Subway in Gosport

I came here expecting a nice environment but i was EXTREMELY WRONG I ordered a 6” subway which said it was £4.79 but and extra 50p for cheese I didn’t get cheese due to my amount of money that I had but when I paid the woman told be to pay £5.29 I asked her to repeat and she did so I said it says £4.79 and I didn’t get cheese she said okay in the most rudest way possible she allowed me to pay the actual bill and rudely placed my change in my hand and stomped away, DISGUSTING!!!!

Customer service does not exist in this Subway store young lads that hate there job and probably hate there life and it reflects in the service or lack of it! 1 meatball marinara 6” sub had 4 meatballs the other 2 when asked why it was like I had urinated on his leg and was the biggest task ever to add 2 meatballs same as other which was stingy as hell anyway! No meet and greet, language barrier, bread ripped open as opposed to cut then not sliced properly at end and I reckon a 3 yr old could wrap it in parchment paper better! Love subway but this store needs a shake up will not be going again worst subway of not food shop Ive been in. JUST BAD !

I am left scarred by my visit, some gentlemen called Tofa ruined my life, i daren't speak of why, but I'll tell you now, it is not to be scoffed at. The floor is grimy and the food is slimy. If I ever set foot in this bottom tier cuisine establishment again, I just may vomit. Consider this my final warning. Good day.

Shockingly bad!!!! In fact so awful it seemed like a spoof!!! Its hard to say how bad this place is - if I was allowed to give 0 stars would have!! Ordered for office team - £50 worth. Delivered food 90 minutes late, all cold, shockingly prepared and inedible. Oh - and of course - got the order wrong to add insult to injury. Should be ashamed to be in business serving food - avoid at all costs. You will be disappointed.

When my son called back to explain, the person on the phone hardly spoke English so could not understand what my son was saying. The food turned up cold, even though we are 5 minutes away! He ordered 2 footlongs and one 6 inch, and all came 6 inch. These were delivered by Just Eat (which is not the problem). When they eventually understood, they asked my son to collect!!! Disgusting, and it's a shame I even have to give them 1 rating.

Disabled toilet stored 3 bikes! All white surfaces had pubic hair, no soap or hand sanitizer! Children of staff roaming the shop unsupervised, all 3 staff working on one just eat order while a que of 5 waited! One member of staff had to repeat everything i said to the man making our subs in another language just adding to the time! It’s absolutely appalling service and hygiene standards are shocking considering the world we live in

First order didn’t turn up but was marked as delivered so we requested a redelivery, the redelivery was missing items that were paid for and other wrong items were sent. Food was also cold and they don’t have to travel far so shouldn’t have been so cold. Phoned to try get money back for missing items, after several all nobody answered. Awful service. I hate leaving negative reviews but no other way to contact and resolve. :(

I’ve traveled the world, I’ve eaten subway in some really random countries, and this is 100% the worst one I have ever been to. All staff memebers are wearing gloves, for food hygiene, however it doesn’t really work when they are using the gloves to empty bins, or perhaps scratching A workers posterior while preparing food. The salad, namely the lettuce was brown and purple from age, the staff were incredibly rude too, any thing that was asked for was nothing less than chore for them. The shop itself was in a poor state, we even witnessed staff swiping food waste onto the floor In front of the till, there were 4 members of staff and the tables were just awful! Went to order was served. Whilst all of the staff dealing with a complaint about someone being overcharged we just waited. When it was finally time to serve us, the guy at the till decided to serve the man next to us instead. The man advised we were here first and to serve us, they said no, we will be with them shortly and continued to serve the man in the queue behind us. ???? Ridiculous, meanwhile our food going cold and they didn’t seem to care about our custom so we just left with nothing. Bad customer service, speaking in another language so you can’t understand what they are saying. Rude

Staff not wearing masks. Incorrectly made up my sub twice as didnt listen, added stuff I didnt want. Unsanitary conditions, work surfaces dirty food condiments didnt look fresh.Took them a long time to make up one sub. Won't be going back there again!!

Received the wrong order, was burnt and freezing cold, one sub was not cut in half and the other looked like it had been drop kicked. The nachos were stale and looked like it was made by a 3 year old

An absolutely shocking service. Food turned up cold and late. Our order had two incorrect subs plus a bottle of cola was missing. Partially refunded after I put a complaint in. So I had two hungry kids to explain to. I will never order from them again and would strongly advise others not to. Our order total was £34 so not cheap.

First time ordering from this store, click and collect. Order was ready when I arrived which was good, however the sub itself was a disappointment. Barely any salad was put into the sub and was completely squashed! I also payed for cheese and for it to be non toasted... I received no cheese and a toasted sub!! Won't be going back

We had a sub each. Both 6” chicken, bacon and cheese. Mine also had lettuce, tomato’s, chilli and chipotle sauce. Quite nice an put together well.

Typical subway, but extra quiet. Therefore no waiting and quick service. Apart from that nothing out of the ordinary.
