Subway in Nottingham

It's clean and spacious fast food next to Gregs, Cista and Fish and Chips, with a convenient free car park. One * less because of service and staff issues, I found their service somehow chaotic, with openly discussing what's allowed what's nor on certain sandwiches, or how to prepare it. There's disconnection between sandwiches makers and till staff, which giving wrong impression and struggling to understand menu, promos and what to order. It was same experience on four last visits, with a different staff members. I was surprised that I can't use app promo, because I haven't had yet app running, normally it will be promoted to register and use these offers. But I can recommend for quick grub, including seating in.

Disappointed waffles and cheese bites received yet again without the sauce

I did a £35 online order gave them a hour to get it ready as I was on a time schedule... got the bang on time no customers in the shop.. and was told 6 minutes on the meatballs subs ... then thay have to put them together...so now am 15 minutes late.. when you have £250 worth of tickets book and you have aloud 30 minutes for traffic and subway takes 15/20 minutes of it ... not happy 😒

Be careful of of your price I've been a few times with my grandson and he has the same thing and it's never the same price

Absolutely shocking service today by the 2 female staff was ignored for 10 mins whilst they were concentrating on online orders they made half my order and then said l couldn't have my meatball order as one of the staff had taken another online order so l left with half my order and had to drive to another store. Zero customer service and looks like a shortage of salad as my footlong hardly had any in it! will be driving straight passed in future to collect my food from another store if l could mark this as a -1 l would STAY AWAY if you want salad and a good service!

I have an allergy to chilles and hot spicies etc, I ordered a sub NO PICKKES, CHILLIES OR CHILLIE MAYO/SAUCE. I received a sub with jalapènos. Staff must pay attention to the order.

specifically I choose the time to be delivered and it come so late. not happy at all ! the sandwiches should be a tost but it wasn't!

I ordered a foot long breakfast sub and a 6imch break fast sub was delivered instead. I also ordered a 6inch turkey and ham, and it was missing my chosen items from the sub. I will not be using these again.

I will not recommend to go there, the staff is very rude it was our 3rd time facing their behaviour like this. They always went back and have gossip. Their food was not good even they increased the prices. Very bad service they even don’t know how to deal with the customers. I am very disappointed.

Absolute joke of a place. They sent my receipt on the bag which clearly lists my order. I paid £20 plus delivery and "service charge" and ended up with a tuna sub, crisps and a drink- none of which were on my order and I don't like one thing in the bag. I called subway to ask them to fix the issue and they refused and tried to blame the just eat driver, who was the only one who did his job. So I've paid over £20 for a bag of food which I can't eat. First time ordering. Ordered a classic BMT footlong subway, a 6 inch sub, cheesy bites, cookie and orange juice and recieved one slightly warm footlong tuna sub (with cheese and BBQ sauce from the looks of it), a packet of prawn cocktail crisps, a cookie and a bottle of Fanta twist. How could you get an order so wrong? Trying to get a refund through Just Eat but still hungry and now annoyed too. Order number has been provided in another post. If you filter reviews to delivery only it's pages and pages of one star reviews. Obviously there's something very wrong here.

Subway are a joke, I paid £22 and did not receive one thing i ordered. They sent me a tuna sub and prawn cocktail crisps which I did not order. Called them to tell them they'd mixed orders up and they blamed just eat and the driver. After 2 phone calls they would not rectify the issue. So I've paid £22 for one sandwich that I can't eat

Cookie and crispy onions missing from order. I can almost forgive the crispy onions, but the cookie? Did you run out? Were there no other cookies available? If you run out of cookies, please don’t accept the order, people want cookies! :(

If I can rate them 0, I will do. This subway is totally a joke! Omg the meal for two is like the meal for kids. It's not worth it at all. £23!! That's with a discount from Just Eat voucher, normal price coming to £28! without discount! The quality is so rubbish!! so extremely rubbish! There are 3 meatballs inside the bowl box!!! are you kidding me! The waffle fries, don'tgetcne started! Awful! They were cold and only like 4 or 5 pieces in a medium-sized box, which was 75% empty, ridiculous! From the pictures that I've uploaded here, does it look like it is worth £28??? Nothing looks like the picture. Totally wasted money here. I don't mind spending more for good food but as long as it is worth it for the price. This is just a joke! scam! I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a footlong for my son with Autism who is alllergic to onions but there is an onion in the footlong and they also didn’t put southwest sauce which is the reason we ordered subway. Very very disappointing!!!!!!!!!

Staff always seem to forget to fulfil customers choice/request, whether to it being not toasting the bread or not adding on the requested sauce. Has happened on couple of recent orders, and it’s getting annoying, hence leaving this review. It’s disappointing when you’re looking forward to your order and food, but the staff in concern demonstrate negligence in preparing your order. Totally spoils the mood and taste 😢

I want to be clear that this review is solely in relation to the food options. This subway has now gone Halal and as such no longer serve any form of ham or bacon. This severely limits the options for people who do not wish to eat a halal diet. I personally used to enjoy the breakfast sub here with bacon. To be fair, I have tried the breakfast sub with the Turkey bacon and sausage, but it is not the same taste and wasnt really that enjoyable as a result. Safe to say I will not be eating here anymore, especially considering the inflated prices also. If subway wish to cater to specific customers, that is their peragotive as a business and I shall leave it to them. As they say 'if you dont like it, don't buy it' Other than that staff were polite and restaurant was clean and tidy, although very empty for 1130 on a Saturday.

Beechdale subway staff don’t take no responsibility, they clearly forgot my side to the meal deal, they didn’t give me what I ordered then when I phoned them she said on the phone oh you didn’t order it, you didn’t mark it off…eventhough I went on my order on just eat and had ordered the side and to make me laugh even more it said the side in question on the receipt that came taped to the takeaway bag they obviously just forgot to put the side in the bag.
