Josh was great this is our local and although he was tired through working extremely hard he was very accommodating to our needs he offered other products which convinced us to order extra sides. He had a very extremely happy demeanor and it was a very extremely pleasurable experience! Thank you so much josh!!! 💓

Now that Papa Johns switched to Uber, instead their own delivery, I am very disappointed. The pizza itself is amazing, as always excellent ingredients. However, my order arrived cold. I saw the driver bringing the order without heat bag (NEVER, their own delivery would do that), and to add the insult to the injury, the whole pizza looked like scrambled eggs, all over the place. Until they get their own drivers back, I will not order again.

The food is always good and warm, the couriers are on time and polite. We've not been let down by them yet.

If I could give 0 I would! Awful waited over 2 hours for my order when I called to find out where it was I was told it didn't go through due to an IT issue, even though I had the order number and payment taken. The manager offered no way to resolve it and laughed down the phone! Shocking service. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Go to dominos instead.

The pilly cheesesteak is probably the sadest pizza I've ever had in my life, hardly any cheese maybe 2 tiny bits of meat of each slice topped with an overpowering amount of green peppers and garlic. I've had better frozen pizzas growing up in the 80s and 90s.

A really good franchisee who cares about their store and customer service. Pizza arrived hot, in perfect condition, really visually appealing and driver was really polite and apologised for being late when the pizza was delivered in 30 minutes, which is perfectly reasonable.

couldn't find order when I went to collect, after much confusion and saying they hadn't received my order had to show justeat app. they said that justeat orders don't transfer the name the order was placed under which seems illogical. pizza was less than Luke warm when I got home and had to put through air fryer.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. First ever Papa Johns, and the last of this is what they are like. Resembled something g you might expect to get if you had bought a budget pizza from Iceland.

Waiting 2 hours for one pizza on a Sunday. Tried to call them, no answer, but magically said driver was on the way 30 seconds after they didn't pick up the phone. Pizzas are great but the manager/staff clearly have no idea what the f they are doing. Tried to call the last 45 minutes to cancel the order. Absolutely useless. Typical gosport.

Papa johns do the best pizzas and the service we get is always brilliant.

Food delivered on time however not hot, also very poor with toppings , not worth the money even with the applied discount .

Ordered for takeaway 15min before they close, i go there and my order is not going to be made it turns out they close at 21:30 and not 22 as stated on their website which took my order and my money out of my account. Now i have to wait for a refund and go to a better pizza shop which won’t leave paying customers with empty hands and sorry!

I have had the Mexican twice now, first with the usual base, 2nd with crispy base, prefer 1st. Hot, but I like that. Peri Peri chicken pieces nice, but not that spicy. Must admit not keen on their Special Garlic Sauce, but that’s me

Only one side had vegan cheese the pizzas and one side had normal cheese. One of the pizzas was also gluten free. There are allergys in the household. I requested a refund not an exchange on pizza as I will not be a returning customer. I've also found someone has used my account for bbq chicken wings on November 5th. I am vegan and have never eaten these or ordered these. I am extremely disappointed because I have still not received my refund, I ring papa johns Gosport asking for it and still he questions me about the cheese telling me he swears it wasnt a mistake on the order. So i feel like im being accused of lying and I have no refund still. I am beyond angry. I was a regular customer who knows the difference between cheeses. I really want my refund back for the order as it had to go in the bin due to allergies. Im so upset. Ive lost £39. 47 and nearly ended up severely ill. I want to raise this complaint high as possible and will be looking for my refund until I get it. The manager keeps promising me it. Yet where is it then? I am not coming back to Gosport Papa Johns. I have sent in an official complaint.

awful establishment, manager Deepak is horriblely rude and petty. I would not waste your time or money at this particular papa johns location. Rest of the staff are lovely though.

My husband had to pick up from restaurant in the end as already 20 minutes late and they were still waiting for driver didn't know how long driver would be

Order confirmed at 18:42 with delivery estimated 19:10 -19:40. Called to chase at 19:50 to be put on hold for over 5 minutes to then be told they’ve only just received the order. If I wanted a refund I’ll have to go through Just Eat or they’ll get the food out within 15mins. Food took another 30mins and even when it I did it was poor quality. Not worth the wait or money with better quality options elsewhere.

Variety of Vegan pizza with amazing taste

Very Overpriced when they are sparce on the toppings on the pizza, barely any cheese and 'all meat' as they call it had hardly any on there , pay extra for Chicken on another pizza about 5x little strips to cover an xxl size, if they are going to charge what they do for a pizza at least load it up, very tight and stingy considering what customers pay. Kebab shops put them to shame and they are nicer as fully loaded so know where I will be going every time now.

Absolutely love their vegan pizza, also they do gluten basses.

This is the third time i’ve ordered with justeat for papa johns where they have missed things from my order. Then I have to wait for them to cook that item and deliver it, but at this point after waiting 30 mins for them to come back the items I do actually have are basically cold. They tell me its a problem when people order on justeat? If it is I wish they would fix it. It seems to happen with the missing items when I have two of the same item and they read it as one for some reason. But one time there was 2 drinks missing and a side but I only brought one of that side so i’m not sure. I would happily order on their website instead on justeat but they only weirdly have the vegan marmite cheese scrolls on here and not their website and they are the best. The stick version is not the same its too strong and really not nice. This has happened 3 times to me now and 2 times I got compensation at least with free icecream but this time when it was the latest I had ever waited with my food and the rest has gotten pretty cold I got none! I feel bad for the delivery drivers having ti keep coming back. I added it was late by 15 mins as when you first delivered it was actually early.. but waiting for over 30 mins for you to return after you messed up is a little unfair. PLEASE ADD THE SCROLLS TO YOUR WEBSITE SO I CAN STOP ORDERING ON JUST EAT AND I WON’T EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS. Thank you.
