Didnt get correct order. Our sides were one mash and one beans, but we got two beans.

food was fine and everything came but came over 2 hours late said it would only take around 40 mins latest and ended up being on the preparing order section for like an hour and 20 before it came

food when here was fine, ordered at 6.22pm and told order being prepped almost immediately delivery expected 7pm order did not arrive until gone half past 8 had there been an option to cancel I would have done however as it was being prepared for well over an hour this then removed the option to cancel. kids now eaten well beyond bedtime, very unhappy

Fillet Tower was poor, not very warm, just thron in lettuce that had fallen out and barely any mayonnaise. My 8 year old would have made better.

£10 of food missing from the order.

I have not received my order it says delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me ! I think it has gone to frosthole crescent not the first time this has happened so please sort it out thankyou.

Don't bother ordering for delivery from here. I'm still waiting to receive one order which has all my items! The latest delivery arrived with my name and order on the receipt, but when opened it was totally wrong, obviously for a different customer! Plus it was lukewarm. I suggest going to the Gosport KFC instead, at least you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you actually ordered 🙄

My order was over £21 but I never received my free regular popcorn.

I ordered a 6 piece bucket, ( chicken only) when I opened it there was 4drumsticks and 2 thighs! Would've been nice to have had a couple of brest pieces! Not the first time this has happened! Not impressed!

Food was delivered late and cold and looked as though it had been assembled by throwing it from a great height. We also had a drink missing from the order as seems to be the standard. Three meals, three drinks shouldn’t be too hard but they never manage it. I wonder if the driver gets thirsty on route…

Fries were warm but chicken was hot and delicious , fast delivery

I think that when your order gets its time changed more than 2 times it should be an automatic refund due to the extra time that the order sat on the counter waiting for a driver to collect it

Just had our order delivered, for grandkids to, NO POPCORN CHICKEN, NO GRAVY, NO 4 PORTION OF CHIPS were in the order. Absolutely disgraceful. Tried to phone, got cut off, no answer at all. Had to reorder, grandkids starving. Orders obviously need to be doubly checked.

Very poor experience. 10 piece bargain bucket had 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs. No breast. A very strange shaped chicken. And only the cheap small portions provided.. Attempting to call restaurant resulted in phone ringing out every time

Food is always cold. They must prepare it when order come in then it sits around waiting for a driver. Cold chip are NOT appetising. This happens often so will not bother ordering again.

She had rang my doorbell, as im answering the door she has a friend on the phone who is on speaker and overly loud , while asking for my code she was talking on the phone and had to ask me what was the numbers because she got it wrong.

Go for the 4 piece original recipe. Cannot be beaten. And half the time I'm left with piece for the next day for a sarny. Smashing.

Fast delivery but disappointed that the fries had some sort of peppery coating and the chicken coating seems to have changed and again seemed peppery, even though I ordered the traditional recipe. I can't eat spicy food, so had to give my order to a neighbour.

I’m not happy at all with my order tonight, ‘half of it was lose in the bag . Plus There was a hole in the paper bag. It was freezing cold!!!! And for £40 it was terrible for what you get!! Terrible experience. Fries not delivered, for family treat. Ruined evening, and no cares given, as rating unsatisfactory just doesn't make the evening better! Shocking🤬 To be clear, fries on plate are ones we cooked ourselves!!

Rubbish experience. Booked 90 minutes early, still 75 minutes late. Food was barely mild warm, soggy chips, no idea how long this was all sat waiting. Showed being prepped for over half an hour, some fast food this is! wont be using just eat again clearly a pointless hope to choose any time slot at all.
