Subway in Flintshire

ordered all 3 subway meals toasted and they were freezing when arriving aswell as the potato waffles , i would like to request a refund please

So today I ordered over a £35.00 meal and wow It was shocking the food was terrible I asked for it to be toasted not 1s had any of them been toasted also I got some chilli heat wave Doritos with cheese and the paper had most of it… also I got some waffle fries and wow they where like eating a rubber tire.. when I ask for a refund they send me £1.15 to my bank I’ve payed well over that for this meal and my dogs food looks 10-times better than what this looked for £35 I was expecting a little better and for how long it took my food should have been nice n warm what was the driver doing popping a few shops before making his delivery am shocked 😳 terrible place and won’t be going to this subway again 🤦

Just never again the food was rank and cold asked for my sub to be toasted it wasn’t waffle fries cold as and the cheek to send 1.15 back as refund is taking the mickey ordered some cheesy Doritos with sauce my paper had half of it 😳

Usually i rave about this Subway.. Great Staff, Helpful and Friendly but a bad experience the past 2 times. Very very minimal amount of Chicken on both sandwiches. Infact I would say there was next to none! Very poor and very unsatisfied. Wish I could upload a photo! Asked for a refund but it was rejected, Two Salad Butties for over £20. Won't order again

Only downside, we never received the freebie side with the order??? Why state it when you don't get it ???

Sandwich delivered soaking wet and cold , not possible to eat unless someone likes a his bap in liquid form.

We called into the Subway yesterday on our way back from North Wales, it was around 11am. We only wanted a latte each. On asking for 2 lattes we were told by the staff (male), ' I have to check if we have milk'. Staff then came back to say, 'sorry we have no milk', and that was it. Nearby there was a Tesco Express and and Aldi, we were gobsmacked with the response of there being no milk. I mean, is this it for the rest of the day, just no milk for anyone wanting a hot drink, needless to say we will not be stopping at this Subway again, sorry.

never had an issue before but this time has been disgraceful, thr food hasnt turned up yet weve waited an hour over the time it was meant to be here, tried ringing subway 8 times ans no answer not even when i leave a voicemail, awful service

Awful experience, was told food would be delivered around 13.55. No sign of it. After chasing via text (they would not answer the phone) was told thar it was on it's way and would be with us by 14.20. Around 14.50 still hadn't arrived so I had to drive to the store myself. Was then told that the order had left 15 mins ago. However, as I go outside I see the store worker passing the order to the delivery man who I end up following to my own house! Very poor service and outright lied to my face!

Food was cold because they put the cold drinks in and ontop of the hot food and the pepperoni dipper was rock solid

Food was over an hour late, when it arrived it was freezing , have you ever had warmed up salad on a sub after microwaving it to have the food warm..? Will not order for a delivery again, very disappointed !!!!

3 hours since I ordered, still no delivery

Ordered at 12:11pm order didn’t arrive until 13:47pm ice creams melted, boxes was crushed and open with the food in all the food is stone cold like it’s come out the fridge!!

salad box was all lettuce and not much of anything else. there is tick boxes to select what you want in the salad but even though the cheese was missing and so was the jalapeño and no explanation. due to this will not order off flint subway again. I will carry on using the subway at Bodelwyddan. where you recieve a balanced amount of everything in the salad box. and you get what you ask for. how ever this review is for the shop not the delivery service which was on time.

paid for a Coca-Cola original, recieved a coke zero instead, otherwise food is nice.

Ordered at 1pm, food didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours later and was stone cold! Can see from the order bag, that the receipt was printed at 1:45pm so it’s taken an additional hour to make a 10 minute journey. Food has ended up in the bin as it was so cold.

Ordered for lunch 1.15pm but didn't arrive until 3.15pm ,absolutely disgusting

As always, delivered on time by our usual, excellent delivery guy. One of the few places I can order from without worry we won't be found.

Order kept being put back. O ordered a 13:20 and it was delivered at 15:05. Naturally it was cold when it arrived.

I ordered hash browns for my mum and there were garlic in it and my mum is allergic to garlic, we checked both on just eat and subway website to see if it states garlic in the hash browns and it doesn’t

Unfortunately the Nacho crumb chicken pieces were cold on arrival, not even luke warm. One also had a very unpleasant hard piece in the meat. Other than that the rest of the meal was good, but very disappointing with the chicken pieces.

Rubbish!!! Every single time I order from here it's wrong and I end up having to go into the store to sort it out or phone to complain!! There are items completely missing or swapped out for something I did not want! I received a "veggie delight" in last week's order full of chicken!!!!!!!!! We waited nearly 2 hours for our order and now the food is freezing!!! What is the problem with the cheese? You pay for double cheese and its a sprinkle at best!! I could buy a whole block for the price you charge for said sprinkle!! Not ordering from here again, I'm sick of paying through the nose for such rubbish produce!!

Great and patient service while i eventually decided what i wanted, also i was asked what i normally have and made recommendations based on that. Food was good. Clean and tidy.

Have ordered lots of times from Flint store. But lately I have had incomplete orders. I have tried ringing the shop but have not had an answer. It is getting to the stage now that I no longer want to order from here anymore

Egg and hash browns were soft and undercooked, and both subs were leaving in meat and salad.

It was over an hour late they pushed the delivery time back by another 30mins and then didn’t even meet that expected time all the hot stuff was freezing cold like it had been sat there for ages it was very poor

Our order was due 12:05 to 12:25 it came at 12:47 and the food we ordered was freezing, we rang up to ask about our order at 12:30 due to it being 5 minutes late already the person on the phone said it was just around the corner which clearly it wasn’t after it being 27 minutes late not happy due it it costing £20 and £3 delivery you would expect your food to be hot.

Poor attitude, meat portions the smallest of any subway I've ever visited, range of salad smaller than other stores too.

Absolutely love a sub way, but the prices are now so expensive it is now a treat order

The delivery driver was very kind and my food order was just what I had asked for

However no cutlery to eat the salad, no cheese on the salad although may have been my fault as it was a Philly steak which the description was with cheese so didn’t check the cheese option as didn’t want to double up?! So does it come with cheese or not?! I wanted cheese! No serviettes, very poor!!

Food was not as I had ordered, it was delivered late and the bag smelt off smoke.

My subway was nice but unfortunately my husband meatball sub had no source and I asked olive and vegetables did not have any, very unusual as we have never had bad one alway been nice.

Food was terrible if im honest. Came stone cold and came across a sharp bit in my sub. Not sure what it was but it cut the inside of my mouth

The sandwiches are all right but the ingredients quality lets everything down, not up to standard.

Wrap was soggy nearly chocked on chicken looked pink salad was brown inside wrap tuna tasted out of date or could of been cucumber

Order was meant to be delivered by 1:20pm but arrived at 2:30pm. Tried to phone the store but nobody answered. Asked for the steak and cheese to be toasted but arrived stone cold and on different bread. Luckily the replacement bread was brown as the person eating was diabetic. Would have appreciated a quick phonecall just to ask which bread to replace with. No partial refund given/offered despite order not being correct and arriving over an hour late Would not order again

My food was late by an hour, I tried to phone subway 24 times to see wh
