Driver called multiple times because he couldn’t find the address , arrived cold and chewy

Lovely staff, phoned to see if I wanted my sub toasted since I forgot to tick that in the order form. Cheers guys!!!🫶

we made the mistake of putting in the wrong address, as soon as we realised we called up the subway and asked for the address to be changed. I got passed on to our driver, Abel, who was aggressive, but he agreed to deliver to the new address (at an extra cost) However, he had to go via the old address route, once there i got a (yet again aggressive) call from him asking for the code, i gave him it and he said he’d be on his way, it’s been an hour, the two addresses are 5 mins away from eachother

Footlong was cold. 6” was thrown together with zero care and missing some of the vegetables.

Delivery time kept getting changed. The sandwich was good but the salad was NOT worth over £8! Hardly anything in the box. Very disappointed because had I gone in the shop, I would have gotten my money's worth

ordered at 9:25, whilst shop was still open. the order was accepted by the shop. called at 10pm only to be told that they were closed and i had to cancel the order myself, despite the fact the order was placed paid for and accepted whilst the shop was still open, if you want to order within 15 minutes of this place closing don't even bother

Terrible service, unhelpful, attitude of the staff was terrible,new staff needed. they annoyed me and my partner that much I swore at there attitude,won't be back....

Subway sandwich was not there was only my side and my drink

order came with the wrong drink - even though it was listed on receipt that came with order - can't fault delivery driver as he can only deliver what the store employees hand over to him

Food was good as always. Driver was super nice and apologised for being late.

The staff is untrained and they don't know how to serve the food to the customer they always give me the wrong order for delivery and then they said bring it back to us they never admit the mistake and she proudly siad my husband is the manager here so i can do everything here

Lucky if it was a quarter of a baguette with no filling utterly horrendous that they sent this out

Food was delivered to the wrong address

Food was exactly as hoped, delicious and pipping hot. The driver must have took the concord for it to be so hot on arrival like directly from the oven. Really happy!

Went in at 9pm for a coffee. Shop didn't close until 10pm and couldn't get one. They had set the coffee machine to clean.

Tried the footling churro it was rock solid

No fault of the courier, he got it here on time and at a good temperature, but it arrived a full hour after it was ordered.

2 orders in a row items missing. Restaurant staff claim this is an issue with a third party delivery service despite the food being delivered in a sealed bag.

Delivery driver was scared when my dog came to the door so dropped my food and ran away!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and if he is scared that much should not be a delivery driver!!!

My Order was missing the 2 drinks, i was also charged for a footlong and received a 6inch

Food was OK, however the staff were completely ignorant and rude - not to mention the place needed a good clean (even though there were 3 people behind counter and only 2 customers sat down ) been coming here for years and seriously disappointed

pay for two footlong subs, and recieved 1 footlong and 1 6inch... erm where did it say on the order 1 footlong and 2 6 inch... if you read it correctly the order was 1 footlong philly, 1 footlong bmt, and 1 six inch bmt. every time I order from just eat subway anyone in ek it is always wrong or missing items. maybe train staff to read and not make in a hurry.

when you pay £30 plus you would think they would be able to deliver it too the right address but apparently that's just too much of a challenge for them save to say I won't be ordering from this subway again 😭

Was not happy with how late the food arrived and the delivery driver had gone to the wrong part of the building and was not moving so I had to go find him to get our food.

my friend kieran was trying to urinate in the toilet when one of the workers i believe named ahmed walked up to the door of the toilet and proceeded to unlock the door at a chance of seeing his male genitals.ahmed also asked me and many other of my friends if we “wanted to go to the back to see his foreskin” this is just unacceptable as we are all under age and do not consent to this. #wewantlavitback

My sub wasn’t toasted like I’d asked so it was soggy, I’d ordered double cheese and there was barely any cheese at all , one of the wraps I’d ordered was full of water - I can only assume from the sweetcorn. Overall very disappointing considering it cost me nearly £40

ordered £18.57 worth of subway food - followed the driver on the keep tabs delivery screen - little motorbike pic arrived close by but not exactly at my address. Then all of a sudden it disappeared off my screen and said DELIVERED enjoy your meal. Called Subway they told me the driver had picked it up from the shop and to call Just Eat. Just eat were fantastic and after some security questions they have refunded the cost of my subway order. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT DRIVER - but very happy with Customer Support.

Love a subway.... not usually one to complain but I swear everything was a mess tonight! My sub had basically a whole red pepper on it and nothing else when I payed 13/14 for there to be other set things on my sub! My boyfriends sub wasn't even cut in half and was just a mess period! Probably why it wasn't cut. My wee boys garlic bread was burnt on back and a soggy mess on front not really sure if there was even cheese it looked like butter! I can under stand being busy but that was pretty much a huge joke was it cooked by a 10?!

False advertising - 'Subway, You're Way'. Ham subway was toasted and when ordered box was NOT ticked to be toasted.

The pesto sauce was watery so the wrap was soggy. It was cold on arrival.

Really don’t know what’s so hard about putting a few ingredients onto a bit of bread without it looking like it’s been sat on then thrown at a wall. Food was freezing cold with stale as f ingredients.
