Very helpful staff with excellent customer service and great pizza, even gave us some chips whiles we waited :)

One of the most authentic and gorgeous Italian experiences we've had in the North-West! The food was nothing short of amazing and the friendliness of the staff was just a bonus. We would definitely be back regularly and can't recommend these guys enough! 🥰🥰

I feel bad to give a low review as most of the food was great, but the ‘spicy beef’ on the pizza is just really lazy and ruins it completely. Instead of providing spicy beef (normally ground/mince), they use sucuk (Turkish sausage) and not only does this mislead us completely, it makes the whole think taste like a mezze not an authentic Italian. Such a let down and very lazy of the restaurant, if supermarkets can do proper spicy beef on their pizza counters so can you!

I had collection order several times and I had great service, food are amazing and very delicious. Staff was very friendly. Also I had home delivery once. That time foods was hot and very nice packaged. I really really recommend this takeaway restaurant, I love it

the food arrived in great time, and hot, although the taste of the food was not what we expected, bland. no taste of any garlic in the food or much taste of anything.

Wow! The ribs were to die for! The mushrooms are gorgeous and the soup was delish!! The pizza was also amazing. Lots of pineapple just how we like it! Fully 100% recommend. Thank you!!

Pasta tasted like it had been microwaved and had set in the tub and half the potatoes were hard. Was really looking forward to it as well

Consistently brilliant. We had pizzas last night ( delicious and hot every time) but sometimes we have pasta which is lovely, the sweet potato fries and chicken, soup, puddings all good. we sometime order the salads on top to have for work lunches the next day to save us making them and they are always a treat the next day too. All round fantastic place, Our favourite on Just Eat.

I never got ny last stamp on my card for some reason, apart from that. nice like always 👌

ordered a chorizo pizza with jalapeno. was also covered in red onion. Nowhere in app did it say there would be onions on pizza

Ordered two pizzas and two penne pastas, got delivered two stone cold pizzas that was also stale and chicken still frozen. Pastas only half filled tubs. Didn’t offer to replace just a measly 30% discount absolutely terrible won’t order there again

very disappointed with my pasta dish , the quality of the cooking was poor , half cooked pasta is never nice and spending £45 on ur take out to get that isn't great. we consistently ordered, i hope standards aren't slipping or rushing cooking the food? . unlikely to order again , ??

Cheese in the risotto was very weird and I wouldn’t order again. The penne pesto was lovely though.

From ordering on Deliveroo app to getting my delivery I wish I never ordered this. 2 hours later we are still waiting for our delivery. After being told 35 minutes ago it was for delivery, rang back & they told us they were still making it Absolute shambles of a takeaway - will not be ordering again.

Never got my food even though it cost £40 and No attempt at contacting me!!

No bacon in the risotto, despite paying extra for this.

I still haven't received the order, although it says it's delivered on Saturday. They have a number attached and the moment I wanted to call, my automatic call hung up. You have no one to talk to and ask why your account money is taken and your order is not enough. Shame on you.

I ordered for 5 people, the preparation was very quick, foods were piping hot and everything was extremely delicious. I would rate it 10/10 and would highly recommend it.

Avoid Avoid at all costs these people will take your money and fail to deliver and when it finally arrives expect your pizza to be cold and your chicken wings covered in more sauce than you would get in a bottle. The pizza was supposedly double italian ham,mushroom and cheese They are a absolutely disgrace and shouldn't be allowed to trade.

For the price you would expect restaurant quality. Food arrived tepid and the taste was bland. Would compare to a cheap ready meal. Very disappointed! Would 100% not recommend- don’t waste your money!

The service and delivery were great, and the prices were reasonable. The only issue that I had with the food, was that the cheesecake was supposed to be a double, but I only received a single. All in all, I would give this place a 7/10.

Food is awful! Pizza was cold and had a base like cardboard. They advertise the carbonara as made the traditional way with egg yolk I’ve never tasted anything so inedible in my life I wouldn’t of fed it to my dog! Bacon was also undercooked! Chicken wings are good.

Ordered the Al Gamberi Risotto and the Al Pollo Risotto with black olives and extra chicken. Delicious and filling - would definitely order again.

Carbonara was bland, had to throw most of it away after I had 1 mouthful. Very disappointed.

The chicken wings was nice and hot but the spaghetti bolognese was disappointing as half of it was stone cold

Terrible. Waited over an hour for delivery when I live around the corner and the pasta was very poor quality with hardly any mushrooms or asparagus in. Won’t be using again

Shame. Food is ok but delivery times are fabricated. Expect to wait an additional 45 minutes. Driver assured me I was wrong when I told him it was cold. Currently in the oven being warmed up.

We always order from Italian express and it's great always. Very fresh and homemade food for families. My kids just in love with the pizza. I especially love the pasta products it's just amazing. Highly recommended!

Recently moved to warrington with my wife and thought to get a takeaway from Italian express and have to say the food is absolutely incredible. The food looks and taste expensive but reasonably priced. Great friendly driver and the staff who took our orders. Will be hard to find a better Italian takeaway for less.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 carbonaras and they were awful. Swimming in oil (it puddled in my bowl!!)and smelt so bad it knocked us both sick and we didn’t eat them and ended up cooking as we had spent our money and the restaurant weren’t helpful at all. Won’t be returning!! Disgusting 🤢

Extremely disappointed with Italian express, used you a few times and the food has been great but ordered tonight waited 1.5 hours and no food arrived, rang to chase order and was told it was out with the driver, 40 minutes later still no food, rang back only to be told there’s no trace of the order! This order was placed directly through your website. Asked that they send the food and refund me but The staff member on the end of the phone was not willing to do this an said either refund or food. To me this is poor customer service there was no apologies for the mix up it was just ‘food’ or ‘refund’. I will not be using Italian express again. Refund requested and money going to another Pizza chain.

Ordered food on their own app, waited 2 hours, rang after 1h 30 mins to chase up and was told it out for delivery. Waited a further 30 mins and rang back only to be told that the order cannot be found and was never made, or dispatched in the first place. The lady on the phone who told us it was out for delivery clearly lied. They also couldn’t refund via card so had to send cash out with a driver! Still waiting for cash now…. Won’t be recommending or using again. Sort it out

Ordered via their app, waited 90 mins to ring to be told the order was on the way. Waited another 30 mins to then be told they couldn’t find my order, I asked if the previous person who I’d spoken to had lied to be told they couldn’t be sure as they’d “left the shop”. I asked for a refund to be told this couldn’t be refunded to my card via the app and they’d have to send the cash via a driver, but aren’t able to also send the food at the same time. No manager on shift to speak to either. Utter rubbish, won’t be ordering or recommending, and also still waiting for the cash to arrive with the “driver”.

Bitterly disappointed in the service tonight. Ordered to a friend's house. After 80 mins called to chase and was told the order was out for delivery, Called again after nearly 2 hours was told the order had been lost and was never made and sent out. Our only option was to get a refund via a driver in cash which is just ludicrous. After many positive orders I'm seriously disappointed and may never come back

This is the 3rd takeaway we've had in the last 4 months and each time it's been excellent! Delivery is prompt and everything is hot when arrived.... thank you so much 👍☺️

STOGGY EXPRESS Parmesan wasn't parmesan, the pasta tasted weird, Nutella calzone was decent. it was on time,

Over 30 mins late chips were COLD And the pizzas were at best warm

The food is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like frozen food youd get from Iceland and even the quality from there is better than this. The pasta was over cooked and tasted like off milk. The pizza was burnt yet soggy and the pepperoni tastes off. The ribs were mostly fat nearly no meat at all. The profitaroles were soggy, cold and tasted frozen. The cake was hard and tasted frozen. Everything tasted frozen and soggy and off. Spent £45 and when we complained we got £10 back. Management is absolutely awful. Dont order from here you'll get bad quality food that's overpriced and you wont get a refund. They shouldnt be able to get away with this they should be out of business by now. The only thing you benefit from eating here is belly ache and you're on the toilet all night.
