delivery driver thought it was OK to go for some petrol on the way for delivery cold food results in £3 refund from a £19 order gotta love just eat

Again can’t get a complete order kids meals missing items again run a charity for kids but then have missing food for kids

long time to wait for fast food. as usual, drink had spilled and bag nearly ripped as I carried it in. but there was ice in the drink and salt on the fries for once!

Food was cold which is not unusual. Also my burger was a mess it looked like it had been thrown in from a distance. Also it was upside down! When I requested a refund or part refund I was told no. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Completely the wrong order. Driver arrived with 2 mcmuffins, no egg no butter. No drinks, berry muffin, hash brown, so due over £8.00 in a refund

don't order mcdonalds from just eat. took 90 mins to come, and when it did it was freezing and chips had spilled all over the place

i am appalled waited 3 hours for my food for it to be missing items and for the food to be cold as if it had been sitting out for ages . Definitely won’t be ordering from here again would like a refund on everything.

I have ordered a large chips and when a opened the packet to get to the chips it was about half way full and freezing cold. I ordered vanilla milk shake but it tasted like a banana one. Everything else was good

The burger was too salty??? How is that possible. Let down again by this place. Order from the Queensway, they’re just so much better. Burger was also cold but I’m not nearly as upset about that as I am about the burger being salty. Just terrible.

Food was all lukewarm at best, one bag had been fully opened along the hygiene seal. Sent a tip and requested that the driver ensure sauces ordered were delivered and per usual they were not. Customised food wasn’t completed, with items left on that were supposed to be removed. No straws with the order and 2 x Coke zeros arrived as oasis! Driver was also rude, on the phone during whole delivery talking loudly and gestured the bag he was holding at me for me to remove the items.

waiting about 3 hours they kept changing times, I have a Autistic non verbal granchild to try to explain to ,so much stress couldn't even cancel a go get it ,put me in terrible situation, they could have contacted me to give me a option absolutely discusted paying all that money for cold food awful 😖

Every time we order from here there’s items missing. Today our drinks aren’t in the order and the delivery guy told me he was only given the food bag. Every order misses sauces. Just order from the Queensway one and save yourself the hassle.

I don't know why I order from macdonalds especially from the whirlies one as the food is always rotten, tasteless and cold.

Nearly an hour and a half late. Watery froth rather than a chocolate milkshake, missing the sauces and a kids fruit shoot.

I ordered the BBQ wrap meal with Strawberry milkshake and I received a Sweet Chilli wrap meal with Vanilla. I’m severely allergic to cucumbers which are in the Sweet Chilli wrap. How does one company manage to get orders completely wrong? I think that the driver should check the bag and order, with the Mcd’s staff, before leaving the restaurant to prevent this happening in future.

everything was cold,was given a terrys chocolate orange mcflurry amd we ordered a milk galaxy mcflurry

Order was placed at 6.15 n delivery was stated 7pm delivery time changed numerous times. Food arrived at 9.05. Missing 20 chicken nuggets . Meduim chips were half empty and stone cold. Was sent the wrong sauces and no straw for drink!

I ordered my food around 7pm and it didn’t arrive till 8:50pm I understand it’s a Saturday night but almost 2 hours is a laugh. After all that i recieve the wrong drink and it was replaced with a drink that was half full and my food was cold. What a Joke!!!!!

Every Saturday me and my family have a McDonald’s as a treat for the kids and not once has my order been right every order has multiple items missing, there is a receipt on the bag with items that have been ordered why can’t the check what should be in the bag against this 🤦🏼‍♂️

one of the chilli burgers was squashed to a pulp, apart from that everything was hot enough and on time.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and was given a vanilla, at the counter I said to the woman and she said it just needed mixed. I then had to return to the counter as it was in fact a vanilla milkshake. They then swapped it for another vanilla milkshake. It’s an absolute outrage!

2x burgers were supposed to be plain just cheese and 2x cheese and tomato sauce , they came with everything on and even 2 had something different than tomato sauce it was a different red sauce with green stuff through it , waste of a order

All food items and packaging smelled of off food/manure. If it was just the packaging it spoiled the taste of the food leaving it inedible.

Delivery no problems at all. Food was stone cold, lid wasn't on the cup and was leaking, no sauce as per the nugget order. Food just terrible.

This order took way too long to come, especially on a quiet night!! The people whom the food was intended for were in bed sleeping by the time the food came. Not only that but some of the items were missing and the drinks were wrong. Awful
