Was looking forward to it, but non of the notes were followed (cabbage, lettuce..?)

very good pizza never been disappointed and order pizza only from this place many years

The food came stale the chicken meat and the donner meat and salad tasted off and the burger was soggy

forgot to deliver my drinks. I put in a notice for a refund but after clicking "send notice" I was expecting a box that would allow me to say what items were not delivered. so instead its sent a refund request for the whole £24 when in actuality the items left out total only £2-£3. can just eat pleas update there systems or make clearer instructions

amazing food and worth the money for quality, quantity, ease of choosing and choice of deals. simply one of the best pizzas and kebab I have ever had. juicyness at its highest levels. the driver was also extremely polite and nice.

The owner treats me like his best friend, the onion rings are amazing, once he even gave me a free Fanta for my mum. I also love the garlic sauce like what do they put in it to make it bellisimo. I also get free lollipops every time I come. Britanya pizza is byfar the best food place ever, it beats McDonald's so hard.

Went into the shop asked for jacket potato mixed with tuna and mayonnaise he refused to mix the tuna and mayo together started getting rude say he don’t like this never again and to never return to the shop I’m shocked never had such appalling service in my life and then forced my to buy the food disgraceful definitely wont be returning.

Food arrived hot, the chips was cook nice and crispy and the kebabs was lovely the salad was delicious so fresh and you had red cabbage which was even better

Very small amount for the price you pay. Spoken to the takeaway via foodhub who refuse to do anything about it. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.

Usually good service except this time driver was rude and angry about delivering late orders (he was late btw). I advise not to advertise late online and take customers money if you don't want to deliver. I will not order and pay money for a service that insults me at my door. Customer lost due to poor attitude!

Best takeaway chips ever lovely food great quality.

Food was 1hour50minutes late! Warm to the touch, overcooked, tasteless and overall not very nice. No salad or sauce on kebab as requested. Guy at the takeaway very rude over the phone when asked where the food was, they told us we had already got the food when this wasn’t the case. Will not be ordering here again!

Delivery was very fast but let down by the food. I ordered chicken kebab and chips with salad/mayo - no salad no mayo 1 piece of chicken - so dry it tasted like it was cooked on the surface of the sun Pepperoni pizza - this actually wasn't that but only negative was the litre of oil sitting under the pizza in the box

The food order was wrong. Ordered garlic bread with cheese and got just garlic bread. On the app, it states that there is a free bottle of pop or garlic bread with orders of over £20. I asked when collecting my order and this offer was not fulfilled. In fact, it was emphatically dismissed. I will not be ordering again from this establishment.

Was cold, the order took nearly 1 hour 45 to come. Gone off the idea by the time is come. Disappointed.

Asked for a vegetarian pizza because I don’t eat meat and it came with beef and pepperoni. Also asked for garlic Mayo and mint yogurt was sent. Food took 40 mins to deliver since leaving the restaurant and so cheesy chips were cold and hard. Called to complain and was hung up upon. Disappointed to say the least.

i would want a refund. the person who delivered it was amazing but the guy at the shop who i was talking to was pure rude. for the first phone call he ended the phone while i was speaking, second phone call he was pure rude and ended it again. i want a full refund

Ordered at 10.10 it’s now 23.48 and still waiting. I rang up when the estimated time passed to be told we are next and will be 10mins. 40mins later and still no show. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY…. STAY CLEAR. AWFUL SERVICE

Been ordering a while now. Food was great first 4-5 times but after that felt like they got our attention and didn't need to keep up quality. Chips always half cooked or reheated, pizza we have to ask for it to properly be melted as it comes uncooked. Really disappointed as it was such a nice place to eat.

The food was so cold Chips was hobble not cooked Chicken was pink and look old and wasn’t cook enough Put my cold drink on my food box made it all wet Was not happy with food as food is normaly nice

Order was late and food was cold. Ordered 2 large lamb shish, received 1 large and assume the other was small as it only had 1/2 the amount of meat as the other. Chips were cold and soggy, mushrooms swimming in oil and chicken also cold. Overall not a good experience, won’t be ordering again.

Brilliant food and brilliant service Ordered pizza deal 1 - pizza and chips where both lovely, - dip was forgotten but I called the restaurant and the driver brought it straight back out :)

Driver was very impatient rang bell then banged on and started to leave all in 20 seconds, then practically threw food in the door dropping drinks in the process.

Gorgeous food, I wasn't too keen on the chicken kebab but the doner and garlic cheesy pizza bread were amazing, as were the chips and garlic mayo. Great value and a great delivery guy, I'll definitely order again
