Asked if I wanted my daughter’s sandwich toasted, I said yes, it was not toasted. Spent about 30 pound on a group of 4, sandwich was sub par… pun intended. Gone right downhill, then again I can make a better sandwich out of an old sock and a newspaper. I blame myself for having hope. Horrendous and disgusting.

Very much enjoyed the food, the best subway I’ve been too, highlighted by the excellent service and attentiveness from the staff. Compared to other subways I’ve been to, I’ve never received better service, especially from Imogen, who’s there almost all the time.

The staff attitude is not good all, he was not polite to customer. Very rude guys. He also is also a racist. I think the management need to look into this as soon as possible.

After not being in a Subway for years, I went in harassed and hot with my 3 young, fussy sons, but my mood improved quickly, as all my queries were answered by a lovely, polite young lady. She went above and beyond, not only advising me on the available food options, but checking that all my sons were happy with their choices throughout!! Super service, clean, and fresh food - well stocked! Thank you - I will definitely visit again!

Disappointing experience! Ordered 2 footlongs but asked them to be cut in half. At the end was charged for 4 6" subs. Only noticed after I paid as you can't really see what they ring up. Was told that I ordered as 4 x 6" subs and not as a footlong, which was a lie. Was told he couldn't do much about it and kept trying to say it was my fault, it was only when other customers behind me came, that he got the change out his own wallet and gave me the money. I told him there was no need for him to pay out his own wallet, just refund me the difference. He said he wasn't able to as I paid by card. Which every store can refund to card...its not an abnormal thing! He said he would sort it with the boss. So I did take the money as it wasn't pennies, it was £4 from a £16 bill (30%) markup! I don't think he would have refunded unless there were other customers waiting which made it even more embarrassing. All this time, the girl who served me hid in the back. Check before you receipt as no doubt they have done it before. All the subways I have been to have never priced it like this! Sounds like the Asian guy who did this, is the subject a lot of the 1 star reviews of the place. Food was good just the experience made me never want to revisit this place again.

Absolutely disgusting food, disgusting service, the guy ( not sure if hes meant be manager) needs to learn customer service skills, to call a paying customer a liar, appalling service. Worse subway we have ever had, all went in bin. Will never use this place ever again. This place deserves zero stars, 1 star is too good for them.

The customer service here is disgraceful. Staff don't seem to care and seemed to find it appropriate to discuss their colleagues toilet habits in front of a line of customers. Extra training and coaching is definitely needed at this subway.

Delivered my food like this and took no accountability. The man on the phone was very rude and not helpful, stating he can not do anything about the delivery service. Usually really like this place but will not be going again.

100% RECOMMEND I went there on a chippy run with my explorers and the staff were absolutely incredible It was a mound load of chips (we ordered a small) for only £1.60 And they were so king to give my group a free pizza The chips were Phonamanal Amazing thank you
