McDonald's in Gosport

Burgers were thrown together as per usual and cold fries yet again.

Think I given up ordering from McDonald's online everytime they miss items not just one item but like 3-5 items 😭 so kids had food and now I am cooking my own as i couldn't watch a child go without a McDonald's whilst everyone had their things, dont help we missing pudding too 3 items in total , trying to get a refund from just eat or calling McDonald's in Gosport is being a pain for the last half hour as no one seems to answer the phone at brockhurst McDonald's 🙈🙈 yes I get 16 year olds work there but I worked at 16 at McDonald's it's not hard to read the item and put in the bag 🙈🙈🙈🙈

God awful for delivery, only order things if you want something missing..oh its never drinks, fries or hashbrowns...always burgers or muffins. This had happened to me sooooo many times McDonalds customer service probably have me as a nuisance customer.

Usual McDonald's formula, food was quick, bathroom was grim!

Absolutely bloody awful. Staff cannot get an order right then always blame the Uber driver! They deliver but McDonalds staff pack the food...wrong.

If ypu want your food cold, and wrong then use this place. Oh yeh and if you want your food to look like it has been kicked around the floor then this is the place to go.

This particular place is bad. Wouldn't even accept cash for my food.

My husband ordered a big mac AND THERE WAS 2 BITES MISSING FROM IT. we were absolutely disgusted.

found it outside my door after I told courier to take it back .15mins late and colder than the drinks that came with it .so zero stars but can't do that

The order was totally ballsed up between 3 different bags the poor driver didnt know what was happening we managed to get my order sorted out but then had open bags by mistake i noticed a happy meal had nothing but a bag of chips in it, very poor on behalf of mcdonalds, will vouch for the driver !

Arrived by courier, by cyclist. The drinks were none existent from spillage in the bag. Tried handing me by taking items out of the bags! no thanks. You don’t handle peoples food and drink! The bag has a seal for a reason! Upon ringing the doorbell, footage was captured of him dropping the bag of food! The amount of concern with this order/courier was unreal! Please train your couriers to be more respectful of peoples food orders! I should be requesting a full refund not partial!Ridiculous service

quarter pounder was ok but the big mac had far too much sauce, couldn't actually taste the burger coz it was swimming in sauce

everything is stone cold. How is the Fareham drive thru can get food to be hot but the one less than five minutes away never can. Possibly the worst McDonald's in the country

The wait was awful,20 minutes on a shake and 2 burgers is ridiculous! And the floor is very dirty in the delivery room. please fix it! :/

Had very little in stock .. the only McDonald's I've been to that have ran out of most burgers on menu ! . Had a philly cheese what an absolute waste of money what a disgrace!!! Stone cold and plane as see pic .would put a zero if had the option! Plus to top of never ever had a luck warm apple pie .

This is the second time I have no received condiments that are meant to be part of the meal. Staff need to check that everything selected goes out with the food! Also what is the point in preordering and selecting a delivery time (that’s available) if this isn’t even going to be kept to?!

Missed the nuggets from 2 meals including my 5 year olds happy meal. So after spending £35 to not cook after a long day I still had to cook. Why I’m even leaving the review I don’t know as it’s always the same and no one really cares 🤷🏻‍♀️

Driver was lovely & fast to get here, easy to understand and didn’t cause any problems. Only problem was the restaurant! The food arrived UNCOOKED!

Waiting for over an hour, delivery guy said it was because they didn’t put my order through to the kitchen. When it arrived, it was not my order!

Ordered 2 of the same burger but when delivered I received 2 completely different burgers. This resolved in me being dissatisfied and having to throw burger away.

I am not happy because again you have missed out some of my order the burger, Coke and nuggets. This happens on a regular basis as we order quite often and it’s not acceptable. It is not just eats fault but the people who make up the orders
