Delivery driver sent wrong order, I asked him to wait while I got phone to prove I order something different (at twice the expense) came out guy was getting into car. Stopped him so I could take picture of receipt and contents of his bag. He went off and marked delivery as complete.

Zero stars for taste and food quality. Zero stars for freshness and zero for price. Never again

I am being incredibly generous giving this place a 2 and the only reason I haven’t given it a 1 is because I love subway food. I have had my issues with this place for a while but I have been a few times as I love subway and I usually order something really simple such as nachos and a cookie. I usually find the staff extremely rude they do not greet you as you go in, only one person serves and like all the other people have stated staff are busy cleaning or doing other things. There always seems to be an atmosphere when I go in as if the staff don’t really want you there and hate their jobs. On many occasions they can get a simple order such as nachos wrong they will not ask you what kind of crisps you want and I have had to correct them. They tend not to ask you about your preferences and do not seem to care at all! At one time they nearly dropped my food on the floor! I do understand that accidents can happen but I have honestly never had such terrible customer service in all my life! Today I have been to subway at one point I did nearly change my mind and go to the garage bit but I made wrong decision and stuck with subway. There was originally 2 of us standing waiting to be served I was rudely told by the young lad (who I genuinely thought had learning difficulties but was later informed he hasn’t) that if I was waiting to be served to please get in the line. Me and the other girl giggled as there was only 2 of us and seemed a bit unnecessary but nevertheless I didn’t argue and did this. The staff were slow but I waited patiently. Originally I was going to get nachos but I saw a really nice jacket potato on the board filled with beef cheese and jalapeños so I decided I wanted that. I informed the lad that I wanted the cheese melted he didn’t do this and told me it was too late as he had already put the sauce on. I started to get a little irritated with this as the lad has served me before and made mistakes like this before. Absolutely nothing was done about this he didn’t offer to make a new one at all. I had asked the lad for a meal deal which stated £2.10 it showed a jacket potato with the beef jalapeños and cheese a coke in a cup with straw cookie and crisps. The total came to £7.09 I questioned this I was told by the manager it was because I had got an iced coffee. I said in that case I will swap for a coke. The lad then plonked a great big massive bottle of coke down full fat that I don’t drink he asked absolutely nothing questions about it and just presumed. The manager then stated that bottles aren’t included in the meal deal. I started to get really annoyed at this point and said well can I have a cup. The total still came to £7.09 the manager then started to get nasty with me stating it was all sauces I had even though there is clearly a great big sign saying £2.10. Absolutely nothing was explained to me they gave absolutely no care whatsoever to what they were doing asked for no preferences it is the kind of place you would not go to if you had an allergy! It got very heated during all this as the manager seems like a very nasty man I told him his customer service skills are terrible. I was consoled by a lovely lady called Yvonne who works on the garage as I was close to tears by it all. As much as I love subway food it really is not worth dealing with these staff. I have seen the awful reviews and I truly believe the good ones have been written by the manager and his friends and family!! As no way can you go from a 1 star to a 5 in a matter of days!

asked for plenty of sauce being put on in the added notes and got hardly any the food itself is nice and the delivery time was brilliant just don't add note son there as they don't look.

Excellent subway ,lovely staff always happy to help and very friendly i wouldn't go to any other subway this is the best,very clean and overall the best it as all you want under one roof subway,greggs and garage everyone is friendly here and atmosphere is great!

Food wasn’t right and delivery was 2 hours late

I’ve been waiting 1.5h which was over an hour longer that what it supposed to be. I only live 3mins away from that subway. We got late for our friends bday party. Not ordering from here ever again.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Two separate occasions. First time one man was serving with a queue of 5, he was great but the older woman in glasses serving proceeded to do delivery orders right in front of us leaving her colleague overworked. The second occasion I was there alone, again the older woman in glasses was there but just kept sweeping the floor. I appreciate floors need to be swept but there wasn't even an acknowledgement of my presence. There was another younger woman stood looking at her phone. I walked out on both occasions. Absolutely appalling customer service, if she doesn't want the job there are many people who do.

The most absolute worst experience of ordering from subway ever. Stood at the counter for 5 plus minutes before someone actually asked me if I wanted to order, like really?! Erm No i just want to stand here watching you make sandwiches for online orders all day. Idiots. Never going Subway at all again after that! The worst

Repeatedly access online orders to just then cancel them 30-60 minutes later. Happened 5 times now in as many weeks.

Took 25 minutes to get served with only 1 person in front of me in the queue. 3 staff “working” when arrived, only 1 serving. Others folding boxes in the back, or on their phones and the prioritising packing orders rather than the customers in front of them. Staff incredibly slow.

The driver did not attempt to knock or ring the bell to let us know they were here, they just left the food at the door so by the time we found it it was cold. Also the nachos and the chicken bites were soggy and inedible

Food was nearly 1hr late. When it arrived it was cold and looked rushed. Not what I would expect from such a well known company

All 3 were not toasted as requested and one didn’t have cheese either . Poor really as it’s not hard to follow a simple order . Getting as bad as Mac Donald’s over the road

The menu has a good variety now, so it suits us better for vegan and vegetarian choices. Do not always have vegan cheese, so it can be a little unreliable.

Cheese bites weren't hot.hash browns were mushy. But ok in general

lush. can never go wrong with a subway :) shame that you never have pepsi or sprite or iced tea anymore, but still worth it every time <3

The bag was open, the wrapping on one of the sandwiches was broke, like someone took a look inside, I ordered x3 dip, I received only x2..bear in mind they charge you for it, I choose wrap and sandwich to be toasted, not even close ...So, food quality is in there, but service wise, a lot to improve! Like, bringing delivery untouched is one of them! Thanks

My feedback is not going to be complimentary!! Requests and advised delivery issues were not implemented!! The quality.of device was appalling!! I've ordered from here before and had great service and products!! This time however, my food left on my front porch when I'd asked for the back, the salad was abysmal and the sub not worthy of a recommendation! After calling the restaurant the driver was blamed!! The only good things were the meatballs and cookie!! Dietary advice not taken and shoddy service and attitude!! No apologies nor admit to blame!! I do not recommend!! I'm a disabled woman and this has really knocked my confidence in good service and provisions!!. I will also take this up with head office and TripAdvisor!! An apology or an acceptance of mistakes would have calmed my attitude!! I really do advise not to use this service!!

Great subway, well made even under great pressure from being understaffed. Carried out the 2 large orders we placed without any issues and even thrown in some freebies for having to wait for around 15-20 minutes.

Hour late, they prepared order before even getting driver as food was stobe cold when arrived. No sauces which was on 2 of the items. Nit even going to bother eating freezing cold chips and hashbrowns so going to report as missing items. Worst service with restaurant and the drivers.

The menu on subway is very limited on the app half of the items are missing such as the teryaki chicken they are also advertising teryaki steak which isn't on there either kinda disappointed

It's a fast food place. Quality is not supposed to be a 5star restaurant. But it was alright. Although you did forgot 1 of my gatorades lol I asked for 2 and only got 1.

All items were perfect, in special boxes and order arrived in 15/20 mins. Fastest ever!

I have been in quite a few times recently to place large orders and each time I have been served by Caroline and Laura. These ladies have been so polite and patient with me, never making me feel rushed or inconvenient, are always smiling, and offer to help me to my car - even when rushed off their feet. Credit to the team!

The delivery driver was extremely late. I asked why my order had been on going to the restaurant for a long time and he said himself that it’s because he was delivering another order. It is not acceptable.
