Subway in Portsmouth

Ordered 2 x breakfast subs thismorning, arrived earlier than scheduled really nice, and thankyou very much for the 2 x free cookies. Happy New Year!

I've eaten in the shop and ordered from user eats and both times the staff were outstanding! Very good service both times. I will definitely be going here again.

Just left this establishment having bought two, foot-long Subs (which were excellent) Absolutely no complaints about the food. When my colleague and I entered the restaurant, there were two delivery drivers having their orders made up...no problem with that. However, what did piss me off, is that in addition to the three staff behind the counter, there was also a Manager. At no point whatsoever, did the Manger or a member of staff look up to acknowledge our presence. A simple "Hello, be with you in a minute, just got to prepare these orders" would have been nice. The Manager then rather rudely gave one of his young staff a needlessly gruff order. After several minutes of appearing to be invisible, I decided to take a look at my watch to see how long it would take before we were eventually noticed. Having been stood in font of the oblivious Manger for a further 6-minutes, another member of staff appeared, acknowledged us and took our order. I am of the option that the staff at this establishment are in need of training (which is of no fault of their own) and that the Manager needs training in customer care, staff appreciation and how to provide his staff with suitable training and support! The young lady that served us on the till, was extremely pleasant, polite and professional...Unlike the Manager!

I want impressed when I went to this subway I wanted a 6inch Italian with ham cheese cucumber lettuce mayo but instead I got a 6 inch hearty Italian with lettuce mayo cucumber and sweetcorn I proceeded to tell them I didn’t want the sweetcorn and they picked half of the sweet corn of and left the rest on

Had a lovely meal from here. Staff are very kind. Food was packaged nicely and had a lovely little message on the packet

I have used this Subway several times and it is my preferred Subway in Portsmouth. I tend to get roast chicken salad box and love the fresh salad, especially spinach which not all Subways do (although an increasing number do). They remembered my preference which always makes one feel welcome. On my walk home with my salad I thought about this; they remember your preference and you feel welcome; they remember your preference because you have visited multiple times which you did because you liked the service. 🤔 Can’t get a clearer recommendation for a place than that?

We always choose this Subway in Portsmouth as it's clean and we alwasy receive great customer service.We ordered platters for birthday party and they did a great job!always kept us informed,food was ready at the time we specified.Thank you so much and we shall return again and again and again!

I ordered veggie patty as meal and was very delicious. One thing more very friendly and cool service. I will give you full star and always visited there.

Really good workers so kind to me at all times helpful as u like overall a very good place to go to class to be honest

I stayed in Ibiz hotel and found myself surrounded with KFC, McDonalds and my favourite Subway which is located next door to the hotel. So was very happy with that. Great service received from a friendly staff. The guys, the best sandwiches made by Subway, what else you want.
