in. Needs a serious tidy up for a food venue.

What can you say about Subway that hasn't already been said beforehand......I din't know but I will try - the food and drink is always up to a very high standard, which they never fall below. Definitely worth more visits, well done

Watched the service today 5/10/2019 while waiting and it was first class, both members remind me of customer service from the past, because the customer in front took too long asking questions my hot sandwich went cold while waiting on the pass, rather than still sending it out they made me a new one ! that just doesn’t happen anymore, but should - great customer service that has made me write a review, both staff members today are top class - 5 star

No issue with the food here but unfortunately the lack of baby changing lowered my review. Not the best thing having to change our 1 year old on the floor of toilet

Good food, great location, always clean and tidy, good deals, the staff are wonderful. Can’t complain.

The people here are always nice and happy to be working but the food at this one is poor ive been 3 times last month and everytime the same idk what they are doing but they only thing they can fix fast is change the coke machine more offten as all 3 times it needed changing sorry to say I'll never be returning

Ordered a ham on Italian with salad cheese no sauce, received ham on white no cheese and covered in sauce rang up got told as ordered through just eat nothing store will do ! They made the flaming sandwich wrong not justeat!! justeat couldn't get them to refund me nor deliver the correct one as after an hour and half of phones calls between the two places and daughter taking it back to the local shop to be told it's another shop 45mins walk away so they cant help it was closing! so just eat sent a £3 voucher, doubt that will fill me up as a replacement sandwich mind... how hard is it to make a sandwich😳

but the guys here really do try their best to satisfy the customers--promotional mini always seems to be outside---I wish all the best to the owners.

Just your standard subway store. Staff always helfpul and friendly and the food is always top quality. You can always rely on the store for good food

Ordered the footlong steak and peppered cheese on hearty Italian with green peppers and ranch dressing with a double chocolate cookie - delicious! Prompt customer service, in and out in little time at all - thank you!

Great value salads are good £3 and a coffee can't complain at that price It's always busy between 12.30 and 2 so if your rushing you might need to wait for 5 or 10 minutes but the staff are always good and you don't wait long.

Go hear once a month subs never disappoint. On the other hand the staff there are the most miserable people never smile and crap customer service a lot of Rome for improvement.

Amazing go every week, staff couldn't be more helpful excellent food and the cookies are good I recommend going if your near I garuntee you'll enjoy it
