very nice staff and nice food at the restaurant

Can't sleep in this place due to very noisy vibration droning through the room all night. Very bad, Painfull to the eardrum. Shame as the rest of the hotel seems nice

Good for what we required for a two night stay for a family event

Easy to find, clean standard rooms although there could be a bit more space to manoeuvre. Good service overall.

Perfect place to stay when we visit our daughter in Nottingham. It's very close to where she lives, and it's also dog friendly as well. The staff were wonderful last time we stayed, and were very friendly.

Nice hotel entrance and parking facilities, easy access ,rooms were good but very very small you could just walk past the bottom of the bed ,bathroom nice shower is a overhead and excellent, only problem was the basin was blocked . A little dated in areas of the room and hotel ,but I must say the reception lady was tremendous, we has a very stressful day as my partner had just lost her dad at the city hospital and she was fabulous with my partner and step daughter, so she needs recognition for her skills . Overall a very pleasant overnight stay ,I had use of the gym in the morning and the girls went swimming

Best hotel the room was nice the bathroom is tiny and the shower is really slippery which is a let down loved the amenities in the room. The service was really good in the breakfast. Pool was enjoyable. Overall really nice place to stay would definitely come back

They charged us twice on our credit card despite proof that we had already paid in advance and are failing to ring back / answer emails when we send proof we had already paid. We’ve been trying for 2 weeks, and logged our every single attempt. This feels like a crooked scam.

Nice 👌 cosy, lovely place to lodge

Beautiful lobby and a great welcome at reception . Also a good bar and a perfect location as it is so close to Nottingham city center.

Very helpful and professional staff, everyone was welcoming and always with a smile. I was a little bit disappointed with the size of swimming pool and gym, however once again staff were brilliant 👌

Tiny double room but very clean
