Who ordered egg on their sub, no me?

massive let down this time. my special instruction had been completely ignored for the salad ane gherkin items I wanted and meat and cheese not cooked in anyway . I have had this sandwich many times before and fine but massive let down today.

Food was missing the chilli heatwave nachos and the wrap was not warmed up as requested.

Good was still hot absolutely perfect thank you to the driver he was magnificent and he should get a raise

Preparing your order for over an hour! Food arrives cold - 1 hr and half for a cold sandwich - REALLY…..!!!!!!!!!

The sub were really tasty n fresh. However the Churos were not cooked which was disappointing

The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's always clean and tidy and the food is always hot and delicious 😋

way over prices for what it is. waffle fries were cold and hardly cooked.

my sub melt when I opened it up one half was all onions.

Delivery time changed several times. App showed driver was waiting at the restaurant for 40 mins. Food was cold. I had to call subway to chase my order

Food was delivered slightly early and was all fresh and tasty.

unfortunately the footling cookie was not enjoyable. it had been put Into same back as hot food and tasted like herbs and spices not a cookie

There isn’t much passion for presentation but it’s pretty standard other than that for a subway

for the second time my breakfast footloose were delivered stone cold. hha to reheat them and they just weren't the same. disgusting for the price.

Usually always order from this subway. But the past few times they’ve heated my food up when I didn’t request it. This is the second time now. Not happy at all.

Subway unit 11: the best subway in Harlow. Who ever is preparing the food, you guys/gals are fantastic. Always consistent with quality and preparation. Thank you.

Ordered my food at 19.55 and it turns up exactly 2 hours later when the original time was only 35 minutes, we couldn’t wait that long so we cooked and threw our order in the bin. Terrible terrible service really not happy

Everytime I have ordered online always something wrong never once had a sub come right as to what I've ordered! Today all wrong salads in both foot long subs. And when u don't eat onion and it's put in the whole sub tastes of onion.! Ordered for collection so didn't notice till got home! Then called up n was told to get refund via subway app which no option for!

we had two footlongs, one of which should have been a meatless Philly; but instead we were delivered two breakwiches, which include meat. My daughter is vegetarian, so this was far from ideal.

I said I'm allergic to cucumber and there was cummumber in both subs very dangerous and I'm heavily pregnant

Every time I go to this restaurant to pick up a delivery order it takes them around 20 - 40 minutes to get ready. They prioritise customers at the counter pushing delivery drivers last in queue. As a delivery driver I don't have this kind of time to waste, my time is money The issue is not the staff, it's the lack of staff. Put someone directly on deliveries. Out of all the pick up places in Harlow, this store hands down is the worst of them all

Two items I ordered was cold and under cooked

Every time I order nachos they charge me and never deliver them!! Not impressed.

Delivered on time. Food great. Toasted. Warm. Generous toppings. Got an extra cookie as well. What not to complain about 10/10 as always subway

Did not like the brie cheese. Was a low quality one I think. My side was cold. My sauces were not very flavourful. Meat was good. Bit stingy on the salad

Thought I would try again after a few bad meals. Took over 1hr 10mins to arrive. Hardly any filling. Tasteless six inch roll was stale. Very poor quality and not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again.

Great delivery. packaging for food was great. food was still nice and warm from toasting. All correct. We tried here after repeated disappointment from macdonalds definitely order again 🙃

Delivery was delayed by half hour then when it showed up they clearly hadnt cleaned the knife off or changed gloves as there was a huge chunk of tuna in my turkey subway. Absolutely horrific thing to taste

The driver was unexceptionally rude. Told me he will just leave my food outside where it had been raining because I wouldn’t leave my building apartment to collect it. Laughed at me on the phone. Was refusing to drop off my delivery to my door because ‘ it was too long for him’. Unacceptable behavior. I had requested delivery as I cannot leave my house as I didn’t have keys to get back into my house and I was home alone at this point. Not acceptable.

The veg I asked for was not put in the sub

Whoever was working the shift today was on fire. Subs tasted better than usual and you could tell they had gone the extra mile. Even wrote the orders on the boxes for us this time. Lovely stuff 👍

Wrong bread... again! Be warned that if they don't have the bread you request in stock, they will substitute another bread without asking you.

This was the worse subway I have ever had you had to find the sauce the hash browns were freezing cold and the salad was all lettuce and nothing much else

Delivery driver went out their way to call when something was out of stock! Lovely service

1. Deli meats. Searched for meats found one piece. Looked as if it had been thrown across the room before rapping. 2. Veggie couldn’t find any cheese ordered, ordered pesto but got extremely spicy sauce.

Shown as delivered but nothing turned up. Subway pretty unhelpful and just told us to speak to Just Eat.

We have ordered from this particular subway many times before and we are always glad we did, never had an issue or incorrect order once. This time was no different everything was tasty and exactly as ordered. very pleased especially as there was a few of us ordering all with different preferences etc.

no cheese on the 'cheesy' slice, stone cold roll. had no indication as to where driver was before he knocked. the one star means nothing because I couldn't choose 0, as this is the first negative I've had I didn't want to rate.

We had a large order, and it was spot on.

Roll was hard and felt stale Filling was not fresh and had no flavour

firstly. the driver was at the restaurant for an absurd amount of time, i’m talking about 15-20 minutes of him just at the restaurant. then when the food came, the food was slightly cold and wet from the rain.

Forgot the cheese in both subs which costed extra money

Despite ordereing 4 and 2 crisps...........all i got was one packet of each!!!!!!!

Firstly, your driver decided to sit at staple tye when it said "driver is on his way" for TWENTY minutes. Then he finally got closer and called me telling me I put the wrong address in and he was lost. No, the driver put the wrong address in his sat nav. Do not turn up late and tell me this is my fault. The address has had food delivered to for years. Finally got the order... one sub wasn't even toasted, and 2 meals were MEAL DEALS which should have included cookies. And there was an additional 6 rainbow cookies ordered, which were forgotten. This was the worst experience of subway delivery I have had. How hard is it to read off of a list of what people have PAID for. And then how dare he try to blame me for giving him an incorrect address. I wish to have a full refund for the 6 x cookies, the 2 cookies that should have been with the meal deal, and the delivery and service fee refunded.

Food tasted amazing and the drink was perfect for this hot day I highly recommend to others

My son ordering this footlong meal deal which is cost £12.29 and I just realized that with no extras on top whatsoever only the meal the subtotal always changing to £14.39 before delivery fee, bag fee, and the service charge. And I don’t understand why, that’s £2.10 for what??? Can somebody explain why I’m paying £2.10 plus on every meal?

Every time I order a subway ask for cheese to be put in they don't put it in, plus paying extra for cheese, happened once I can accept, but everytime ridiculous
