Took 25 minutes to get served with only 1 person in front of me in the queue. 3 staff “working” when arrived, only 1 serving. Others folding boxes in the back, or on their phones and the prioritising packing orders rather than the customers in front of them. Staff incredibly slow.

ice cream clearly refrozen, not toasted at all, no cheese, just really disappointed lol

The driver did not attempt to knock or ring the bell to let us know they were here, they just left the food at the door so by the time we found it it was cold. Also the nachos and the chicken bites were soggy and inedible

Food was nearly 1hr late. When it arrived it was cold and looked rushed. Not what I would expect from such a well known company

All 3 were not toasted as requested and one didn’t have cheese either . Poor really as it’s not hard to follow a simple order . Getting as bad as Mac Donald’s over the road

The menu has a good variety now, so it suits us better for vegan and vegetarian choices. Do not always have vegan cheese, so it can be a little unreliable.

It took half an hour to get served as the staff were extremely slow.

Cheese bites weren't hot.hash browns were mushy. But ok in general

lush. can never go wrong with a subway :) shame that you never have pepsi or sprite or iced tea anymore, but still worth it every time <3

The bag was open, the wrapping on one of the sandwiches was broke, like someone took a look inside, I ordered x3 dip, I received only x2..bear in mind they charge you for it, I choose wrap and sandwich to be toasted, not even close ...So, food quality is in there, but service wise, a lot to improve! Like, bringing delivery untouched is one of them! Thanks

My feedback is not going to be complimentary!! Requests and advised delivery issues were not implemented!! The quality.of device was appalling!! I've ordered from here before and had great service and products!! This time however, my food left on my front porch when I'd asked for the back, the salad was abysmal and the sub not worthy of a recommendation! After calling the restaurant the driver was blamed!! The only good things were the meatballs and cookie!! Dietary advice not taken and shoddy service and attitude!! No apologies nor admit to blame!! I do not recommend!! I'm a disabled woman and this has really knocked my confidence in good service and provisions!!. I will also take this up with head office and TripAdvisor!! An apology or an acceptance of mistakes would have calmed my attitude!! I really do advise not to use this service!!

I placed my order at 15:44 and I had three eta times which changed every time and it turned up at 4:50

Order not received. There’s no immediate, obvious way to resolve this! Have sent a message via the app. Would have appreciated an immediate reply. Now have had to pay for an alternative meal! Not great service.

Good shop, plenty of choice and nice staffing. Prices rising though.

Delivery was great Didn't get the bbq sauce with the crinkle wedges which was disappointing Sandwich was great Wouldn't recommend margherita slice and cheesy garlic slice, no garlic on the garlic slice and margherita slice would have been nicer with more cheese

Great subway, well made even under great pressure from being understaffed. Carried out the 2 large orders we placed without any issues and even thrown in some freebies for having to wait for around 15-20 minutes.

Hour late, they prepared order before even getting driver as food was stobe cold when arrived. No sauces which was on 2 of the items. Nit even going to bother eating freezing cold chips and hashbrowns so going to report as missing items. Worst service with restaurant and the drivers.

Food was okay but needed to be toasted and give the option to toast the bread or not i order from a subway if I wanted a sandwich I would of gone to the local shop it was disappointing

The menu on subway is very limited on the app half of the items are missing such as the teryaki chicken they are also advertising teryaki steak which isn't on there either kinda disappointed

It's a fast food place. Quality is not supposed to be a 5star restaurant. But it was alright. Although you did forgot 1 of my gatorades lol I asked for 2 and only got 1.

All items were perfect, in special boxes and order arrived in 15/20 mins. Fastest ever!

I have been in quite a few times recently to place large orders and each time I have been served by Caroline and Laura. These ladies have been so polite and patient with me, never making me feel rushed or inconvenient, are always smiling, and offer to help me to my car - even when rushed off their feet. Credit to the team!

Had 2 orders from here, both arrived in good time, but NOT what was ordered. Ordered tuna, alas, NO tuna, just salad. Ordered just ham last time, came with several different meats that was not ordered. Bit of pot luck as to what you receive. Could get in touch, but too hungry and still nice..

The delivery driver was extremely late. I asked why my order had been on going to the restaurant for a long time and he said himself that it’s because he was delivering another order. It is not acceptable.

Took over an hour for the driver to get to the place just to pick it up and then gave me the wrong crisps that I asked for

Ordered two footlongs and a drink. No drink arrived. It arrived late and cold and it’s falling apart. I rang to tell them that I want my drink to be greeted by a rude women. And instead of sending me a drink, they just told me to cancel it.

One sandwich was ordered as chicken and bacon with guacamole. There was no bacon and no guacamole. The guacamole was charged as an extra.

Knew it would be late as lots of roadworks , but app kept me up to date, driver pleasant. Food excellent as always

The rather rotund middle aged man who works here is on some massive power trip. If he isn't demanding you stand outside due to COVID he's challenging you regarding how far you've travelled to get there and told me my journey there wasn't 'essential'. He then refused to cook any Vegan meatballs for my partner because he was 'too busy. Emailed head office who weren't interested. Avoid this place.

As per other recent reviews. Was told to wait outside as their Covid-19 policy is to only allow 4 in the queue inside the store. After waiting for 5 minutes in line 2 people came out with their Subway's so me and my partner entered only to be greeted by a rude employee demanding we go back outside as their was too many people. I challenged this as we just saw 2 people leave to which I got no reasonable answer. Will not be going to this store again.

Really pleasant polite guy serving Very helpful Staff in restaurants I have been to could learn from him. Tried the vegan meatballs I didn't actually like them - too stodgy but I shall definitely go back and try something else

Fabulous service and good food. Very friendly staff. The food is always the same good quality. Would recommend it to anyone.

We were volunteering on a stall at the Erewash Canal Festical on the site just next door and it was an incredibly busy day. It was wonderful to nip in and grab a freshly made baguette with a choice of fllings each day
