Like others have said befor! Food is ok, but the staff was kinda rude.... Especially the person that takes the orders with the bread etc. How she said what bread etc eyes rolling and with attuide quiet a mid age woman possibly in 30s + The salad person was amazing and the cashier was top notch and respectful with a big smile and is happy to wish everyone a nice day etc, She basically kept her self to her self ! I went there because it is the nearest subway from heath hospital. My wife was hospitalized and I have to come here but the guy is kind of rude and avoiding person. He have an attitude like if you want food then stay there otherwise go back I don't care. I have to think twice before I go there. Although lady was nice and ok.

Like others have mentioned - I have been in touch with the store a couple of times about not being able to redeem offers they are signed up for (3 free cookies with a sub, footlong for £4.99 etc) - just to receive a generic response back from the owner. Will not be visiting again. Update - I went back due to a recent Footlong for £4.99 offer and scanned and paid first - and I got the offer this time. Not sure if it is just hot and miss? Will continue to pay first and see how I get on.

There's always an excuse for this store when points and promotions are concerned. The staff are directed by the owner to inform customers that the scanner isn't working - when it fact it functions and operates correctly. No hair nets or hygiene precautions are taken here. I've experienced hair in my food on a number of occasions, and the fact that it hasn't been addressed since the first occurrence leads me to believe the staff and owners simply don't care. With a Greggs a few doors down, I'm hoping that this is just another business we'll see with lights off and boards on the windows.

Shame the scanner for the subway rewards scheme wasn't working as that was the reason why I went their to use my points instead of paying. Had a salad with ham and cheese but was only given two triangles of cheese, the peppers were nice, lots of greens. Sometimes could not hear the person on the till because of the screen. Overall a experience like no other subway.

Staff initially refused to put chipotle sauce on my nachos, telling me they don’t do that because i’ve got salsa on them. Once I told them that I had been coming to this subway for years (8+ years) and always had chipotle and salsa on my nachos, they told me that they changed the rules because of the schoolkids. They then said I could have it if I paid 40p extra. I literally get this combo at other subways too.

I ordered food for a group of individuals who were taking part in a course, these individuals depend in us to provide food as for many this is the only meal they have. I placed the order to arrive at 12:20, by 13:00hrs no update and still delivery stating 12:20pm delivery. I called the restaurant who stated they were waiting for a driver, I tried to contact Just Eat with no luck. I then drove to the restaurant and was told I couldn't pick it up. After waiting for over an hour in the restaurant I was told the driver had arrived but I couldn't take the food with me I would have to wait for the driver to deliver it. By this time I had stayed over the maximum time in the car park so may now face a fine as well as now having food left over due to the group finishing with us at 14:15hrs and the food arriving just before 14:30hrs. Now having not fed the group and wasted food as well as a potential fine. I would appreciate someone contacting me please?

I’m absolutely fuming as left very clear instructions on where I live, the two delivery people obviously didn’t read the very simple instructions. We had a rather unpleasant experience, bordering on discrimination, at a pub we came across on our way back to London today. Since all the pet friendly gastropubs in the area were fully booked, we called this one and were surprised to get a table with table service. When we arrived, the pub was completely empty—no one at the bar, no pints being poured. A male waiter approached to take our orders, and we asked for Sunday Roasts. He informed us they had run out, so we politely requested a couple of minutes to look at the menu again. To our surprise, as he walked away, we heard him let out a long sigh—clearly annoyed at the idea of coming back. Only a minute later, he returned and curtly told us to place our orders at the counter, then walked away again. While this wasn’t a huge issue, it was undeniably rude. Moments later, we noticed that Caucasian customers who arrived after us were being served at their tables. What made matters worse was that we were still charged a service fee, despite having to order at the counter. After the meal, I discreetly spoke with the young male owner, hoping to share my experience constructively. Unfortunately, he became defensive and insisted his staff had done nothing wrong. I gave it my best effort and left, saying we’d have to agree to disagree. (This kind of resistance to feedback would never fly in London’s F&B scene. How difficult is it to accept an alternative opinion?) What made the situation even stranger was the owner following us outside, passive-aggressively declaring we wouldn’t be welcome back at the pub. I almost laughed. The conversation had been calm and professional—my intent was simply to offer feedback, not start an argument. The irony was, we weren’t locals and had no intention of returning to this out-of-the-way pub anyway. We would probably forget about it by the end of the day. In retrospect, it’s a relief this isn’t our local. The food was averaged, and the service, at best, discriminatory. If only the owner had been more professional and mature, taking a moment to empathise with customers and listen to their concerns. Having worked in F&B myself, this kind of engagement was part of our daily routine. The fact that every other pub in the area was fully booked while this one was empty speaks volumes about the quality of its food and service. One thing we did learn from this unpleasant experience: we’ll be appreciating our local pub by James Blunt in Chelsea even more from now on. You don’t realise how lucky you are until you encounter places like this. I'd suggest the young owner take a humble step and visit our local pub to learn a thing or two. My two cents. Drinks are on me!
