Granted I needed to take it up with Uber but the delivery driver told me it was subway I needed to speak to as I have a gluten allergy and had been sent the wrong food. Rude, obnoxious well above his station and no customer speaking skills. Reported to head office. Tried barring me didnt like me explaining why didnt have blue light card on me and IN UNIFORM. Abusing his position i have heard on previous visits. Taking his responsibility to another level not professional and then when i tried to explain he did not want to listen stating i am tbe manager u r barred do not call back lol Head office will be dealng with and i am not barred another customer was disgusted. Food is great, Preparation and delivery time is quick, Driver followed instructions left in notes perfectly, They forgot three of the cookies (we ordered 2x 3-packs), They forgot the dip for the cheesy bites. All in all decent, but I will try to keep the order simple next time, I reckon they were busy when these errors were made since we placed the order on a Saturday.

I ordered online through just eat, I ordered a plant patty and 6 hash browns. The wrap came, it was very small I opened it and there was no plant patty in it. I don't know how they didn't realise as it was so small and it was the main part of it! I called the restaurant and they just said it had been really busy and refused to send a replacement (so now I have no dinner for this evening as I got in late from work) I just have to request a refund through just eat which takes 7 days. This isn't the first time they've got it wrong here and on such small orders. I won't be returning anymore.

I would have give a 5 star review but we did not receive the nookies as described 1. Online 2. We even called Subway and were reassured that the order would contain white chip macadamia cookies. This is not the first time. We run a tight ship and rely on this sugar fix to get through the day. Bad move subway. See you next week

Always quick service at this subway. There's usually some questionable characters around, but they can't help that. My subs are always made well here. We tend to get our takeaway from Subway as they don't make you feel rubbish after you eat.

The new young manager is the best thing since sliced bread, which is ironic considering he is now literally working with sliced bread, he slices the bread so well I'm surprised he hasn't been given an award for slicing bread. He treats all his staff with the upmost respect and makes the customers feel warm and welcome just like a nice slice of toasted bread, don't worry new young manager, iv got ya back :)

If I could leave no stars then I would. This place has gone downhill in the past few months since they got the new manager. Every time I come in and he is ‘working’ he is always speaking down to the staff treating them like utter rubbish with no respect and speaking to them like they are nothing to him. He treats people picking up orders no better and I have heard him swear at them for no reason at all other than them asking for an order they are waiting on. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere if they want a subway. There’s several others around. Won’t be coming back until they have a severe rethink of there staff. For a company that I have heard the staff praise on numerous occasions saying that they care about the well being of the staff they need to step up and show that now by removing this manager immediately before he goes to far.

This should have been a 5 star review. The sandwiches were delicious and I will definitely use them again. BUT... I phoned because I had ordered the large wedges and thought they had sent the small portion. Also, they were very mushy and not crisp as described. I simply wanted to enquire if the order was right. The member of staff said it was and talked over me on several occasions so that I had to raise my voice to be heard. Eventually he stopped going on about how packed the box was and how many scoops it contained and managed to make my point that a customer thought the portion so small they had made a mistake. Next time I order I will put my own wedges in the oven. They are potatoes. Potatoes are cheap. They were not good quality and were not worth what we paid. I also hope the young man has learned something about customer service. But still a lovely sandwich.

Absolutly spot on,me the wife and daughter had the fish,chips gravy,bread and butter,can of pop,£5-50 bargain !!!! Not happy that every time I specify a time it’s delivered earlier.. I specify a time for a reason… I’m not in before that!! Chips poor.. tasted like they’d been microwaved.. and still cold, donner barm poor.. cold gritty meat. Shame as standard has been better

Lovely hotel. Nicest room I've stayed in, lovely big TV. Staff don't really know what's happening though. Having paid online I was told when I checked in that there was an outstanding amount to pay for the room till she noticed I'd booked through Agoda. Then took a £50 security deposit but couldn't take payment through my phone. Went to check out this morning and the guy also said there was an outstanding amount to pay. I told him I'd paid in full through Agoda and he just said ok that's fine. Surely it should say on their system that you've already paid?

We went wanting to get pizza and eat in, when we arrived the place was cold and so very quiet. Needed some music on? We decided to get take away and eat at home instead. Pizzas were delicious though!!
