Subway in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Prices have increased due to the fact they have limited the meal deals to a hand full of subs . The self service screens are frustrating and impersonal. Walked out without ordering.

Reluctant to serve now there is a self service system in place. Subways slogan should be changed from 'have it your way' to 'have it your way-as long as your requirements are listed in a limited menu on a touch screen while your server stands in front of you doing nothing while you figure out the app' There's other local Subways that are better but this one was convenient for me today. I understand a pre order system or using self service if its busy. But not if you're the only one waiting to be served and the staff aren't doing anything else

The guy in there was so patient with me and my three kids all ordering different, gluten free and all. Josh in particular was excellent!

Ordered food and given time of 7.55pm - 8.15pm. Ismail accepted delivery and told Subway 8pm. Subway had order ready. Ismail didn't arrive. The time on the App kept getting later. At 8.40pm the delivery time became 9 - 9.20pm. I phoned Subway. Ismail had still not arrived. Subway close at 9pm and our order would have to be remade as it contained hot food. At 8.45pm we had to go and collect our food. A different driver arrived at 8.55pm but we were there. Subway were great. Just Eat were awful.

Came here yesterday dinner time. Shop was very quiet. Service was not as quick as you would think considering it was empty. Food was ok.

Order never arrived second time this has happened. The last order that didn't turn up is still unresolved. And on contact with the ombudsman

Still warm which is amazing but had the wrong drink which is okay happy with the drink

no support from restaurant or re assurance of the food being delivered due to driver issues. Food was ready and waiting to be picked up, we offered to collect and was told no and to wait and hopefully they would get a driver with no time scale of how long this would be.

food didn't come, got charged and can't get a refund because they delivered the food to someone else's house

Waited over two hours. After multiple phone calls they eventually answered to tell us that there was no delivery drivers. Why are they still taking delivery orders.

This is the 3rd time in a row my sub has been toasted when I did not wanted to be I even added an additional note asking them not to toast it, any they still did it!!!

Shocking, second time I’ve ordered from this store and it’s taken over 2 hours both times despite the estimated delivery is 15/35 minutes. To say the food was cold would be an understatement

absolutely great service, lovely gentleman also phoned just to confirm that we wanted the subs untasted as it's usually a missed option.

delivered nearly took nearly 2 hours!!

Everything was really lovely. However icecream was melted and foamy and didnt look safe to eat. It looked as though itmay have been refrozen in the past and then melted again from being sat out

I ordered my food at 12:20 and got delivered at 14:50! That’s 2 and a half hours of waiting for food!! Our times kept changing for delivery, I couldn’t phone them to cancel my order as their phone was off! Absolutely appalling service from subway and just eat had no way of cancelling my order! Absolutely disgusting!!

Disappointed with the food quality. Meatballs snack bowl was cold Bbq chicken and bacon Submelt tasted awful, the bread was wrong as it should have been hearty Italian but was plain and soggy. Ordered raspberry cheesecake cookie but got an extra macadamia nut cookie instead, guessing ran out of the raspberry cookie, should be marked unavailable online. Delivery driver was friendly and pleasant. The food quality is better inside the store as was happy with my order two weeks ago. Just seemed rushed and not bothered with how the food turns out.

Dreadful service. Waited over 3 hours and subway claims the food would not be prepared until the driver was confirmed but it was cold and soggy. The driver rang and left the food before I could explain I had been waiting over 3 hours and wanted to cancel and a refund.

When we got our order the bag was ripped opened the sandwiches were drenched in sauce. The food was cold. The sandwiches were broken I was missing half of my sandwiches bread.

A lovely little place. Great engaging staff who obviously had good customer service. Changed my mind about the takeaway & sat inside. I will definitely go again.

The food is really good. It's pretty good value for money because your not hungry after a footling with a snack. The staff are as keen and happy in their work as you would expect for a fast food place but thats not why you go there. Get in, grab your scoff and get out and they do that very well.

Nice quick easy bite with lots of options. Not many seats inside but 9/10 customers are normally take away so makes sense.

The order was over an hour late, and it was freezing. We tried calling the restaurant multiple times and there was no answer, also requested an update from the restaurant via text and received nothing.

Terrible service, waited over 2 hours for the order which is not the first time. Will be the last time using. No call from the restaurant to explain or apologise either. Had to chase. Awful customer service and they shouldn't be accepting orders if they can't deliver in the time suggested. Plus the order was wrong and hot sides cold.

Ordered bbq sauce and it did not come with the sauce so I had to eat it dry😤

Nachos and nacho bite were cold. The nachos were soggy and gross from where they had been standing in sauce for a long time. Pizza bread was ice cold and the cheese was stuck to the side of the box so it instantly came off the bread when picked up. over an hour late. Poor poor delivery service from subway. Advise to pick up rather than order.

Order got delayed to 19:40-20:00 but still turned up about 30 mins late past the estimated time. Called the restaurant and they apologised and said they would pop some free cookies in (lovely gesture but didn’t get any) The food was ok and for a change nothing was missing/wrong!!!

Haven’t received my order after it’s been delayed. No sign of my order at all and it’s been almost 2 hours since ordering. I’d like a full refund. I paid £3 for delivery and it’s not been delivered.

Order was 45 minutes late, I ordered it at 5pm for delivery at 8pm, it finally arrived at 8.45pm. Ice cream was melted, the sub was battered and nachos were cold and soggy. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Estimated delivery time was 18.20 to 18:40, i rang at 18:55 only to be told that "when the driver gets back i will send him out" no apology or reason, he couldnt wait to get off the phone. My wife then rang at 19:15 and after a back and forth they reassured her that it was on the way.

Food showed as delivered on the app by 8:50, 45 mins later my food actually arrived. No communication whatsoever from the restaurant. Freezing cold food and just beat up sub.. (not even cut) which sounds silly because it takes 2 seconds but it’s your job to make subs!! Like do better!! Didn’t enjoy the food by any means. Shocking really to see a franchised business provide such poor service. Disappointed, and will not be ordering from there again!!

SHOCKING! Cant even get through to just eat or subway!! Ignore you! No update! Food was late! Food was cold! Tried to call to find out an update on my delivery as it was 20 mins late, ring about 100 times and no answer the line just stays busy! Food turns up 30 mins late at half 9 when I placed the order at 7.30! Rubbish! Won’t be ordering again

Order arrived almost an hour after the delivery time given and almost two and half hours after ordering. I had to ring multiple times before getting through to check where my food was. Once it arrived there was an item missing from the meal deal (cookie) but when trying to get help on the app it will only select the full meal deal rather than an item within it - so cannot get a refund

Food took over 2.5 hours to be delivered and was cold when received. Delivery was over an hour later than estimated delivery time
