McDonald's in Gosport

ordered around 20.30. delivery time kept getting pushed back, no cancel order button on order details page. food turned up at 22.00 stone cold.

Waited for over hour and time changed over and over ! Wrong order completely! Got someone else’s! Checked their food out, their food stone cold! Their 6 nuggets was 4! Their chips cold and hard! Their food missing dips! Their food in the bin!

45 mins later than original estimated delivery time on order being placed. Food was stone cold on delivery.

The drink had been knocked over So half a drink. Chips were stone cold. Cheeseburger the same. And yet again paid for sauce and was not put in. Asked for refund to then get a reply saying no. Won’t use again

Food was cold (nothing unusual ,never eaten McDonald's hot when delivered) the order was wrong....ordered banana milkshake and I got milkshake that definitely was not banana,and if I had to guess I would say creamy milk as it didn't taste of anything....when I say 'no pickle it means no pickle.

Everything was completely cold. The double chilli cheese burgers were squashed in the bottom of the bag to the point where all the layers weren’t even stacked on top of each other anymore. I had hardly any sauce in any of the burgers and all the mozzarella dippers were at the bottom of the bag, not in the box.

Frequently missing items. This time - zero fries with any of the meals I’ve ordered.

A two hour wait time is unacceptable in any restaurant of any standered. And this was McDonald's, the food was cold by the time it arrived and I'm completely dissatisfied and I want my money back.

After placing this order we waited nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive, absolutely ridiculous it’s meant to be fast food I understand if they don’t have enough staff but that’s appalling from all standpoints

Food arrived after nearly an hour and a half. When it arrived, food was stone cold!. Awful today which is unusual as we have ordered from here previously and food has been great

absolutely shocking. order at 11. At 12 I called Mcdonalds who said order had been ready for ages no courier had arrived. they said they were unable to remake as its ordered from 3rd party. after waiting over an hour we all went to bed. i sent an email to request a refund as it would of been freezing. then was woken up by an alert that it was on the way. i messaged the driver to say this order was cancelled after being now 1 hour and 30 mins late. but he proceeded to leave on doorstep at 1245

Always something missing from the order from here. Usually sauces, sometimes other things like the sausage patty on morning items.

Driver damaged the food, set the bags in a wet spot on a shelf outside the window pain while I went back and rebooted the app because it froze not happy trying to make a complain about it when I got it. worst service ever driver, rude and damaged all my order. The bag broke from the wetness had milkshake all over my floor.

where are my dips my children are very upset because of this i treat them once a month and now i have unhappy kids because you lot couldn’t be bothered to chuck 4 dips in on top of this my drinks were half empty and considering i got a small coke i didn’t appreciate having half a cup of a small cup anyway to conclude i would like some money back as im very unhappy with this service

My burger was all over the place had no onion in it the drinks weren’t full and the McFlurrys weren’t full and had hardly any piece over all I’m not happy with my order especially how I spent £25 I’m very dissatisfied and will be complaining again .
