Subway in Wiltshire

Absolutely shocking on every single aspect. 2 hours to arrive Everything turned up stone cold and soggy. At £45 I feel I’ve been mugged. Don’t waste your money

My ‘footlong’ margarita slice was a 6’ slice which is not what i payed for!! food was cold!!

Biggest waste of money ever food was cold and inedible and food missing and when I rang them they where about as much use as a chocolate teapot!

Worst place ever. Half hour late food arrives wrong then get a mouth full when I bring it back and tell them it’s wrong. Better off going Greg’s or eating a toe nail. The worst subway experience ever hands down. Poor is an understatement

Food arrived 50 minutes late, stone cold after travelling with the driving for 30 minutes. Restaurant didn’t answer the phone while I was chasing the order and no apology was given when food arrived.

Very late, and the driver was in a completely different place to where I dropped the pin when placing the order.

Where do I start with this not only was my food nearly a hour late when I called the restaurant they wouldn’t answer the phone it was only when I called 8 plus times that someone answered the phone and she wasn’t very helpful telling me she didn’t know what was happening with my order to then tell me that it should be with me in 5 to 7 minutes again this was not true. The warm food was stone cold very much seemed it had been forgotten about on a side before being rushed out

Great place to eat food is always fantastic made very quickly but always perfect.

New ordering system has failed. Takes far too long, alot longer queuing times. Only one worker at lunch time service, waiting nearly 35 minutes for a sub. Won't be using again.

The worst Subway I've ever had, my footlong was so soggy you couldn't pick it up. Never again.

I've just had a Subway Melksham delivered and sadly it is disgusting, by far the worst, the bread is so soggy you can't even pick it up, I'm happy to wait for food and understand sometimes things arrive late but to be late and not edible.

order for 19.20 and a notice saying it was delivered but know came, rang them up and they said its on its way. turned up 30 minutes late and the tosted subs was cold and sides. also they got the order wrong with when one order was for a footlong and instead a 6 inch sub . and wouldn't answer the phone. very poor

what a joke this clace is new ordering screens take far longer than previously. Ordered two salad boxes only to be told they hsd no lettuce was that ok, er no its a salad Every time we have used the place there is an issue. I use several other branches anf I would rather drive to another town than use this one.

Took ages to come and no one was answering phone and delivery was £4. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service.

The food was fine. New self-service machines make ordering a much longer process. You also cannot see the food being made because of the machines now in place.

the food was nice, however when the driver arrived he pressed the buzzer for the flat. I answered the buzzer and told him that I was on the second floor to which he replied, "yea right!" and I had to come downstairs to fetch my order as he refused to come upstairs. he lost out on a nice tip.

Super fast delivery and order was complete.

Their new computerised way of choosing what you would like is certainly NOT user friendly. It reduces the choice, not easy to use, so we gave up and purchased lovely rolls from Greg's. There were at least 7 orders not taken up by potential customers in the 1/2 an hour we were there. There may be money gained from having 1 less member of staff, but sales will be down a long way unless it is made easier to use.

Now they have put those crappy screens in to order and just 1 girl to help people order and make the rolls, it is very slow.. next time I will use the Greg's counter.. These screen ordering things are terrible and slow and took me and others so much longer to order. Please subway, get rid of them.

New ordering machines are installed and are the worst I have ever used. Will not be returning.

if i could give 0 stars then i would, worst subway i’ve ever been to, moody staff.. my pizza sub thing had no cheese in it it was just crap. told the lady my recipt didn’t print and she just gave me a dirty look, huffed and puffed then gave me my food.

order turned up over 45 minutes late. never received my update text, took 3 calls before anyone answered. was told order would still be hot - my meatball wraps were stone cold. this isn't the first time we've had this issue with this store, was hoping things would be different being a lunchtime order this time - no such luck!!!

Staff are so rude just stare at you when you ask for something, can speak perfect when they want paying though! Foods good cleanliness around the whole place is average

Sub was burnt, caramelised onions reunited it. Collection was fairly straight forward.

Delivery driver did not read the note and delivered the food to my neighbours house

Waited an HOUR and 50 MINUTES for our order. Phoned the store for an update. They said they would put some extras in with our order as 'compensation' for the wait. No extras arrived with our order when it FINALLY got to us! Service is a joke!

I still have no received my order, meant to be delivered 12.20-12.40. I then asked for an update and it said 13.25. It’s now 13.44 and i’ve called the restaurant 4 times and no one answers. I guess i’m not receiving my order now that cost me over £30… Awful

Just give it a miss not what it use be ,when you open your sandwich looks looks a mess no pride in what they do.

Every Friday we have a subway at work, it's always clean, the carpark is big, the service is always pretty good and I have never had cause to complain.

Where to start over an hour late when I called the restaurant it sounded like they just forgot about the order who came stone cold yes it’s a toasted sandwich but the waffle fries were also freezing. Absolutely abysmal quality will think twice before ordering from here again.

Fast service, always spotlessly clean, staff are polite (the manager who's always in there is brilliant, polite and has a conversation everytime I'm there). Couldn't recommend it more highly

Popped in with my partner yesterday and the lady serving was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes every time we asked for anything,no idea how anyone with this level of customer service is aloud to work her , shocking and very disappointed, very miserable and didn't want us there , wouldn't recommend unless staff who are rude and don't want you there.

Always a good place to get a snack or meal, Greg's and subway are in the same building side by side. Great choice .ample car parking , toilets, and seating here .Dine in,or take out. I think they deliver also.

It turned up nearly two hours late, when did come one sub is burnt the other is soggy and cold. Nacho bites cold and rubbery, wedges cold. Garlic bread had no garlic. Wrong cookies. Requested a refund as worst Ive ever had from here.

Don't answer the phone, this is the second time this outlet has been way over an hour late, still not arrived and ordered it almost 2 hours ago. requested refund and will never use these again. shocking service and how they are still in business is anybodys guess.

There is a Greggs inside Subway and the Greggs food is rarely hot

Subway has indoor seating and a usual bar where you order food.

Food was delivered in a timely manner and was still hot. It seems like they’ve sorted their recent problems from the last month.

Ordered food at about 1800 for delivery between 1825 - 1845. Food was nowhere to be seen so I rang the restaurant at 1900 and they said it should be 10 minutes away roughly. The time is now 2000 and the food is still nowhere to be seen. Don’t order from here.

Myself and My girlfriend received the wrong sub that we had ordered, we still ate it as we both have to be at work for 3pm and we didn’t have time to ring up, complain and wait for another order…

Food took over three hours despite saying 20-30minutes. Called the restaurant to ask why it was saying my food had been delivered for the last twenty minutes but no sign of the driver, they lied and told me the driver had left with my food five minutes ago and should be with me in about 10-15minutes. Over an hour later and still no sign of the food. Avoid like the plague, 100% will not be ordering from here again. Requested money back and tried to cancel as my guests had left which was refused!

Ordered a ham and cheese sub with pepperoni got a tuna sub with pepperoni how can you get ham and cheese and tuna wrong had to go to work so didn’t have time to complain so went without lunch cause I’m allergic to tuna good job I checked it before biting In to it
