the kebab was to poor they didn’t was lije expected i am disappointed

Really enjoyed the meal. Finally - onion Bhajis that are cooked fresh and are really tasty rather than small, cold add ons or freebies. Kebab and sag were both great. Totally recommend !!

*DO NOT ORDER HERE* Ordered at 21:45. Called Up 22:30 they say its another 10 minutes and that driver just set off. Called up 22:45 they say driver should be here soon. 11pm i call up they dont pick up the phone and not responding at all. Not even got the food yet so i cant even rate it, kid on the phone keeps lying for no reason if you do not know how to run a business you should think about quitting. Don’t order of here, there is many better places than here, even maybe go for Pakistani food instead.

Food was cooked well, but not spicy for this type of curry

Absolutely beautiful food! The curry was perfect, samosas just the right amount of spice and the onion bhaji was nice and soft not overcooked like a lot of other places. Cheese naan was very tasty even my toddler enjoyed it. Kebab box could have fed 4 but my husband gave it a good go lol. Will be back again soon.

I really enjoy the food from here I order every weekend. The curries and pizzas here are always delicious. Also the staff is really helpful and provide great service.

Food arrived starter was really good but the main was disappointing, Korma was very watery and clearly Made from a base curry but not flavoured into the korma properly as it had no taste and was just Bland . Would ring up and complain But over the sake of One dish and myself only ordering just won’t order again If that’s what is sent

Just had a set meal for four people. £45.95. Absolute deal! I'm not going to list what we got as there is so much! The four curries we had were spot on with loads of flavour, everything else was really tasty too. Portions were plentiful, the 4 of us couldn't finish it all. Well done Chilli Masala, ten out of ten!

Loved the food. lots of sauce which I like. Not sure my naan bread was garlic but it was good nonetheless 😋

This is the first time we’ve ever been disappointed with this Indian. It was delayed for 10 minutes, took a further 10 minutes. Wasn’t the hottest when arrived. Lamb chops usually our favourite but they were so dry! The special sandwich and nanns no problems with, the chicken tikka korma and garlic rice had no flavour, was cold, garlic rice I couldn’t taste any garlic at all, and the korma I know is a very mild dish but just was so bland, and it wasn’t chicken tikka in there it was dry plain chc

The rice was hard/not cooked fully, & the lamb in corma was very dry, also not very warm.

Meal for one and it could feed two! Gave me the Nana bread I requested and I’m sure extra starter bits! 4 instead of 2 popadoms! & my korma it’s in a deep box filled to the top! Thank you very kind, delivery guy was polite also. Thanks

Authentic and tasty food, can tell it’s genuine and fresh authentic ingredients without artificial colours like you usually see. Really recommend!

We always use this takeaway and it’s only not been a good a meal once or twice but we ordered a set meal for 2 and it was shocking.. No taste in the curries the popodoms were smashed to pieces and the delivery driver turned up smoking with dirt in his fingernails, sorry but we won’t be using them again and can only assume it changed hands ??

Quite possibly the best masala I’ve ever eaten! Just WOW the chicken chat was also beautiful!! Most take away son here are usually disgusting but this was on another level!! Definitely recommend

The food was average, with the onion bhaji over cooked and burnt. The restaurant also did not deliver all the food ordered so will never order here again… avoid

Wasn't keen on the starter's poppadoms were probably warmed as they were soggienot crispy and the curry rice was okay but wouldn't order from there again sorry I had to give this review.

My husband and I just shared the garlic chicken tikka balti, chicken tikka biryani and garlic and cheese naan, the food was amazing chicken was really tender and all was very flavourful. Look forward to ordering from them again.

Food quality was excellent. Garlic balti chicken tikka was excellent. Chicken was tender and the sauce was so tasty. Will be ordering again. Sooner the better for me.

wouldn’t order a curry from anywhere else. Lovely delivery driver, food hot & absolutely delicious - the set meals are amazing value for money, can’t fault it!

Every dish was very bland and lacked any depth of flavour also the balti and massala were very watery and the onion bhaji was soggy. It was all edible but I wouldn’t rush back.

The food was awful, and they have given me a bottle of 7up that is six months out of date, I only checked as it tasted strange. Won’t go here again

Such a vile place ordered from there weeks ago they overcharged my naubour. told them about it and the manager was so rude and vile how he talks to his customers he gave the refund of the 1 payment he shouldn't of took out then got aggressive and send heavys to our door late at night so disgusting food was vile and delivery was terribly don't go there if I was you they will only scam you and threaten you terribly place end off if I could put no star I would never going there again so vile

Best Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever had.

Horrible looking and tasting curry and gave me food poisoning as soon as I ate it. Food was just for the bin and not fit for eating.

Chicken ceylon was lovely, poppadums were thin, crisp and fresh. Shami kebab a little on the dry side, but accompanying omelette delicious. Would order again.

Ordered a chicken tikka kebab with salad and a doner kebab on naan the chicken tikka kebab had hardly any salad on it and we both shared some doner meat. About 30 mins after eating them we were both racing to the toilet! It went through us both like a porche.3 or 4 visits to the loo later it finally calmed down a bit Since then we have both been feeling sick and had stomach cramps we will not be orderering from Chilli Masala again

Poor experience from our meal today. Chicken was very dry and the Masala sauce extremely runny. The 'Large' kebab we additionally ordered was also very poor in quality. Such a shame and based on this meal I wouldn't recommend this place.

Ordered a 9inch kebab box for collection, food was really nice and staff was very polite on collection. Will definitely be ordering again.

Best food in Warrington by far. Good portions, tasty food and reasonable prices. Great service and very friendly staff. Open kitchen, you can watch your food being prepared. Kitchen is very clean 5 star hygiene certificate displayed from local authority . Would definitely recommend. 👍

On Saturday we had a party for 50 people which was catered for by Chilli Masala. The team at chilli masala spent some time to discuss our requirements and were so helpful. Tamin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was brilliant, the food was piping hot and tasted amazing! All of our guests were very impressed! Thanks very much- couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I'm not one for writing reviews normally, but I've been a customer for years and literally I've never had anything other that first class food and service from these guys.

I can't speak for deliveries as I've always collected due to being constantly let down by my previous takeaway which just wasn't acceptable as my mum is diabetic and having to have food resent was hugely problematic. The quality of food is right up there and the staff are friendly and hygienic. Literally the only reason I've give 4 and not 5 stars is because when having a kebab the sauce is put on first meaning the pitta collapses because it's so wet. I'm told it's so you don't lose any on the top of the lid but it just falls apart. Another thing i like about this place is that when you collect and take home from most places the food can lose some heat in transit but these guys wrap it in foil meaning the food is still very hot when you get home. That chicken though.

Went in 15 mins before close, spent £15 on a curry, rice and naan which is alot for a single meal - curry and rice were inedible, almost tasted of soap and had to throw out.

Been going here for years I would never go anywhere else, I have tried curries from all over but this was a place I have always gone back to, however recently the past few times I have had a meal from here the tikka massala has taste awful. I can only describe it as a stagnant water taste. The chicken is hard and chewy and tastes microwaved, sadly I will now be going elsewhere.

Wanted a delivered takeaway but despite pushing a leaflet through my door they don't delver to my post code 🤔

Ordered a pizza with extra chicken and pepperoni and the ultimat kebab box - the pizza was okay. Chicken tasted lemony and very dry and received donner meat, chips and cheese (no wedges, onion rings or chicken tikka). Received an extra cheese and tomato pizza which was soggy. Sorry but would not come again

Although right on our doorstep, we only visited this place for the first time today. We will certainly be back in the future. We had a meal for two for less than £16, which would easily have fed three, if not four. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully cooked.

Wow where do we start, been ordering from here for a while now and wow I have no words the food is spot on everytime !! The staff are friendly and always happy to help, the food gosh it's amazing so tasty there's no other Indian restaurant I would go to for a takeaway besides here. You guys really do amazing food and for the quality and price you definitely deserve 5 stars in my opinion.

Today is the 2nd time we ordered from here . It was running a little bit late but the shop did phone to say our food was going to be late which no over takeaway has done before, at least they did let us know it was going to be late ,also they gave us quite a bit of free extra food so we where happy with just the 2 gestures ,phone call and free food , the food was hot and absolutely delicious . Guys 10 out of 10 for quality of food , customer service, politeness,honesty. And the delivery women who delivered it was polite aswell . A⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So ordered from here this evening for takeout to have at home with fiends having not used them for a while due to having a break from takeouts thought it would still be nice how wrong was I service was shocking 1 hour 40 minute wait for our meals they came at 850 eventually and half our order was wrong despite when ordering over phone I recalled our order twice to check he had everything never again will I order from there felt very guilty as told my friends it was lovely

We have been ordering from here regularly and cannot fault the place, always happy to help and the food is truly outstanding. One of the best places for curry in Warrington!
