Subway in Chorley

Waited in line for 20 odd minutes to get a fast food sandwich. Not sure if it was the set up or the slow staff but it took ages and made us late back off lunch. To top it off they did a huge just eat order but stopped doing any in house orders to make it before carrying on serving so 2 staff were essentially stood there doing nothing. The guy on the salad bit clearly didnt want to be there, or maybe he was having a bad day, but he looked miserable.

Staff are too busy completing uber orders rather than serving their physical customers. I walked into an empty shop and was waiting 15 minutes and still wasn’t served. I wouldn’t mind as I am a very understanding person but no one communicated they would get to our order soon. I was basically seen but not heard. There were 4 members of staff working at the time. Not one staff member smiled or spoke to me in a nice caring manner, and not one staff member even mentioned the fact that they were completing uber orders, I just saw their massive receipt for the order and one of the staff members said “complete this order first before serving customers”. Absolutely no team work, very depressing atmosphere. After a long wait still with no recognition of being in the Que to get served I left without even ordering anything. Would not recommend. Poor terrible customer service.

Staff need a lesson in customer service absolutely shocking, no manners at all! Couldn’t even crack a smile. All of them need replacing asap! Asked for a foot long and got a 6 inch so clearly haven’t got listening skills either, couldn’t be bothered to pull him up on it as I just wanted to get out of there!

Ordered and paid for nacho chicken bites but a note in bag saying no chicken bites sorry. Why have I not been refunded? Also, ordered American cheese on sub but no cheese on it when it arrived

1 hour delivery from up the road and it’s freezing cold apart from the wrapped sub that was slightly warm

Staff is very lazy and after long wait I receive my order. Very bad service ever and rude behaviour no smile in staff faces.

Food is freezing, delivery guy turned up 20 mins after expected delivery time, he must have delivered more than one order as when he popped up on the map he was well away from the restaurant. And he didn’t have a keep warm bag so both the cheese bites and the footlong wrap are totally inedible!!! Sandwich barely warm. Awful service from the delivery driver.

Food was cold late and not made to order as the menu states

This has NOT been delivered. I still have my code and did not give it to the driver who kept saying he can’t find my address. I have made a complaint for a refund.

Not the drivers fault, the imbecile workers can’t pack an order properly, missing off multiple items of the order, they do it all the time for large orders, I think they do it on purpose

When I arrived the store was not open. My order had been accepted through here and said it was ready but when I arrived at my allotted collection time it wasn’t even open

Where’s my order I’m sitting waiting for it to be delivered order of 22 pounds

as I disabled man I am unable to physically go to the restaurant to order and get what I actually requested. for a simple sandwich request of extra lettuce then receiving even LESS than just a standard amount of lettuce. The driver seems unable to use simple sat nav directions between odd and even numbered houses. I am a disabled man and unable to stand at my front door for extended periods of time whilst on the phone trying to explain to the driver how to follow simple directions to my door.

Gave us the complete wrong food.

Grim taste. Order wasn't accurate. Had salad items on it that I hadn't selected. Didn't have the cheese on it that should have been there and also came without a cookie. All in all, not good...

Delivery driver went to wrong address. He rang me and asked me my address and said he gone into chorley town centre. When he arrived he was really rude and said can you make sure you know your address corrcrly from now on. And added 4 miles of petrol

Some items missing which I do not understand how you can miss such items which are in a meal deal, do they not check what is placed in a bag?

ordered foot long, they sent 6 inch. ordered cheese, they forgot it. ordered a pizza sub, freezing cold tomato sauce with melted cheese on top of a soggy baguette. they managed not to screw up the cookies!

Wrong delivery through Uber eats. Granted I needed to take it up with Uber but the delivery driver told me it was subway I needed to speak to as I have a gluten allergy and had been sent the wrong food. The man I spoke to on the phone was rude, unhelpful and had 0 customer service skills. Shocking service

Absolutely appalling. The staff were rude. Asked about an allergen. And got told to read the board. Absolutely no customer service. My sandwich was thrown on the counter once it was ready. Was not cut in half like usual Disgusting

A simple order based 5 minutes from the store should have taken 20 minutes and it took an hour. I asked for my footlong toasted which is wasn't and there was barely any tuna in it. Waffle fries were stone cold and didn't come with dip. Cookies not as

Rude, obnoxious well above his station and no customer speaking skills. Reported to head office. Tried barring me didnt like me explaining why didnt have blue light card on me and IN UNIFORM. Abusing his position i have heard on previous visits. Taking his responsibility to another level not professional and then when i tried to explain he did not want to listen stating i am tbe manager u r barred do not call back lol Head office will be dealng with and i am not barred another customer was disgusted. Feel sorry 4 workers if this is how he deals with people no respect.

It was clean and the food was as expected. Not only that, but the service was quick and efficient, with my order arriving promptly after I placed it.

The junior managers are atrocious. Power gone straight to the head springs to mind. Couple this with previous laziness I have witnessed by them I certainly won’t be returning.

My drinks are the smaller size when I ordered the large unfortunately but order otherwise great

Food is great, Preparation and delivery time is quick, Driver followed instructions left in notes perfectly, They forgot three of the cookies (we ordered 2x 3-packs), They forgot the dip for the cheesy bites. All in all decent, but I will try to keep the order simple next time, I reckon they were busy when these errors were made since we placed the order on a Saturday.

Nice, modern store with plenty of room. All staff were cheerful and helpful. Didn't have to wait long. Enjoyed lunch and would visit again.

I ordered online through just eat, I ordered a plant patty and 6 hash browns. The wrap came, it was very small I opened it and there was no plant patty in it. I don't know how they didn't realise as it was so small and it was the main part of it! I called the restaurant and they just said it had been really busy and refused to send a replacement (so now I have no dinner for this evening as I got in late from work) I just have to request a refund through just eat which takes 7 days. This isn't the first time they've got it wrong here and on such small orders. I won't be returning anymore.

I would have give a 5 star review but we did not receive the nookies as described 1. Online 2. We even called Subway and were reassured that the order would contain white chip macadamia cookies. This is not the first time. We run a tight ship and rely on this sugar fix to get through the day. Bad move subway. See you next week

Driver knocked, from the time it took me to walk from my kitchen to the front door (30-40 seconds) he had dumped the bag on the floor and walked off.

Always quick service at this subway. There's usually some questionable characters around, but they can't help that. My subs are always made well here. We tend to get our takeaway from Subway as they don't make you feel rubbish after you eat.

Missing a 6 inch meal deal from the order. Most disappointed and the bag with the seal on it was broken. I will use Buchshaw Subway if I choose to order again.

Arrived on time and the order was correct. Driver apologised for being late, which probably explained why the toasted subs were cold. For paying the premium prices on the app rather than picking up, you'd hope it would be spot on, but unfortunately not.

bloody lovely. i love subway and its quite funny to see them attempt to put my wrap tight with everything i add to it and a worker payed for the 10p because i was abit short on money lovely place. Although my only complaint is that the pepsi max cherry was pure acid for about a month and I haven’t gotten a cup drink again yet but other than that bloody lovely

Driver 'was at the restaurant' for at least half an hour. When we eventually got our order it was cold (not great for the breakfast sub), no cheese on the chicken tikka sub. Wrong crisp selection for both meals and 1 incorrect cookie. Very disappointing when it has cost over £20. Didn't justify 1 star, but I had to put that in order to leave a review

35 mins later than originally promised and I can’t select this on the app

Had the Philly steak. Was very bland. Couldn't really pick out individual flavours. The only thing I could actually taste was the HP sauce. First subway in over a decade. Will probably be my last. £8 for a 6" sandwich you can't taste isn't my idea of good food.

This is a subway so nothing really to add, it was clean and the food was as expected, however, I was impressed how the staff were very attentive to the needs in providing a gluten free meal. Well done 👍🏻

Food came cold, bread was some what stale, i had no cheese and minimal sauce, my gf also had the same issues, my drink came in the same packaging as the sub was leaked, cookies was the only think edible i am once again massively disappointed with the incapable staff at this subway and they need reviewing.
