food purchase came cold, both drinks came half full. no straws no dips. cold soggy chips. not the best shift on today.

Freezing cold meal once again !!!!

I’ve ordered from here for my grandson’s several times and they never include the sauces chosen or straws and the chip containers are half full.

fries we're free cold and something was missing

they forgot the toy, my son was very upset

waited almost 3 hours for cold food with a few items missing.

We ordered fries and they didn’t come and we would like Are money back please on the chips

very disappointed as ordered a milkshake which is very underfilled. have noticed this is a regular occurrence with your drinks whether in drive thru or ordered on app. missing straws, again happens regularly. staff clearly need retraining on how to fill an order, maybe a tick list needed and to be able to track who fills in an order. basic laziness

ordered at 10pm and attempted delivery at 0040 and woke up my kids. totally unacceptable and a full refund is requested

Brockhurst McDonald's are useless. never any sauce for nuggets,never any straws, and they forgot the mine craft toys. At least this time I got my full meals. Makes you realise education is important.

no toy with the Minecraft meal and no sauces, that were chosen, to go with the chicken selects. there's always something missing or something wrong with my order

Took an hour and a half to deliver and the food was cold. Complained and got £4 credit for a £20 order. Ridiculous

Milkshake was half filled up, clearly had missing ingredients in the shake as also tasted a lot like dark chocolate, very bitter.

Delivery time kept getting later and when my order arrived I received none of my food items only a medium Coke. It’s ridiculous. Almost Everytime I order something on here an item is missing. Never ordering mc Donald’s on here again!

Order was on time, but unfortunately, they delivered someone else's food. completely different to what I had ordered.

Waited over 2 hrs for food and all the food was cold and was not able to eat it. also no straws for drinks or ice and mcflurrys were melted and not the flavours ordered.

Got sent small white coffee ordered large latte... Ordered 2 porridge with syrup got sent jam, asked for apple fruit bag sent a carrot sticks bag and one of the mcmuffins was missing the extra egg... Not great service today

Wouldn’t normally write a review, as I appreciate things happen but when I queried its delay with the driver he just shrugged his shoulders and asked for the code. He could have at least apologised! Shouldn’t have tipped him.

I am very disappointed with this order as one of the big Mac house was incomplete and did not have a role on top. It only had the bottom and middle one. Also, one of the drinks had spelt.

Was twenty minutes late. Food was cold. No straws or sauce which i paid for. Ordered new minecraft meals also had no sauce which was included in the meal.

Placed order and told 30-40 mins delivery time...that was at 18:22....the order finally arrived at 20:08....which is apparently a slight change to our delivery time.

Delivered somebody else’s order

Awful, pulled in at drive through at 12am after a journey as the branch is listed as open 24 hours; when we went to order at the microphone we were told ‘we are closed someone has moved the cones’. I asked if they were a 24 hour restaurant and was told sharply ‘yes but we close for a while every night’. I then asked ‘how long will you be closed for as we would wait’, with the reply, ‘don’t know how long it will be’…….silence. I then asked ‘is there anywhere else we could get something to eat in the area?’………’no’ was the abrupt reply. We then drove off. No apology or time for reopen was given. Dreadful service and won’t be back. I understand if they have to reconcile systems etc but surely they would know how long this would be.

When my order arrived it was really cold and the bag was open . My husband took it back to the resturant and they wouldnt change the irder we were offered a refund of £4.82 which isnt exceptable as the food was good . I want to be refunded fully

Sauces missing even after putting a note , all 3 drinks were half full , there was lettuce in burger when there shouldn't be chickhen nuggets missing , chickhen select missing and NO straws and when call no answer

The drinks had split and the driver opened d the drinks bag and it ruined the food and the we realised they forgot the cookie

Upon opening my burger there had been a bite taken out of it and spat back in the box, the bag was sealed so could have only been done by a member of staff. Disgusted and will be reporting to the relevant authorities.

All dips for chicken nugget share box and straws were missing, the bag was so heavily packed that it tore as soon as my husband took it out of the drivers satchel… which then meant it dropped to the floor spilling half the chips out onto the floor.

Had food missing from the order the chips were cold and barely cooked. The children's meal was so squashed it had slid apart and was cold and chewy they sent a book instead of a toy. The drinks werent even half filled. The bigmacs didn't have hardly any sauce all you could taste was the ridiculous amount of lettuce. The burgers can't get any thinner.

Waited for 2hrs for order and when i turned up we are missing two meals. There were no straws.

This is absolutely awful, brockhurst gate need a new manager to keep allowing half orders to come out, I checked it in front the delivery driver who them refused to take back my order. McDonald’s sort it out!
