McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

Don’t go to McDonalds - I don’t think I’ve ever actually been given the dips I ordered and they purposefully do not give fully portions on chips. Everything is always cold .

the pakistani girl is very unprofessional and disrespectful with delievery drivers . i m not working anymore with this mcdonald

myself a delivery driver came to pick the food to deliver it.waited for 30 minutes the order was not displayed on the screen . i asked the staff lady for help to find if they recieved the order or not but very incorporated and arrogant behavior like she is boss here..i asked five times she ignored finally she took another 15 minutes to verify and she said yes the order is being printed ,then she printed the order. then food preparation took 25 minutes .it took more than one hour at night for food .it was after 1 clock at night during that she was using cell phone. anyway i finally picked the order went to deliver it . the customer was sleeping after one and half hour long wait ...i reached and knocked loudly finally the customer wakeup the food was cold the customer was very unhappy. this is due to poor management . ur management specially that girl staff she is from Asian country learn from mcdonald queensway she should be a professional at job as she is also doing deliveries at day time she knows better than me if the food is delivered late ,how customers behaves ....shame

FREEZING COLD - McDonald’s really need to get with it, every other takeaway manages to keep their food hot for customers so why can’t a huge company like McDonalds. As usual sauces missing. No surprised there. Rubbish and disappointing waste of a score.

where do i begin.....firstly the food was freezing because the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong address. Secondly once the driver eventually turned up the juice was leaking and i was presented with a wet bag! lastly the close is now swimming in Coke and is a safety hazard......no regards, wont be back

I wish the food arrived in insulated bags , by the time the orders arrive the food was stone cold, again & again, I've asked for the order to be placed into tinfoil or double bag the order, but it falls on deaf ears....

My children did not receive share box nuggets! So had fries for dinner..... I don't think the size of our order was too large for them to cope with. It is clearly labelled on the order receipt. Don't understand why it would not be double checked before sealing bag. always something missed. Not just eat fault, McDonald's to blame

Click and serve take 25 minutes and I have to go into the restaurant to get my food , manager wasn’t fancy to do this job , no busy at all, pathetic…

I have never been asked for a code tonight I said never had asked that before. when I picked up the bags they put their foot inside my door. This was intimidating and then their car wouldn't move. I want this escalated

Chips were cold. Girl that delivered food was very rude. She didn’t say hello - banged my door and all she said was CODE. I gave her the code and she said eh no that’s not right when it was. Wasn’t great customer service.

This is the second time you have sent my meal to the wrong address. This has never happened with any other meal I have ordered through just eat so clearly a McDonald’s issue. The delivery guy was lovely but the meal was stone cold

Driver didn't listen to delivery instructions. instructions are important and should be followed.

Food was fine but we had 2 missing items. We were able to get a refund through just eat but it did mean that someone didn’t get anything to eat. Delivery was on time and driver was very pleasant and polite.

Visited this store in person at start of August. Appalling and left without food as the service was that bad but that’s another story. Leah Anne (assistant manager) Promised via email this issues were rectified but my JE order today came with no straws, dips, 9 selects or double quarter pounder. Honestly how hard is it to follow a list on the ticket and put stuff in a bag?

Absolute shambles. Manager hid when I asked for a refund on 18/08/2024 at 22:25. She couldn’t even show her face as her shift was falling apart with customers demanding refunds, corrections to orders and chasing food up! 20 minutes I waited and the food wasn’t even ready. Managed to receive a full refund and had to leave empty handed FOLLOW UP 24/09/2024 Leah Anne the assistant manager assured me that stuff was rectified so we ordered again this time via JustEat. Food arrived late and cold with no straws, dips, 9 selects or double quarter pounder. How hard it is to put stuff in a bag eh?

USELESS? Can’t even get one order right! McMuffin Meal but forgot the hash brown?? My daughter decided to her her breakfast in town because she said McDonalds never get anything right as usually more than one meal is too much for them to manage but now they can’t even get one meal right?

The Driver missed our entrance to our industrial estate and then when down the ek expressway and had to double back only to miss it again and had to park on a slip road and walk over. We are on 3mins from The Whirlies McDonalds. All food was cold.

Cool temperature burger, lack of fries in portio. Not a favourite meal of mine but kids buy into the experience. Basic junk food that could at least be hot and full portion size.

I said it was a lift and you sent someone with lift phobia at nearly 1 in the morning and we had to go down and get it when ut was freezing not happy at all I want a full refund the food we did get was cold and there was no juice no straws no sauce no ice cream and the big mac never came

For the 2nd time I was given someone else’s order which had to go in bin as I ordered beef and got chicken also my delivery must have been about ten pounds worth and I paid 19 for mine, I will never use just eat for McDonald’s ever again

The order was not there you didn’t provide the driver with the correct stuff so had to be rejected. The driver clearly doesn’t understand basic English so I now have no dinner and have paid for something I don’t have !!

40 pounds and every bit of the order was cold chips were terrible and solid.. Delivery driver did not have the order in branded heat bag. Waste of money now having to get other food for the family now.

Come to expect poor standard from Mcdonalds deliveries and this one was no different. Big Mac and Chips were cold, Chicken Mayo Burger was missing and the Fanta drink top wasnt on properly and spilt all over the bag and my doorstep. For £27 - not good enough and might be the last time I try their delivery service.
