McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

This is now my second review and, I am sorry, I will now never be going to this McDonalds again - once bitten twice shy. Tonight I ordered dinner for the family and I just wonder how they can get it so wrong. Part of it is lack of attention to detail but I think they just don't care when they put meals together for Just Eat deliveries. This issue is absolutely NOT Just Eats fault this time. Issues: I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal, no pickle extra Lettuce. Hardly any lettuce at all - not even a normal amount of lettuce. I suspect they just whipped the pickles off another Big Mac and used that for the order. I clearly ordered a Large meal too and I only got a medium drink. Terrible terrible service.

I ordered food on just eat and it was late chips were cold burger was all wrong and didn't get my chicken nuggets either aswell as didn't get my sauces the place is a joke

Believe me they have hired very rude and disrespecting front staff. They are not considering delivery drivers like humans. When you calling manager to report some Issue, he is also showing peak of stupidity. What is your criteria for hiring a manager??? Have you educated them to deal delivery drivers like non human ??? Who is boss of this lees burn Mac Donald ??? Why they have hired such stupid staff ??? Any solution ????

Ordered to take away. I believer they give you anything they like as you are away and won’t complain. I think out of a 4 meal order they got 1 right. No toys for kids happy meal. Refused to give milkshakes with happy meals. You could not drinks in certain sizes but it would let you order other drinks in that size. Staff so unhelpful and make you feel like you have no right to mention anything never mind resolve it. Resolved absolutely nothing as expected from the scowled faces and hat they met you with. Never again.

Charging people for the box that the food comes in now that just feels petty the greed of mcdonalds is so bad went from a affordable quick meal to a expensive shit quality food

my order was not warm when it got to my house it was cold not cold enough not to eat but cold enough to not enjoy.

No straw for the drink and no Minecraft collectible

Ordered a 9 nuggets Minecraft meal and got no toy plus no dips absolute joke

Ridiculously bad service yet again. Driver clearly multi-apping as he delivered to someone else on route to me. Don't know why I even bother. Wee treat for the kids results in baltic food every single time. Even put a note on begging them to not forget the dips, and guess what?? NOT A SINGLE DIP. Its a low IQ operation, and it speaks volumes to the individuals executing it, when they can't even read.

Never get an order correct. Every time I order there is items missing!

Normally order via uber for mcds which is London road and the food is horrific undercooked fries or fries caked in the breakfast fat!! But hubby and I were hungry & totally restored my faith in mcd’s

If I hear another juvenile server saying "that's you" after I pay for the drive-through order I will scream. How about "thank you sir, that's gone through for you now, enjoy your meal". Youth these days have no respect and if you complain, they gossip amongst themselves and deliberately delay your order. Managers obviously are clueless. The attitude comes from top down as they say

After waiting nearly 2 hours order said it had been delivered ….nothing had arrived ….shambles of a place

Got a burger meal swimming in sauce which broke up so gulls got it , inside was no better member off the management swearing whilst we waited in the queque kids standing round shocking and finally the wee guy cooking the nuggets drops em on the floor picks em up and puts em back in fryer lol gads glad i didnt order chicken !!!

My food has not arrived and I have been charged 25.01 I want a full refund and a voucher for later use. I am shocked at how bad the service has been. No option to cancel. Ridiculous

Upon arriving at the drive through we had to wait a minute to be served. I asked for the mccrispy bbq smokehouse which was advertised on the board to be told they don't do it anymore. I then asked for 20 chicken nuggest with bbq sauce and nether flame sauce. While waiting for the food the staff members which could be seen appeared to look unhappy just standing about. Once home and opened our bag of food. To find that there was only 3 bbq sauces and no nether flame sauce. Only three sauces when you are meant to get four. I have checked the mcdondald website and also just eat. If they don't do the chicken bbq smoke house then why is it on the website and available to order on just eat at that specific mcdonalds ? Disappointed

I am eating it just now but had to leave a review as I waited 3 hours for my meal. I thought I had missed it. well I am so hungry so I am off so eat. thanks.

An hour over the initial time my order finally arrives and the driver has spilled one of my drinks. Won't go back and replace it either. Not happy

I order 20 chicken nuggets every fortnight when I have my young grandson I order 4 barbeque sauce and never receive them I will no longer be ordering from McDonald's how hard is it to put them in the bag I think they are saving money

Ordered cheeseburger as well and didn’t arrive! Only 2 chicken nugget happy meals and no additional cheeseburger!

Got everything I ordered, driver was a bit lost had to meet him down the street but I’m glad to have everything I paid for this time. 😄👍🏻 Thanks Maccies and Driver I am happy this time 😄

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever had. Chips were either solid or uncooked, freezing cold. Milkshake came with no straw. Burgers were below average.

Our food arrived a few minutes earlier, than the expected delivery time, would just like to say, when your driver arrived he got out of his vehicle , smiling and looked very happy within himself and was friendly, was nice to see this driver loving life and enjoying his job 🤙🏽

placed bag on our doorstep and coke exploded everywhere all over my new carpet so disappointed 😞😞
