Staff were super friendly, we went in not long before they were due to close. But staff still helpful and ensured I was happy with what I ordered. Thank you

Kenzie, the manager, was lovely serving us, was very patient and hygienic when preparing our food. She also prepared a perfect amount of topping etc for our foot long sandwiches. Great service, highly recommend.

Just came into the city after a long drive - luckily this Subway was close to our lodging. I am usually leery about Subway as I don't know what I might get but judging by the overwhelming 4+ stars review - I thought it should be OK! Upon getting in, I was greeted enthusiastically by the sandwich - the two sandwich artist were literally most friendly and down to earth people I have ever met. It was such a nice feeling after a long drive in the rain to get such greetings, and they encourage us to take our time in selecting the sandwich we want. This is our first time I. UK Subway (American Subway offering are way different!) We got out Tuna melts - but it was really amazing on how friendly the two staff were. And they work very well in tandem. I did not get a chance to talk to Sam a lot but it was such a pleasure to talk to Osh! Who is very Welsh 😀 and he shared lots of titbits about being a Welsh in Northern Wales. Hands down the most enthusiastic and friendly guy ever - without much pretenses. We were eating there and we see that everytime a customer comes in Osh usually know what the customer wants. I don't know if this is Welsh hospitality but this person (I get to meet his team where they are a bunch of very friendly people) - Osh is a keeper. An awesome representation of the Subway brand. We will be here for two days and we will be going back again before we leave. A job well done! Thanks Subway of Caernarfon

Decent subway, only a short queue when we went, we expected it to be busy as the Greggs next door was shut. Service was good. The interior of the shop is a little small however so doesn't allow much space in the shop. Food was up to the normal subway standard, and service was great.

The old lady who works there is extremely rude. I'm asian and everytime i go there she always has attitude and ESPECIALLY the amount of food she gives me is very small. Idk if this is about racism or she's just naturally rude. Other staffs are nice but yeah if you can read this just know it costs £0 to be nice :) 🤢🤢

Just had amazing service in the Caernarfon store. The young man was very polite and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our subs. Highly recommend the Pizzola B.m.t too.

I didnt manage to take a picture of my fully loaded foot long BMT as it was that well presented and enjoyable I forgot! I kenzie was wonderful, she was so friendly.. That I had to ask for her name, living in Chester and travelling around a lot for work from Scotland to Cornwall i can say this was the best made subway I've had! Thanks, lovely job! ❤️👌😀

Me and my family were in caernarfon on holiday, after many attempts looking for somewhere to eat we decided on a subway. We were aknnolage immediately by a friendly smile. It was quite busy this young girls I believed to be called Sam was rushing around, she stated that she would be with is shortly. My kids are very fussy when it comes to food and I just couldn't decide what to have, Sam directly spoke to my 9 year old daughter and suggested a ham sandwich and stated that her children loves this, to my surprise my daughter went for this, omg fast and easy, this just doesn't happen. Sam then went on to suggest her favourite sandwich to me and my older children. Her knowledge about the bread and what's best filled was just great. The customer service from this young lady was just amazing. She deserves recognition. Thank you for making my day that little bit easier. Keep up the good work

Went here at 5.15 Wednesday 03/08/22. Myself, my wife and 2 children. The boy and girl working there showed zero customer courtesy! The girl looked like we were in her way. Disgusting attitude!! No smile, no welcome, nothing. When she gave me my change she said nothing to me at all!! Will never go there again!! Subway, you need to deal with your staff. They are not a credit to you.

Google says open till 19.30. However got to this subway and was shut by 19.00. Not good!

Walked in yesterday to quench my appetite and grab me a bite, Had a moving conversation with the boys and frankly i am inspired, When i took my first bite from my deliciously made sandwich. I was greeted with a wild burst of flavours! The Tall dark hair man with a parting was quickly to introduce me to all the flavours in store, while the slightly shorter but equally nice boy was making my heavenly sandwich, I felt the happiness of a cat after giving birth to all her kittens after that brunch, Highly recommend

Sandwich was ok. The ald chick in there though could be a bit nicer, rude and no manners, couldn't crack a smile if her life depended on it. Couldn't be bothered with any pleasantries and would rather be at home by the looks of it. I Wouldn't go back in there if I saw her serving again.

The place is very clean. Staff are friendly. Food is good. No more needs to be said.

Subway sandwiches are done to your liking and service is quick and staff are friendly and ask you what you would like on your sandwich.

Nothing special unfortunately about this particular branch. So not impressed that gloves are not changed when going from meats to cheese and then salad item's. Being vegetarian it's not appealing to me because of this. On a plus side my granddaughter was happy enough with her kids meal

Came here on Wednesday 4th September, 7pm. Guy that served us was really friendly and helpful. Made me a gluten free vegan sub, advised of gluten free sauces, seemed really knowledgeable, which is always good! Both me and my husband thought our subs were really nicely made. Returned the next day the 5th at the same time to be welcomed by someone totally non descriptive, who mumbled everything he said, seemed like a moody teenager. 2 of what seemed like his female friends were sat down not eating but making customers feel uncomfortable by laughing and sniggering. Funny as we’d been told it was take out only!?? Anyway we left, ate our subs near the castle, they were no way near as good as the previous night. Mine fell apart and made a mess, opened bag to see we hadn’t been given any wipes. We were given them the night before and didn’t have to ask. My sub had hardly any salad at all and like other previous customers no advocado No mention that there wasn’t any either! Husband walked back from the castle to get some as we were in a saucy mess, but was handed 1 wipe and had to ask for more, girlies still there giggling! Zzzzzzz Please, who interviews these people? Some people need a real shake up, no wonder there’s so much customer dis-satisfaction.

Second time I’ve ordered the Vegan wrap. I asked for “as advertised” which is meant to come with avocado. Staff look embarrassed when I say “looking forward to the avocado” I got a 30p discount but would rather the avocado! The wrap is absolutely delicious but would be so much better with avocado! Was told to try again Saturday but come before 2pm before all the religious people arrive and order in bulk? Not sure what religion they are? I’m Catholic so not sure what I’m supposed to eat and when?? Please can the Subway hierarchy deliver avocado to Caernarfon??!!

I came for a lunch stop with my family and greatly enjoyed the food. Parking was a bit tricky but the food was excellent. A slightly long wait but worth the while. I recommend the Meatball Marinara Melt as it was delish. You haven’t seen the last of me!

I use this branch at least 3 times a week as I work in Caernarfon. The food is always fresh and the shop is clean. Does get busy over lunch periods but the staff are always quick and try there best to be fast and efficient. The staff are always friendly and helpful and very hardworking. This shop has a wonderful manager who is always happy to help and always suggests new products. Great place!

We have been at this subway a lot throughout the summer. Super Friendly staff and the subs are always fresh and appetizing and the shop is always clean. The manager is very friendly and nothing is too much of a hassle. She has even given us brilliant recommendations where to take the children on our summer trip and the children have enjoyed all of them, if anyone visits Caernarfon all you got to do is come here and ask Michelle where to go! Will be returning

My wife and I were in Caernarfon in late June for a motor show and were encouraged to pop in by my cousin's husband; my tuna melt was alright without setting the world alight but my wife's salad was really nice; the food was freshly prepared, which was a pleasant change from the usual but the high spot had to be the service...from a really delightful young lady called Jess who could not have been more welcoming or helpful so our first ever subway visit left a positive impression. Sadly after returning home we visited another subway outlet in our local out of town shopping centre to be greeted by two gloomy members of staff who looked at us and served us as if we were both carrying contagious diseases...just proves you can't win them all, but Jess WAS a star!

Being my favourite lunch I've been to a few outlets and this one is by far the friendliest I've ever been to.

Called in for a italian BMT on oat bread with a latte coffee £3:00 each very tasty and was served quickly it is only a small subway so it gets quite busy.

This is a clean and friendly Subway. Service is always with a smile and they always remember what I like, even though I don't go that often.

The freshness and quality is always excellent at Subway. This time we were in Caernarfon. One lad was obviously new and a little nervous but was very pleasant and handled our choices well. My cousin and I share a 12" but like it cut as 9" for her and 3" for me - we like different fillings. The young lady at the till was a bit worried about how to enter it but laughed when we explain that we each paid for a 6". She promised to remember that next time we're there. Apart from the fact that the food is so tasty, every Suway we've visited have very friendly staff - maybe because we're sweet little old ladies!!!!!

All II can say is that after buying lunch here for a family of six I now feel robbed!! The food was mediocre but the real problem that I have was the service, possibly the most rude, unhelpful and unpleasent member of staff I have ever had the misfortune of being served by, some customer service would not go a miss in this subway, hence we will never return!!

I recently had to attend a meeting on a very wet and windy morning in Caernarfon. Having parked up on the free car park by Morrisons I was walking across town to the meeting venue when I passed Subway and made a spur of the moment decision to buy a £2 breakfast. There were no other customers in at the time so I got served straight away and the service was friendly and efficient, as would be expected when the staff aren't exactly swept off their feet.I had a 6 inch sausage sub filled with real sausage, cheese and brown sauce along with a hot coffee. Both were very nice and considering you'd expect to pay £2 just for a cold prepacked sandwich in a supermarket the deal represents excellent value for money. It's maybe not the greatest breakfast I've ever had but it's one of the best £2 breakfasts I've had for some time.

As the title suggest everything feel like plastic and taste like it. It's like eating a sandwich still wrapped. AVOID

Not a criticism aimed solely at this store - seems to be Subway training or lack of it, but it gets to me every time! I'm fairly predicable when it comes to Subway, I nearly always order a 'Subway Melt.' There's a picture of the sandwich on the board. It contains turkey, ham, bacon & cheese.....In spite of this, I'm always asked 'do you want cheese?' It's called a 'melt' - which of the other ingredients were they planning on melting??? & do McDonalds ask if you want cheese in a cheeseburger?After biting my lip & saying 'yes please' they ask if I want it toasting..... At this point I've been known to lose it a bit & ask if they are planning to melt it with the power of their minds!The various salad/meat options are never laid out like the TV ads & they frequently don't have the bread you want.The latest oddity is the kids meal, described as a '4-inch' which suggests you'd get 3 from a 'footlong' & is fair enough. However, perhaps due to some folk getting their tape-measures out & claiming they're short-changed, they now cut a 'footlong' in half, chop an inch or so off each of the two pieces, and throw it in the bin! Why?Subway is a generally good value outlet with a fair choice of sandwiches. Caernarfon is no worse than any of the other outlets, and better than some. I just wish the franchise would get its act together!

Subway is a subway - order the Italian mixed animal sandwich on rustic bread with cheese and you can taste it for the rest of the day. Avoid.
