Need to learn how to actually count. Multiple times they've got my order wrong on deliveroo in a row recently

Parts of the meal deals were missing

order make your own sub as am not well and unable to cook at the moment my order come and it wasn't what I wanted wrong cheese on it missing red onions could not eat it as it tasted funny

Staff at Atherton Subway are just lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Happy to serve and look calm and collected when faced with big orders and big queues. They make great sandwiches and I go back at least once a month... Perfect.

Terrible when ordering through uber eats! 2 out of 2 times it's been wrong which is so disappointing when you are spending so much. Also, they never answer the phone which is frustrating!

I asked for double cheese and I received the complete opposite, half the amount you would regularly get! Must be some sort of practical joke

Food was good, delivery driver had trouble finding address so I will add a note on next time to help. I had a voucher that I added but it didn't take any money off. That was really the only reason I ordered today to use the voucher

Delivery driver parked over the road then phoned me to come out to collect it. Turned up and absolutely no steak on the select sandwich.

Brie footlong was abysmal felt like more of a sweet onion sandwich and nothing else... Pizziola lacked ham pepperoni etc had more onions than it should... was disappointing.

This Subway is a bit grim. The facilities are not particularly clean, very basic and the place is just grubby. Seems to attract a lot of kids, who think it's funny to make a mess in the only toilet.

Food arrived cold with an item missing just eat driver parked his car next door walked past our house and went two streets away walking around with the food not in a heat bag I had to find the driver to collect the food this is not acceptable

Click & collect order... staff were very friendly and helpful. The seating area is clean. I only have one complaint, that the coffee isn't strong enough lol 😆

Order was wrong, specified in the notes to take something off which I can’t eat and it wasn’t, the bread was stale and price of the order was missing. Not happy and won’t be ordering again from there

Took an hour to be assigned to a driver.

Ordered 2 foot long Big Breakwich, nowhere does it say mayo is put on this which both arrived with it on... So 1 completely in the bin and one had 2 bites out of it before it was binned by the wife. Apparently no refund as I had to say no mayo for something that doesn't have mayo on :/

Standard subway food, prices have been increased and a new menu system so things are not as changeable as before. IT’s recently had a refurbishment which had made it more inviting. Would avoid ordering on Uber as the prices are different to in the shop & the quality isn’t as good.

I am fuming, I asked for sweet onion sauce on the meatball sub and it come caked in sweetcorn relish. I hate sweetcorn and it is the one food I will not go near nor eat other food that has touch it. Not happy

Food was ok, but no atmosphere at all. Customer service was below par. Will take out in future.

The food was unsatisfactory. The cheese wasn’t melted, not toasted and cold. The meat was substandard. Did not enjoy at all. Will not be ordering again.

Really well made Sub Melts today. Nicely put together... Good amount of meat, Not overloaded with sauce and Perfectly Toasted! Epic & Heroic! We really enjoyed them. Plus, the packaging was on point! Five Stars for Food. 5 stars for Delivery (On Time 'n' Friendly). THANK U VERY MUCH!

Gave me the complete wrong order

Didn’t receive order. Wrong order delivered by justeats driver. Told on the phone driver on way back, 1hr later, driver not come back. We ended up with a cold meal for one which went in the bin and someone ended up with 2 meals. Easily avoided if address wrote on bags!

It arrived 45 minutes late and was not the order we ordered. We still don't have the food.

The service gets this Subway 5 stars. The food and atmosphere are the sam as all subways but the standard of service is what really sets this one apart. Great work by the team here

Placed order and the cookie was missing and the double meat was missing from the chicken breast footling. I would like a refund for the items not received

The food was prepared as requested and seemed to be prepared with care. But it was prepared way before the order was ready as it was stone cold this just isn't acceptable for any restaurant I don't understand why the few fast food places on here are so terrible because there never held accountable but it wouldn't pass in person more needs to be done not just asking for a refund from just eat but the managers getting involved and a reql case being written up I spend £25/£40 on my orders and there always messed up one way or another.

Reluctant to use again as delivery guy making comments and rude gestures about my disability.

Sorry but there was a delivery problem with 2 Asian delivery people never had before. I love this subway and all other deliveries were amazing. They rung me with the wrong address whilst being very rude, was late, told me the instructions weren't clear when others find it regularly, then told a disabled person that they wouldn't come inside the door very rudely and aggressively when it was on the instructions and is not normal policy.

Really grateful for this amazing subway nearby and perfect delivery that is also free. Life saver as I'm unwell and would struggle without them.

It’s all ways cold and this time didn’t look it taste goof

My new favourite, love it. Love the free delivery over a certain price. If there was a way to add our loyalty card numbers to just eat that would be great. Please have gluten free e.g. bread, potatoes, etc. Coleslaw would be amazing.

Most toppings missing from sub and few cheese bites missing. Sub was also never toasted in the first place it hasn’t gone cold after being cooked so had to leave that. I understand it isn’t driver fault but it is subway fault.

Came super quick but 1 out of the 4 sandwiches had the wrong sauce which ruined it. Shame 😔 Will still use again though as have always been great 'in person'

Terrible in every respect. Over 90 minutes delivery time. No response from subway when i tried to contact them. Food arrived and straight in bin as luke warm.

First time ordering from here, delivery time changed twice, steak sandwich nice, milk shake nice ( in a can) potato wedges cold and soggy, cheese balls cold and garlic cheese slice cold.Do not think I will order from here again.
