Burger King in Bury

The meal arrived late and where cold as well my drink was missing. Perfect lunch

after dropping off other food orders my order was freezing wasn't expecting it to be hot but edibley warm would of been ok but it was absolutely awful

awesome food as always will be going back again.

Came into the store and ordered our food, waited about 4 mins as this was made specially with no mayo or ketchup. Great service from the team.

The chips were stone cold they went straight in the bin and the tub of ice cream was fully melted! It must of been sat at the restaurant for some time! I’ve got pictures if you want them £40 pretty much wasted

Ordered some food on the app to pick up from the store that said closed at 8pm, pulled up to the store at 7:25pm and found the lights off and staff leaving and was told to come back tomorrow - this BK is not even local to me!! Even Google showed the store as open till 8pm and their own app said the same; collect before 8pm. Now I am down £15 and have nothing to show for it. I would like a refund, it's quite ridiculous, frankly. I would like a refund ASAP.

Absolutely ridiculous shocking service placed order and was told around 45mins 45 mins later still the same time I then called the restaurant to find out what was happening with my order to be told by the member of staff that it was on its way and would be arriving any minute to be waiting over 2 hours for a delivery and then be lied to by staff saying your order will be with you any minute when that clearly wasn’t the case is just ridiculous.£50 on an order for it to be delivered stone cold

Delivery driver very rude, had to repeat code three times, if he would of took his headphones out not have so loud might of been able to hear me, food was fine, just the delivery drivers, why I never tip them, so rude

Courier didn’t even set off when he had go the delivery and when came with food had another order with him from a different restaurant. Also why do Burger King insist on putting cold drinks in with the hot food ??

Food is definitely microwaved although it came cold, the onion rings were horrible, my latte wasn't very warm either, the cleaner could do with taking 1 hand out of her pocket to clean table properly & maybe a smile would've helped, 2 staff were ok 1 who served us & what I think was her line manager was the other ok 1 but honestly the atmosphere was dull, drab n boring so I certainly won't be wasting any money there again. Can't even smell the flame grill 🤔🤔

Spent over £25 on food for two and they wanted to charge extra for Mayo but threw in half dozen ketchup packets without asking. Wasn't a major queue but food took an age & bins were overflowing.

I went in a lunchtime on my break from work the food was lovely and fresh and the staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome one staff member in particular Shannon ! This is by far the best Burger King I have been to ! The store was very clean. I recommend to anyone that’s in a mood for some tasty food to go here as it was delicious!

Went in today afternoon and was really happy with my visit. Shannon was really helpful despite it being so busy for them. All the staff looked well presented and in clean uniform. Food was piping hot and prompt service. I waited in a queue that was going to the door but with their fast service it only took 10 mins before I reached the counter which isn't bad considering the amount of customers in queue with large families ordering big orders. My fries were piping hot and my royale was crispy and fresh. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh and not just sat there. They now also have a drinks machine so I got to enjoy that aswell. I had motor issues due to a leg injury and the staff went out their way to bring my food out to me. Deffo will return to this branch.

I went in last week and the customer service was really good. Chantelle the manager went out of her way to help me to decide on my order when I was stuck. Food came piping hot and fast. Staff were all so friendly and had clean uniform on and all looked professional. The store itself looked clean and well presented.

Very nice meal/food. Very nice staff, one specifically a lady called Chantelle, served me with a smile, told me about the offers in store and about the App where you can get points on your orders. But she was polite and a very nice person.

swore at my a member of staff called tori. waited ages for food and people who came in after us got served first. didn't get the full order and gave us a load of attitude. not only that the food was cold.

Very bad customer service staff not interested in quality. The chips were hot I'll give them that. Burgers were cold and looked like they had stood for a while. But what then killed it after eating all the food was the long reddy brown hair at the bottom of the chip bag. Couldn't take it back as we were traveling home by this point. Just made us feel ill at the thought.

Burgers had ketchup on them when the burger ordered doesn’t have ketchup on them. Just eat won’t refund any money even though provided with photos and say it’s because restaurants are allowed to basically make a new recipe up which might not be what you ordered but they are ok to do that 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

My order took far to long to be processed and to be delivered , my chips were cold and soggy , the burger felt like it had been left out to long so was hard , disappointed that the coke was in a bottle as it was warm , I shall not be ordering BK to be delivered again

Very bad customer service. Employees had a very bad attitude. There was a misunderstanding about the number of nuggets on the order and the woman behind the counter was very argumentative even though I conceded from the outset that I may have made a mistake. Then when my wopper came with mayo after I had ordered it on the app with no mayo they just said tough, your order came through as no pickle, not no mayo. Felt like launching it. Won't go back!

The drinks machine had now been out of service for over 8 months. Instead, they offer soft drinks in bottles. The problem with that is that they expect you to pay £3, yes £3 for a bottle of coke, and I'm not talking about a 2L bottle but a 500ml. Now, onto the staff. Half of them look like they don't want to be there. There's more atmosphere on the moon, then there is in that restaurant.

hard to comment on quality when food was cold and given to dogs. called restaurant and they couldn't give refund..when I tried on JE I got less than £7 back from a 15.99 order...how is this correct

Who makes the mess you keep going on about?? The customers that's who. Moaning about a 10 minute wait,are you for real!? Until you've worked in one of these places you will never ever get it. The staff here work very hard and do the best they can,working long hours. With the new manager things are going to go the right way and for the crew,I'm relieved.

Once again the team can't even read simple instructions, and make the burgers with the toppings you want....

This was first time in a Burger King, but will definately be going back to try another meal 👍😀

I often go in this Burger King and suprisingly the food is ok but there is always something they don't have it was milk today!!!! But it's the cleanliness of the place really let's it down, I went in today about 11.30am, the floor had definitely not been cleaned from the day before, my feet were stuck to the floor under my table, there was what look like coke splashed up the wall, the tables were dirty and really sticky, I did mention it to a lad I think the manager and he said he would get a mop, but didn't see him do it. If front of house is this dirty, really can't see the back being clean so would put me off going in again.

Friendly enough guy took the order and food was ready pretty quick. However, probably the worst burger I've ever been served. It was a bacon and cheese adult meal but the burger was the same size as my daughter's child version. It was cold, floppy, tasteless bacon, two cold slices of cheese that didn't melt because the whole thing was cold. Dry burger patty. Didn't resemble the advertising pic in any way. Shocking really. Chips were at least hot and crispy but the main thing is the burger and it was poor. Don't think I'll be visiting this particular outlet again.
