food was too spicy even though I didn't order it spicy it went in the bin.

Said it was out for delivery and took 25 minutes to he delivered and was cold on arrival

Order came wrong food all greasy all got chucked in the bin definitely won’t be going back!

Food was great, arrived early and was hot. Would recommend 👍

Was eating my donner kebab, until I found a piece of plastic within the meat. Will not get again

just lacked flavour on everything apart from the hot wings.

Don't know what happened tonight as the food wasn't up to the normal high standards. The chips were overcooked and the steak in the burger was chewy. ☹️

Nachos tasted stale and couldn’t eat them. Chips on the kids meal were soggy and horrible.

Great, friendly service! They went above and beyond to get our order just as we wanted. Requested a BBQ base pizza, and kindly ended up with an extra free pizza because they accidentally made my pizza tomato base first. And the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

We are frequent customers of texas steakhouse and don't normally have any problems but this time i found a chicken bone in my pasta dish which was very off putting.

the service was top-notch. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves great food!

Just not that good. Soggy chicken, pizzas have a strange aftertaste. Marios next door is so much better, it just wasn't open. First and last time unfortunately

Ordered a cheesy omelette and got a rock hard fried egg. Toast was just warm stale buttered bread that had never seen a toaster, mushrooms wafer thin and burnt and the sausage patty tasted of nothing. It was nice and hot though, might just have bad d

no lettuce, meat was rubbery, chips were over cooked and hurt to bite into. this was awful? normally really good but let down by this.

Ordered a deep pan pizza 3 times now, 1st time it was beautiful, 2nd time it wasn’t a deep pan the base wasn’t even cooked, was sticking to the box and tasted of flour. Final time yesterday/today another flat pizza, base not cooked through, very chewy and more like bread (springs back when you put a finger on it)

I have ordered here about 50+ times over the years and it’s my favourite place to eat. Absolutely love this food.

Disgusting food frozen food is used garlic bread was solid as a brick and the kebab was dripping on curry sauce that you would get from a chip shop won’t be using again and just eat don’t do anything

Ordered kids treat on Saturday. The time it was due be delivered (uber eats). Was cancelled. Struggled to find somewhere else in short time. Gave it another go today and same thing has happened.

Usually really good , but my kebab had no salad on it and the chips were really soggy .i couldn’t eat them .

food cold on arrival, I had to zap in microwave to heat it up, delivery time changed twice and still was late, I won't be using Texas Steakhouse again.

The aroma of the steak is mouth-watering, with a tantalizing mix of grilled meat and spices. one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in Chorley .I will definitely be coming back for more.

OMG THIS IS THE WORST PLAVE EVER WE ORDERED AT 2 and it’s been 2 hours and it’s not here we gave our address they delivered to the wrong place and then we called back and we was on private number apparently so we have another one and it’s been an hour when the estimate was 5 min

they use paper for wraping which sticks to food, did not like it.

Along with my order, we ordered Meat Samosa on the side. The samosas that were delivered contained no meat at all! Unfortunately didn't like the veg version so they weren't eaten. Rest of the food was great as usual, especially the chicken tikka kebab, that was delicious!

The food was very poor quality. The burgers bun was all soggy. The lettuce look like it was a week old. And as for the red salt on the chips, the red salt just covered mainly two chips in the middle of the box very disappointing will not order again

Pizza was okay... . ( my teenagrs said) The rest of the food burger meals x2 cold and not to order .. plus no correct change so paid extra with disoppinting food .

Ordered the kebab specials. Salad comes in a separate box. Tasted great, the meat was succulent and the salad was crisp.

Have been ordering from here regularly for a good couple of years now- our go to place for kebabs and pizzas as we've always been really impressed with the food, service and delivery and never had we been let down by these guys- until recently that is. Not sure what's going on, but prices have gone up yet standards seem to be slipping. Been unhappy with something or other the last 3 times of ordering. Been hesitant to complain because always been fab, but something is clearly off

I've already put a complaint in about the mixed grill salad. it was awful. it literally had 2 pieces of beef in it and they were gristle. please can someone come back to me as we paid £10 for it which definitely wasn't worth it

Rude and disrespectful manager, ignored delivery notes and when I called the shop I was told in an aggressive manner that I won't be ordering it like that again (me and my family have been frequent customers of this takeaway for a long time and have spent a lot of money here) due to the disgusting treatment I've received tonight we will not be ordering from here again.

Great food. . Driver could have rung me after the first time I hadn’t answered instead of making a remark that he’s rang the bell 3 times. Single parent with 2 children …who I was seeing to upstairs at the time 🤷🏻‍♀️ … for this reason I won’t order again .Food was good though

Ordered on Chorley Eats. Restaurant accepted order only to have a phone call asking for an additional £3 for delivery as they only deliver within 3 miles. Why accept the order if you can't deliver? The app already included £2 delivery.

ordered fie 10pm rang my doorbel exactly 10pm perfect food red hot still and so tasty exactly what I wanted will definitely be ordering again.

had steak and chips the other night, expecting it just to be same old meal. I was pleasantly surprised this meal was delicious. Tonight we tried the steakhouse burger, it was wrapped in tinfoil to keep extra warm which I truly appreciated. The burger was very large with chicken and beef inside, it was amazing. thank you so much for the delicious warm food, and a big thumbs up from me, and well done

Chips soft and not cooked one out of the 3 pizzas was also not cooked. As in still dough! Have you changed hands cause i have never had a problem in the 2 years i have been ordering from here. Now i will never order from here again, terrible !

Forgot the sauce we paid for. Burger tasted and felt like it was boil in a bag,very poor quality. Onions rings were incredibly soggy.good portion size on the donner is only positive .overall Very disappointed.

Just ordered a chicken tikka kebab on a naan bread with red salt fries and I can’t complain. The delivery was 20-30 mins as stated and the chicken was really tender. Can highly recommend!

The food was absolutely disgusting !!! Classic parm Was too spicy when it shouldn’t be Ann’s the chips were rocked hard you couldn’t throw them against the wall and Texas Special Kebab, With Chips had no steak it was disgusting went straight in the bin and the nachos was burnt and went in the bin

was hesitant to try pizza after being let down by a so-called pizza restaurant. So I bit the bullet and ordered one . Will definitely have another from here . was exactly how I like it hot plenty of toppings and NOT smothered in oil or greasy . Finally someone can make proper pizza .

I had the chicken Parmesan and I loved it. Very tender and tasty, and the chips were nice and not soggy or over done they were the best fries I’ve had for take away delivery too. First time ordering and early and food was hot and fresh. Thanks x
