There was no Cheese on the Philly steak with mayo footlong. Very disappointed

one of my items didn't arrive, that being a fruit shoot so it wasn't that much of a difference to the overall order.

Missing items. Ice cream and 1 order of waffle fries. Couldn’t call the store as the number doesn’t work. Food we got was nice though.

I haven't had my food, it came to the wrong house

missing cheese and not toasted

they didn’t send me a footlong cookie because they didn’t have any kelly and simply put a note in the bag saying they’ve give me a normal cookie instead. they could have rang and i would have just cancelled my order!!

Ketchup and cheese missing from the bacon and sausage sub, otherwise all OK and delivered early.

Yet again my order arrives and its wrong,received doritos crisps instead of doritos snack bowl.how can you keep getting my orders wrong..and why when you try to phone does it never connect.absolute joke

Came here later afternoon 2 girls rushing about , had to explain twice what I wanted asked for sauce the woman put way too much on. Online deliveries prioritised over sit in customers. Drinks machine not working warm drinks in fridge , no customer service charged full price and not for meal deal. Go to another subway cos these motoring here have no training and no clue about food prep!

The wedges and the cheesy garlic bread were cold. There was no cheese on the salad.

I order footlong with nachos and a drink with 3 cookies and you send me no nachos or cookies and no pepperoni ( I paid extra for nachos, cookies and pepperoni absolute joke

They delivered it quick, shame they sent me the wrong item lol sent me a box instead of a baguette. Classic.

They had ran out of vegan cheese so they sent me a vegan coockie instead. Very happy as I love cookies :)

Food was delicious but the delivery time was appauling. Over an hour late, it was meant to be for lunch not an afternoon snack. I know this isn't the restaurants fault, just shocking service from just eat and no way to complain.

Tried ordering on Uber eats but we was clear driver had taken it for himself. Went in and they very quickly remade our order and fully loaded the sandwiches as well which were all really nice. Chucked in some freebies even though it wasn’t their fault.

I didn’t get the order I asked for, I was given someone else’s order. I have to go out to pick someone up from the hospital so I can’t sort it out now. I’m sorry about not being able to stay here to exchange the orders but I’m needed at the hospital x

Paid for toasted subs but received then untoasted. Requested a refund and not heard anything back.

The driver made me walking in the rain to his car and didn’t get out just rolled the window down n gave me the order and i find that absolutely ridiculous.

Somehow managed to mess up everything we had ordered and was also missing a full meal as well as other things.

The food came and it was cold, I was missing a portion of hash browns and I tried to call but it just kept saying call failed and couldn’t connect. I choose this one with reading the reviews. I will be sticking with the Whitefield branch in future much better in my opinion.

my cookies was missing and my food was cold

Just had the most digusting chicken teryaki salad bowl of my life! The chicken wasn't premarinated as it is supposed to be and the teryaki sauce was added on top. Then the lite mayo was applied all over that as well so it mixed together to make a disgusting tasting sauce of teryaki infused mayo! They just wasted all that money on a refurb and they can't even get the basics right! I'd rather buy a store bought salad...

Need to put more salad on the sandwiches apart from that it's alright and it's clean to

Went in a few days ago, seems they have had a refurb - which was a lovely surprise as it's now much cleaner and brighter. I only ever go in for a cup of tea as they do PG Tips and that's my fave.

Top guys. Very clean place and they even gave me a free coffee too.

This place is absolutely dirtiest place I've ever seen standing at counter all the inside counter look like it never been cleaned and the floors was dirter than the footpath outside the staff looked grubby like they need a lesson in hygiene aswell as in food and keeping shop clean at all times went in to pick food for someone eles there is no way I would eat out of there after seeing the state of the place needs a deep clean and someone sensible to run the place even 1 star is to many for it

Nice clean subway with good service. There were 4 staff on and no queue, and the drink refill machine was actually working and fully stocked.

I have travelled 15 minutes to get there and have the surprise to be Closed!!! Their working hours are from 7am but in reality is from 8am. Is their responsability to update the business hours right ? Hard to find a parking space as well as is located in the centre. So.. goodluck

Maggots in bins, produce is constantly defrosted and refrosted, reused, staff play tetris and don't wash the knives or maintain good hygiene the sink doesn't work because it has no pipe the fridges temperature gauge is broken. The counter is full of crumbs and dust. Members of staff would rather be on there phones than help with orders. The waste of food is disgraceful .worthless subway and I've been going for years, after working there 2 weeks it's trash, never again

Absolutely awful!! i ordered on just eat my order was all incorrect, items missing the actually sandwich was incorrect, certain salad etc were added on which i never asked for... i could of had a allergy to them. when trying to contact them nobody would answer! will never order from there again! daylight robbery.

Don't order a delivery from these guys! They don't put all your order in and they never answer their phones. Basically stealing your money from you. Will never EVER get a delivery from these guys again. Such a shame as I love the food from Subway.

Absolutely awful! Came in and 3 staff were just talking not paying any attention. After about 2 minutes a young girl came out and served without saying hi or asked what we are having, just stared blankly at us waiting for us to say our order. While doing our order the shop was very unclean with veg in the meat section and counters dirty! The cookies were smaller than usual and burnt!

I love subway. Very good staff in this one. I wish they had more staff in because looks like they are understaffed and doing their best.

There is some problem with the food , me , my wife and kid were vomiting continuously due to a bit stale sauces , or some such thing. We had ordered two vegi sandwich ,plant based meat ball and Italian bread . After eating whole family is continuaslly vomiting . Just short of calling 911.

Every time we have ordered from here, the order has not only been wrong, it appeared as though our subs had been prepared by a chimp and dropped into a box from great height. Trying to call the 'restaurant' is a waste of time. One can only assume because the number of angry complainants have broken their spirit and nobody has the balls to pick up. I wouldn't mind quite so much if the prices were reasonable but they're really not. Two stars because the food was technically edible.

Ordered two hot sandwiches on UberEats. Was given a timescale of about 20 mins. The driver arrived at the store about 10 mins later. I could see the driver waiting at the store for about half an hour, on the tracking, before he finally left. He arrived shortly after, very stressed out saying that he was collecting 2 orders, my order was ready when he got there but the other one took 30 mins. My order was of course stone cold. Not even a little bit warm. I contacted UberEats who refused to refund but thanked me for my feedback(!)

Something with tuna fish is excellent

Rude, incompetent staff and completely useless.Asked if wanted "cheese and toasted", so I replied "just cheese please" and they heat it up anyway. I asked for a single line "South-West Sauce" and they completely marinate my sandwich in it.Then I find a giant house spider in it!! I was nearly sick....DISGUSTING!!

what a terrible experience!! I went in this morning to have my lunch with my boyfriend. I ordered my usual order which was a foot long Italian bmt with mayonnaise. I ate half of it when ,to my disgust, I found a spider in it. My boyfriend took it back to the lady at the till for me as I was in absolute shock; Where she dismissed the situation and said it was a bit of fluff from the grill, when it was clearly not as it had legs! The lady at the till asked if I wanted it remade which I did not as I had been very much put off the whole idea of eating now so instead I was given a refund. As a person with arachnophobia, I can say it was genuinely a terrifying and disgusting experience. After I had walked out I threw up and have felt sick all day since it happened! Will not be going back to subway. Intended to come for a nice meal with my boyfriend, but instead ended up on a bush-tucker trail!

Got an order from this subway and our order was a tuna (with nothing on it, except tuna and cheese and mayo on it) and then it came back with loads of corn on it, jalapeños, and other stuff that we hadn’t ordered. Very disappointing with this service!

Subway Bury Ordered online around 11.45am and was given a delivery time of 12.30. Around 1.30 I thought I'd check to see where my order was. According to them it had been delivered at 12.30? ...ok?? I rang the number given on justeat which is a false number as it just takes you to an american automated service which asks for a 14 didgit pin? 02038629530 So then I Google the number and get 0161 762 9560 (10 times I dialed this number and got no answer) I then ring just eat who confirm the order hadn't left the shop as they have no drivers! Still took my money though didn't they! Luckily the customer service advisor at justeat was lovely and gave me a full refund. Not the point though really is it. Why say it had been delivered when it hadn't, why take payment when you had no drivers to take the order. Read the reviews on here and they are all bad! Do they have a manager? If so you should be ashamed! I'd be giving your staff the jobcentre number ...Never again. I would rather poop in my hands and clap!

I have been to more than my fair share of Subway's all over the UK - Bury, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Reading, Birmingham & quite a few in London....but this has to be HANDS DOWN the WORST of them all.The staff are rude and incompetent, the cleanliness of the place is terrible. I was forced to move by a member of staff because she needed to put a box of crisps on the table I was eatiing on.I will NEVER be going back here again!!

Very friendly staff and they seemed to care that I had the right combination of salad and even mixed the spinach in with the lettuce instead of just dumping it all in in clumps.

Food spot on unfortunately the hygiene in the toilets right next door was disgusting and told the staff on way out. Their response was blank.

I love Subway BUT!!! this one is the worst I have ever been in. Every time we have been there it's scruffy, dirty y tables and dirty floor. The staff are rude and don't interested in the customers. I have now stopped going to Bury because of this Subway. I love Bury but won't go because I can't get anything to eat. Either close this Subway down and open a new one or clean it up and get new staff
