Fabulous customer service, food was fresh and delicious - thank you

Bad costumer service toilet has no toilet roll and very bad staff bad attitude decided not eat

Popped in with my partner yesterday and the lady serving was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes every time we asked for anything,no idea how anyone with this level of customer service is aloud to work her , shocking and very disappointed, very miserable and didn't want us there , wouldn't recommend unless staff who are rude and don't want you there.

Order never turned up. No communication from the shop either

delivery driver delivered to the wrong house, food was cold, long wait for food.

just eat is stating my food is delivered and it isn't. been over an hour since I ordered and I cannot get through to the restaurant to get an update. bad experience as I am hungry and has no idea who has my food!

Always a good place to get a snack or meal, Greg's and subway are in the same building side by side. Great choice .ample car parking , toilets, and seating here .Dine in,or take out. I think they deliver also.

Order was 30 minutes over the allocated time given. Struggled to get through to the restaurant and no response via text to find out where my order was. Food was then not very warm on arrival.

Don't answer the phone, this is the second time this outlet has been way over an hour late, still not arrived and ordered it almost 2 hours ago. requested refund and will never use these again. shocking service and how they are still in business is anybodys guess.

It turned up nearly two hours late, when did come one sub is burnt the other is soggy and cold. Nacho bites cold and rubbery, wedges cold. Garlic bread had no garlic. Wrong cookies. Requested a refund as worst Ive ever had from here.

There is a Greggs inside Subway and the Greggs food is rarely hot

Subway has indoor seating and a usual bar where you order food.

Food was delivered in a timely manner and was still hot. It seems like they’ve sorted their recent problems from the last month.

Ordered food at about 1800 for delivery between 1825 - 1845. Food was nowhere to be seen so I rang the restaurant at 1900 and they said it should be 10 minutes away roughly. The time is now 2000 and the food is still nowhere to be seen. Don’t order from here.

Myself and My girlfriend received the wrong sub that we had ordered, we still ate it as we both have to be at work for 3pm and we didn’t have time to ring up, complain and wait for another order…

Food took over three hours despite saying 20-30minutes. Called the restaurant to ask why it was saying my food had been delivered for the last twenty minutes but no sign of the driver, they lied and told me the driver had left with my food five minutes ago and should be with me in about 10-15minutes. Over an hour later and still no sign of the food. Avoid like the plague, 100% will not be ordering from here again. Requested money back and tried to cancel as my guests had left which was refused!

I asked for no sauce and it was I am not happy I couldn’t eat it

Ordered a ham and cheese sub with pepperoni got a tuna sub with pepperoni how can you get ham and cheese and tuna wrong had to go to work so didn’t have time to complain so went without lunch cause I’m allergic to tuna good job I checked it before biting In to it

Food in general was pretty soggy and lacked much flavour.

Over an hour late on delivery, no answer when trying to call them. Food turned up soggy and cold…..straight in the bin!

It has been 2+ hours since I ordered, I've tried requesting a text, I've tried calling and not heard anything! At this point I'm assuming my order isn't showing up and even if it does at this stage what's the point. It's a shame as I've ordered quite a few times before and granted it can be late but not like this!

Food was late and cold. Phoned the restaurant to ask where it was as it was late and Just Eat status showed as delivered and they said it would be 5 mins and it was a further 15-20

never received food even after phoning them when it was half hour late and they told me they will start to make it now. so after a hour later and still no food delivered will not order from them again and I advise you to not use this place either

Food was delivered 3+ hours late. The store weren’t answering the phone and when they did told us to wait 5 more minutes. We are a 5 minute drive away and still took 3+ hours

My food was delivered 30minutes late and just chucked on floor outside the block of flats instead of walking straight up stairs to my door! By the time I found where my food was the meatballs where then cold. And food was then unedible, I tried to contact subway but haven’t been able to get through on phone.

The three footlong were all good . The submelt wasn't nice at all really sloppy and no cheese ?. My ice cream was melted, but I think that was dew to the fact it was late . Apart from that all was ok.

I was very disappointed that we had such a long wait for the delivery and that it was 25 minutes after the latest time we were told so made it an even longer time than we originally thought, one of the people that had ordered had to go without getting their meal

Average meal but far too expensive

Ordered extra meat, hardly any extra meat in one of the subs. Bread was burnt not toasted and cookies arrived smashed to prices. To top it off it was 30 minutes late

food was fine, but was an hour later than the given delivery time, and when i called to enquire I was fobbed off by being told the driver had to drive to chippenham and back first. no apologies or offers of anything.

Ordered £40 worth of food because it’s £35 min order. Took nearly 2 hours to make 3 subs and deliver it, i got it toasted and it was cold and they got the order wrong aswell terrible never getting subway from there again. Horrendous !!

Ordered at 11:50, estimated time was 12:20-12:40, rang shop at 1pm and said that the driver would be 5 minutes plus travel time (10 minutes). 1:40 and still no food, rang again and said it would only be a few minutes. Once it came it was stone cold anyway and we were missing our drink.

Really bad. Had to phone four times. Driver marked delivery as made but didn't turn up for another 50 minutes! Each time I called the branch the driver said they were 5-6 minutes away. Once delivered the food was disappointing. Had ordered food for a meeting and the meeting had ended before it arrived!!!

It was late and it was really wet and soggy not too sure how it got into that condition but it was dipping with something think it may have been grease or something like that. Also I requested to be called when the driver was outside as I have 2 dogs which love to bark however the driver still knocked and rang the bell. Won’t be ordering from here again I think.

WARNING: DELIVERY IS UNRELIABLE Ordered via Uber Eats. It was marked by Subway as out for delivery, estimated time of 15-30 minutes for delivery. It never arrived and after waiting over an hour I called the store and they said it was 10 minutes away. Melksham isn't a big place so that was a weird remark. It then didn't arrive after 10 minutes (shocker), and during live chat with Uber, the order was cancelled. Having looked at other reviews on Justeat, this is a common occurrence.

Yummy food but took an hour and a half to be delivered but delivery time was supposed to be 20-30 mins!

FOOD WAS AWFUL - ARRIVE COLD AND DROPPING IN OIL.

The food was only luke warm The nachos were soggy, as the sauce had just been poured over them and not served separately. The cheese had stuck to the top of the lid. One of the wraps had become unwrapped, another which had meatballs in it, the meatballs had soaked into the wrap, probably because we were so long waiting for it to arrive. The presentation of the food was appalling and did not look appetising at all. It did not taste good.

Missing Hash Browns, second time this has happened and another time the main menu item was missing from my Sub (Veggie Patties)

The food delivery slot was 1.30-1.50pm. It arrived at 2.30pm. I contacted Subway at 2pm when it had not arrived and was told 12 minutes. When I tried to call again they kept cutting me off. Food arrived soggy and cold. Massively unimpressed. Won’t be ordering again. What a waste of money.

Awful food , don’t waste your money

The lady who works there used her phone in between making my sun while using the same gloves, when asked if she could change gloves she just shrugged it off as just being busy. I said to her that I am on immune suppressant drugs and getting sick could cause me to be very bad and she understood. Fast forward a few weeks, I noticed her phone on the paper they wrap the subs and also on the chopping board all while using it in between making my sub. I have photo of this. Do not recommend if you like cleanliness.

Not one to usually complain but the meatball sauce may aswell be oil it’s super watery and greasy. The bread is far from fresh. Super stale for the price of this not impressed at all

We ordered subway from UberEats. Where do I start both drinks did not arrive with order. Bread burnt sandwich was made appallingly no sauce wrong ingredients. It was vile. I didn’t even finish mine. Would not recommend I rung to speak to someone and got lies saying I didn’t order they have no record.

Order took 1hr 50 mins to be delivered, contacted them and said it was just being prepaid and still took over half hour .

My food was delayed and when it got here I had black lettuce in it.

The update notifications where extremely misleading as it said it had arrived 20 minutes before arrival - preparation of food also was delayed but 40 minutes

Very late no updates or anything also had the wrong Crisps delivered

The Tango drink was missing, besides that, everything was fine.
