It's McDonald's what did you expect gourmet

Yet again this McDonalds branch is a letdown. Bacon missing from the mcchicken sandwich, no mars mcflurry included, 3 mozzarella sticks instead of the share box, and pickles on the double quarter pounder despite my partner being ALLERGIC. This is a food safety issue with such big errors - unless the entire management and staff is overhauled, this should be shut down! Plus i’m waiting for JustEat to refund the last order which had multiple missing items!! Not good enough. Attached is a photo to show the abysmal error.

Ordered 2 kids cheeseburger happy meals with no pickle. Waited 15 mins to get order even though 2 people in store. More interested in home delivery orders. Food was cold and buns a bit stale. Chips were literally stone cold and yes pickle was in the burger. Worst McDonald's in a long time. Could not even complain as I was on motorway and the touch screen order point had run out of paper so no receipt. Won't be back.

Fantastic food was fresh and Amazing we came to Poland to find different foods and this scored very high and to a very high standard 14/2/25 Glasgow Scotland....staff vey nice and helpful x

Pancake were more like rockcakes solid to the point of anyone eats them your getting the dental bill. Thought the place couldn’t get any worse but here you are proving me wrong.

Unfortunately when order arrived there appeared to be an issue with hot drink, not sure if down to cardboard lid - ended up with less than half of hot drink. Driver mentioned due to spillage it was down to cardboard lid not fitted properly.

Forgot my big Mac... And a straw for my milkshake. Last time I order at McDonald's.

Food was very cold, not good service at all

Just eat driver was very rude nowhere near my house and had opened my order items missing and juice spilled over food!

Drive thru it is pretty slow, although I understand they are busy.

Does the job, fairly inconsistent and you’ll always need to check your order to see if its right. Quality of product is definitely not the same as it used to be, and with the price increases you’re better off making your own products

Food cold. Burgers looked like smash burgers. Banana milkshake was vanilla. No sauces for nuggets

Would love to see the kitchen staff make themselves a breakfast bun for their meal break with a rock hard stale bun and a soggy hash brown like the ones I just paid for. Only thing worse than ultra processed food is ultra processed food prepared badly! Once again been bent over by Ronald McDonald.

That’s twice I’ve order the £14.99 deal the burgers were terrible hardly any sauce on them pure dry straight into the bin just shocking

Didn't receive correct meal I have a picture of what I received still haven't heard anything about a refund my kids ended up so hungry I had to make them something and the one small meal I received ended up in the bin as no one came back for it

Fastest delivery and was still very hot!

Took over an hour for delivery. Hot food was cold. McFlurry had partially melted. Missing items and food was either over cooked or not freshly cooked. Overall very disappointing and will not be ordering again. Overpriced for the abysmal quality.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds ever. And that’s saying something. Constantly waiting in the car park for even the smallest order via drive through. Always something missing, having to go back in to get it. So frustrating - beyond this the food is generally cold or just not how it should be. Pretty poor even for McDonalds

Order was late … chips were cold and needed binned and after paying for lots of the expensive dips … there was NO dips AGAIN and drinks missing … this will be the last time I just eat a McDonald

This must be one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Drive the extra five mins to the Queensway restaurant. The lack of management and leadership is astounding. Drive thru queue is empty and told to go park up. Waited 20 mins a carpark full of others who seem to have been told the same thing. Eventually had to go into the restaurant and my order was sitting there among many others. Told they don't have enough staff to take the orders out (so why tell you to go park up). Food was cold and inedible. So much for a quick grab n go meal. Isn't the first bad experience I've had at the whirlies McDonald's..they seem to focus on the Just Eat orders and drivers and ignore the drive thru customer's. Who place needs restaffing and proper training.

My only issue was I didn’t get my full order.

The driver did something most doesn't and resd the instruction I gave and followed them. wish I could tip him now.

Went to this McDonald's and safe to say it wasn't a nice experience, upon getting out food, the chips were pale and not cooked enough and hard in the middle. When we said to someone, they had forgotten and some time we asked again. All in all we ate our burgers due to being hungry. But it's unacceptable for your staff to be incapable of cooking chips or getting us a fresh batch. Here is a picture below of the what the chips looked like. Also there were staff sitting talking to friends while they eat their food and on the floor on their phones as well.

Ordered an irn bru and got delivered a orange tango. The muffin was stale and hard round the edge.

I order most Friday afternoons. I order ketchup dip with every meal but it’s never included in the order. It’s annoying. That’s my only complaint.

Warm and fast delivery but missing dipping sauces…

Never had to do a one star review, but since this is the only McDonalds we use i am very disappointed tonight. Staff were slow, to busy talking, my double cheese burger was a mess, it was all lopsided and messy, chips weren’t that hot and tbh they weren’t busy inside or drive through so don’t see how or why the food would be served like that!!

Respectfully, How difficult can it be. This was not my order despite giving the code to the driver. How has it managed to leave the restaurant checked and arrive with a code and still be wrong although the code was accepted on the drivers mobile. I told the driver it was the wrong order on the label. We opened it and checked it and it was wrong and absolutely stone cold. The driver then took zero responsibility and stated it happens all the time. I really don't know why I bother to order.

Is the requirement to work here the ability to throw random items in a bag. Have yous ever delivered an order that was correct

On the app is telling you that if you spend 20£ you will receive 6 chicken nuggets but obviously we didn’t receive nothing.

Waited 15 mins as till wasn’t working at drive thru, then told I had to get my food and go in store and pay for it, had to park up and take my autistic son in who was already starting to go into a meltdown due to the time we were waiting. Went in store, waited another 10 mins in a queue which wasn’t moving. Had to leave as I was already running 25-30 late, got home and the 3 large chips were barely half full, 2 plain double cheeseburgers had sauce on them. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE

Amazing Driver , very professional and got the order bang on , and early.

I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant and once my food was on the way the driver took over 1 hour to deliver it. Food freezing cold and absolutely ruined
