Subway in South Lanarkshire

I love the Subway always get the tuna mayo Sub with cheese and salad need to try something different next time love the cookies as well all good value

Food was OK, however the staff were completely ignorant and rude - not to mention the place needed a good clean (even though there were 3 people behind counter and only 2 customers sat down ) been coming here for years and seriously disappointed

my friend kieran was trying to urinate in the toilet when one of the workers i believe named ahmed walked up to the door of the toilet and proceeded to unlock the door at a chance of seeing his male genitals.ahmed also asked me and many other of my friends if we “wanted to go to the back to see his foreskin” this is just unacceptable as we are all under age and do not consent to this. #wewantlavitback

Clean and ideal for a quick snack

Never crossed the entrance dont particularly like subway

Guy didn't listen to a thing I said and went home to find he still didn't give me the right sandwich, useless!

Basic terrible expensive fast food

I’m disgusted. I went into the store to buy lunch but there were NO staff around to serve me and there were no explanations or any reason to do this. Enough is enough. I’m done with Subway.

The food at subway is always excellent, the service was ok, the lady serving me was confused on how to use the rewards app, and the atmosphere is alright, though there are always people smoking or vaping outside.

There alright service could be better but the foods great i like them and i think there a great restaurant with a couple of issues overall because of the location there is much better places to go than this subway

Hygiene 1/5: They made 2 salads with different ingredients wearing the same gloves. With the same gloves they touched CHICKEN, steak and cheese bites. Order 2/5: In comparison with Glasgow and Motherwell subway the salads were not as fresh and value of price. Less lettuce and spinach (almost not existed). Still edible. Staff 1/5: It was pretty obvious that they didn't want to serve the customers (especially the lady behind the counter) but we noticed massive difference of behaviour depends the ethnicity of the costumers and delivery workers.

Not following legal or hygiene practices. Gloves never changed between food types endangering customers. Same food gloves used to handle money. Disgusting and dangerous. Legal requirements are not even considered in this place. Labelling pointless as cross contamination between all foods. This place needs shut down until staff can be trained properly.

Honestly. Ive ordered from here a few times and they havent ever gotten an order to me without any issue or with all items present. If you are hungry, buy something else.

Ned's standing outside that bully disabled customers. Staff do not care and did nothing. Avoid at all cost as you may be attacked

Absolutely horrible stale 6inch sub definitely won't be back, had one in Hamilton yesterday and was delicious

Just been there for the first time for my self and apparently they stop serving latte after 7:38pm.. was told by the staff that coffee machine is off... 🤨

I have just received my order. I opened my salad box and I was really disappointed I hardly had any items that I ordered plus the spinach was missing. My friend open her salad to find out she only had 1 cucumber and a salad that was over powered with onion probably to disguise the lack of cucumber or chicken. I had to phone just eat to have a drink refunded as it was also missing from my order. I will never order from here again and I would not recommend this subway to anyone. For how much I spent I thought it was a complete waste of money.

Cookies were an absolute disgrace, brick hard one of my back filling fell out due to this. Staff need properly trained.

The place is pipen.Got charted 2.50 more than I should of they also gave me a cup with a hole in it and made me spill it down me

Staff here are shocking... not a single care given. I understand its subway and not a Michelin star restaurant but there has to be some standards set. Everytime you go in theres not even a hello or a smile, they just makes you feel uncomfortable asking for something. Visibly sighing and complaining to your co-workers in front of customers doesn't help.

Terrible service. I am honestly shocked at the lack of respect that the staff in this shop had. I was stared at as I came in the shop and spoken to like I had just slapped one of them. The two servers talked to each other the whole time, completely ignoring me. They looked so mad at me for ordering something. I was waiting for my mum to come, she was going to buy the sub, so I told them she was just on her way and I could see her walking up. “Right, well I can’t give you this. Ugh. What do you want to do then?!”. Terrible. This was on 23rd February at 9:50 am.

Poor service, staff member got order wrong despite me repeating myself 3 times. Second member of staff looked right through me as if I had grown another head when I asked for our drinks we hadn't received. Hash browns where soggy and tastless.
