Subway in Peterborough

When 30min before closing time I was get refunded be served tell me its closed Rude service 😒 😑

When there at 8:30 for my dinner. Great option for hgv driver needing to take a meal on their break is open until 9pm which is very good for us. Staff was very nice and made the sandwich right as i wanted.

Absolutely awful service, asked for vegan cheese as am lactose intolerant but was given normal cheese. The staff have no concept of food hygiene or food allergies. Bread was dry and stale. Wasn’t even greeted with hello just stared at. Had to repeat everything twice because she couldn’t hear me. Avoid this subway branch at all costs I

Absolutely disgusting served me mouldy break

Tuesday 28th Feb, approx 13.30pm. Just saying these details cause someone needs talking to about this. My partner who has been vegan for over 10 years ordered a vegan sandwich here, was assured by the lady who made it that it was vegan. Started eating it and didn't feel right, looked at the receipt and saw that the woman had given her a beef patty and ASSURED her that it was vegan. This is disgusting, and it made my partner very sick. Please, someone in management look into this. (Unrelated, but my partner also says that the lady had a real bad attitude. If you don't want to work somewhere just leave and don't pass attitude onto customers.)

Loooooooooooooong wait. Poor customer service. Staff cannot be bothered to take a new mayo sauce to put on the sandwich. Have to as she was saying she got another order but I was on que before the online order came. I would let it go if she just asked me but she was just rude. Not coming back to this branch again. I ask for a VAT receipt said I should have ask before hand. Your staff needs TRAINING!!!

food is great if the roll isn't burnt. service is beyond slow, sometimes I think they do it so customer doesn't come back. hiding isn't a good look, especially when you can see them doing it.

If I could give this subway 0stars I would. My experience goes as follows. Had a look at the menu boards before I approached the counter. The guy behind the counter acknowledged me and my little boy and walked back into kitchen. We approached the counter and noticed that there wasn’t really any food in the counter at all, the cucumber and tomato looked like they had been prepped last week! They looked mushy and soggy. When we were ready to order we didn’t wait long until he came out of kitchen, we pointed out that the steak went out of date and he said yeah ok, my partner said we’ll take it out then as it went ood on the 25th (previous day) at 1 o’clock so well out of date! His attitude was appalling. The subway it’s self was disgusting. Would never even walk in the building again let alone buy food from here!

Where the salad was so cold it seemed frozen

The only Subway to constantly get my order wrong when ordered through delivery service. Always missing cheese that i have added or putting in the wrong sauce. Its only two sandwiches we order, how can they get it so wrong? Their meatball marinara's are always dry, never any marinara sauce, I don't have this problem at any other subways. last time ordering from here.

A very rude one of the staff, I've asked for 6" and got the size of kids meal size instead. Loads of ketchup she added in purpose laughing while pouring - awful lady with brown hair and some piercing. I don't recommend this place at all.

open 6.30, I was there 6.40 and still haven't been served...annoying! Luckily McDonald's does a better job

Some of the staff are very rude and take too long to get what you need staff names who do it is gift netty and marry they are so poor at there job

Subway and morison daily , mini but has got everything including a bakery, hot food counter Costa machine

Toilets out of order and staff less than helpful.

Only, if there is literally no food left at home

The garage is looking dated now The staff look pissed off all the time not very professional and welcome
