Subway in Harlow

Well made sub, delivered on time.

Delivered slightly early 👍 This subway is a lot cheaper in prices than the queensgate one.

Not ready on time. Not prepared to order... not toasted and no mayo!!

Very rude and agresive whit the customer who want take away,they talk and don’t want to serve customers !On 28 december 2024 a indian worker became very nasty and verbal agresive because i pay the food and don’t want to seve me.Please take action

Forgot to add part of the order. When called they simply said sorry and told me to claim a refund with Justeat. Very poor service and will not be using again.

Delivery was perfect, arrived exactly when it said it would be and the food was delicious.

Missing 2 orders of meatballs. Phoned the shop and the guy said” sorry I can see them still in the microwave” he said nothing he can do now as can’t send them out and I have to request refund from just eat. Will never use this place again.

Half my order was wrong. And then they put the nut cookie in with the chocolate cookie. No thought if someone had an allergy. Ridiculous

the cookies . they had these weird taste like very they have been there for days.

Just been told if I want to order, use the self serve screens and refused to take my order. Even know the store was empty..... wont be using them again

Waffle fries were rock hard and undercooked. Cookies were broken and one of the subs wasn't toasted

Tracked my order to see that the driver stopped at tescos petrol station for around 10 mins?? I wouldn’t mind but it’s half a mile from my house, so probably could’ve stopped after or plan better and get it before the order is picked up and now all my food is freezing. Unsure what happened with the packaging too as it’s all damaged

Ershad is doing a fantastic job. Both customer service and sandwich making are absolutely on point. The young lad that was working today who is new was also brilliant, big smile on his face and interacting well with the customer. The sub also came out perfectly and was very well assembled (no mess leftover from bits falling out). Great job to everyone in-store when I came in (17:38pm)

massive let down this time. my special instruction had been completely ignored for the salad ane gherkin items I wanted and meat and cheese not cooked in anyway . I have had this sandwich many times before and fine but massive let down today.

Food was missing the chilli heatwave nachos and the wrap was not warmed up as requested.

Preparing your order for over an hour! Food arrives cold - 1 hr and half for a cold sandwich - REALLY…..!!!!!!!!!

The sub were really tasty n fresh. However the Churos were not cooked which was disappointing

Usually always order from this subway. But the past few times they’ve heated my food up when I didn’t request it. This is the second time now. Not happy at all.

Ordered my food at 19.55 and it turns up exactly 2 hours later when the original time was only 35 minutes, we couldn’t wait that long so we cooked and threw our order in the bin. Terrible terrible service really not happy

Everytime I have ordered online always something wrong never once had a sub come right as to what I've ordered! Today all wrong salads in both foot long subs. And when u don't eat onion and it's put in the whole sub tastes of onion.! Ordered for collection so didn't notice till got home! Then called up n was told to get refund via subway app which no option for!

we had two footlongs, one of which should have been a meatless Philly; but instead we were delivered two breakwiches, which include meat. My daughter is vegetarian, so this was far from ideal.

Every time I go to this restaurant to pick up a delivery order it takes them around 20 - 40 minutes to get ready. They prioritise customers at the counter pushing delivery drivers last in queue. As a delivery driver I don't have this kind of time to waste, my time is money The issue is not the staff, it's the lack of staff. Put someone directly on deliveries. Out of all the pick up places in Harlow, this store hands down is the worst of them all

Every time I order nachos they charge me and never deliver them!! Not impressed.

Thought I would try again after a few bad meals. Took over 1hr 10mins to arrive. Hardly any filling. Tasteless six inch roll was stale. Very poor quality and not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again.

Great delivery. packaging for food was great. food was still nice and warm from toasting. All correct. We tried here after repeated disappointment from macdonalds definitely order again 🙃

Delivery was delayed by half hour then when it showed up they clearly hadnt cleaned the knife off or changed gloves as there was a huge chunk of tuna in my turkey subway. Absolutely horrific thing to taste

The driver was unexceptionally rude. Told me he will just leave my food outside where it had been raining because I wouldn’t leave my building apartment to collect it. Laughed at me on the phone. Was refusing to drop off my delivery to my door because ‘ it was too long for him’. Unacceptable behavior. I had requested delivery as I cannot leave my house as I didn’t have keys to get back into my house and I was home alone at this point. Not acceptable.

The veg I asked for was not put in the sub

Whoever was working the shift today was on fire. Subs tasted better than usual and you could tell they had gone the extra mile. Even wrote the orders on the boxes for us this time. Lovely stuff 👍

My cheese garlic bread was very cold

Took the store so so long to even start preparing the order
