Missing the 12 cookies we prdered and paid for

Poor quality, order was marked as delivered but it wasn’t

Order for 12 noon, driver was still at restaurant at 12 noon. Not a big issue, but it was not on time and with delivering to work place with a 30 min lunch allowance, it is a slice out of my time.

Got both foot longs wrong and didn’t get my side and missing one cookie absolutely unacceptable

Horrible. Ordered meatballs and received none. Also ordered garlic and herb cheese bites and was sent chipote spicy ones. Cant stand jalepenos so waste of money. Will NEVER order from here again

Says online it shuts at 9:30,got there at 8:40, it said on the door shuts at 9 then he told me it’s shut

worst salad i have had from subway. portion size completely wrong. 1xpiece of ham, 1xturkey, no sweetcorn, hardly any pickle, 5 slice of cucumber, hardly any onion, absolutely appalling, basically its a box of lettuce

We ordered an Oasis drink but never got it, can i get a refund?

This place isn't good if you order via an ap but very good if you pop in yourself which we have taken to doing as it saves the hassle of getting wrong orders. Most of the staff are absolutely great and work hard to get your order right. It's always been very quiet when we've gone in (usually after work so about 6pm) so not sure how the orders were so wrong so many times (which is why I've removed stars). Also don't bother to call as they never answer lol

Ordered 2 items and I didn’t even receive my pepperoni slice? I don’t understand how it’s hard to make 2 things…Shocking.

terrible! no sauce or ham in the salad. sent a cookie instead of a muffin and didn't send a drink because 'they don't stock it' absolutely appalling! and terrible customer service on the phone

I have ordered Garlic and Herbs bites with cesar sauce, but they gave me chipotle bites and no sauce

Sandwich was freezing after apparently being toasted, the courier must of had a crash because the sandwich had fell apart before I even opened it

New Mexican range taste awful. Hash browns taste awful my child couldn’t even swallow it. Cheesy garlic bread rock sold and overcooked can’t bite into it. Burnt underneath. 1st and last subway order. Deliver driver was lovely though.

Deeply disappointed as I ordered footlong taco thing and it didn’t announce it had sweetcorn on it. In which I hate sweetcorn. Please specify the right food on your menu and allow customers to remove and add jeez

Got delivery, half the food was missing at over £10 value and was replaced by a bag of crisps. No answer on the phone either. Avoid getting delivery from here.

food arrived cold, soggy and falling apart. Ordered 30 mins before my lunch hour at work. Arrived just before my lunch was due to end. Useless. Have ended up binning the food and will now have to work the rest of my shift on an empty stomach. Thank you very much for that

One sub was completely wrong. Ordered chicken teriyaki and was sent chicken tika, which I am inable to eat. Other sub and items were sent as ordered. Complaint made.

Ordered a footlong BMT with all the salad and Southwest sauce; my sandwich arrived with NO salad and NO sauce. Just toasted bread plus meat and cheese. The cheese bites were not very nice, either.

Delivery was on time but I ordered 3 double chocolate cookies but I received 3 chocolate chunk cookies

said my food was coming at 7:25-7:45, then at quarter to the time changed to 8:09

Ordered 3 things all 3 were wrong. Sandwich had cheese missing. Was sent a bag of crisps instead of nacho bowl and finally was sent a white chocolate & macadamia nut cookie not the one I ordered and luckily I’m not allergic to nuts. Very poor.

Rainbow cookies and choc chip cookies were perfect and soft, double choc were rock hard, not even a brew would soften them up! They were that hard i’m sure if you got the three in your hand and whacked someone with them you’d knock them out!! Only reason i’m rating “good” is because I got extra choc chip cookies, otherwise i’d be rating poor. Quite shocked to be honest..

My order is missing some items

I only ordered from here because I had a money off voucher.. It wasn't the best for the price. even missed off the 🍪 cookie. So it's a no from me I'm afraid 😕

Bread was stale for the sub and the cookie was rock hard. Really disappointing.

Closes 4 hours early. If this one is the same as the one down the road I'm not surprised it's closed half a day early. Absolutely abismal

The food was cold when I ordered a veggie Pattie and chicken bites that should be hot. They sent wrong items and didn’t even make the nachos we paid for. We ordered a large drink and they sent a small coke instead.

Absolute poor service. The ladies were chatting inside and made me wait for 5 min. Then she came out and started making a different order from what I asked. When I made her realize, she binned it with an attitude. After all that, in the final order, one of the item was still incorrect but I realised after I paid, so I just let it be. Visited here again. Closed at 8.45 pm. I was told that we close earlier because we need to be out by 9 pm

Worst one ever. Attitude of staff when I asked a question about the amount of chicken way very bad. I was told only put one scope of chicken on a wrap, well if that was the case why did you use your hands then put the rest back. HSE would have fun in this shop.

missing items from order. Items that I did receive were all squashed together (hot and cold) in a small carrier bag so the food I received was damaged and wet due to differing temperatures creating condensation... inedible

I ordered a1.25 coke and you gave me a 500 ml bottle instead and changed me 4pound odd tryed ringing 3 times no answer really not happy about this

I ordered cheesy garlic bread for my son and its missing

Ordered a ham footlong double meat got sent a 6 inch without double meat. Also ordered a 6 inch tuna, cheese and sweetcorn. It only had cheese and cucumber in.

Food took 2 hours to say driver on the way, showing as delivered and didnt even arrive!! When I tried to call them they just keep rejecting the call

Food was absolutely freezing cold, I opted for mine to be cheese and toasted it had no cheese and wasn’t toasted. Was awful and the other one for my partner was also freezing. Couldn’t even eat them

No dips/sauces. Provided with 2 regular wedges rather than 1 regular, 1 large. Sandwiches were all in a poor condition - no fault of the driver.

This is the second we have ordered in the last 4 weeks where the order has been wrong. The first time one sub had mayo on it despite stating no mayo due to allergy

Awful. Walked in at 18:30 and the seating areas were already closed, card machine was down. Ordered and paid via just eat instead, order went through then after a 40 minute wait they cancelled the order.

The atmosphere is good with seating I remember cleanliness was good,alright then I remember the food was fresh and amazing they had a huge car park love to go service I remember was quick and don’t remember rudeness

How hard is it to read an order off a screen and prepare it? Do brain cells come as an added charge? Missed item, wrong sandwiches, over priced & just get fobbed off if you manage to get through on the phone

Ordered from one restaurant which could not get a driver assigned for some reason so I had to cancel and order the same food from a different restaurant which promptly assigned a driver and delivered as expected. Not sure what happened there.
