McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

Driver was very kind on waiting for me to find my password. Even after waiting he presented a smile.

The deliver driver was exceptionally nice, very very friendly and our food was hot and had everything required, including straws and condiments.

20 minute late and food stone cold, there were no tom sauce sent when 4 were requested as per order. Moot point as my wee one wouldn’t eat the nuggets as they were stone cold. So waste of money.

Didn’t send the 9 nuggets I ordered

sorry but our order was cold and had to but it in bin . Don't like reheats or i would have put them in the microwave or the air frier sorry. when we have ordered before and our food is hot just this first time we have had cold food.

Always forgetting the chips now I have to make another order just to get chips for my kids like get a grip people

Morons that can't give a phone number that works for their restaurant, missing the chocolate milkshake and the McFlurry on my order completely, like are you people completely incapable of doing anything past informing me BEFORE I commit to the order?

My 6 year old daughter's happy meal only consisted of chips and a book. Had to make her dinner after paying for this. You also charge a service fee at a high rate when you do not deliver what you say you will.

This order did not deliver your driver phoned me twice shouting down the phone and was very rude process a refund and I’d suggest getting a better driver

ordered a latte and received who knows what because it's black! nearly 3£ for a latte and there's no milk in it!

Fries freezing as always, shouldn't even be charged for them as all they are is a safety barrier in the bag for your burger before they get chucked straight in the bin, cheers McD's ya fuds

every time I ordered a crispy bacon and chicken wrap, I ask for no bbq sauce and not mayo and then I wnd up getting it with no bacon the sticker always says only lettuce, only tomato. Clearly an issue with your system. Please fix

Oreo Mcflurry was missing. This is the second time something has been missing .very disappointed

It was a bit cold but other than that the meal was fine however I had been charged double what I was meant to be. The meal was £15.42 and I was charged£30.84 I would like a refund for the £15.42 that I was overcharged with.

Chicken was hard and stale not fresh

initial estimate time said 30mins, then after 30mins it then said a further 30mins. the delivery times should actually reflect the real life time it takes better. as I wouldn't have ordered a delivery if I knew it was going to take as long as that I would have walked down to the restaurant instead.

This is now my second review and, I am sorry, I will now never be going to this McDonalds again - once bitten twice shy. Tonight I ordered dinner for the family and I just wonder how they can get it so wrong. Part of it is lack of attention to detail but I think they just don't care when they put meals together for Just Eat deliveries. This issue is absolutely NOT Just Eats fault this time. Issues: I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal, no pickle extra Lettuce. Hardly any lettuce at all - not even a normal amount of lettuce. I suspect they just whipped the pickles off another Big Mac and used that for the order. I clearly ordered a Large meal too and I only got a medium drink. Terrible terrible service.

Asked without onions got onions ment to be large chips it was like a small and 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6 don't no why I keep using this app

It was abandoned at the front door; no one knew it was there!! You are meant to chap and ask for the code! So it was freezing. No effort made to chap both doors

The only thing was that our dips did not come with our food, i even paid extra more for the dips, and they did not come with our order, im disappointed- although this is not the delivery drivers fault, its a fault of McDonalds.

delivery driver delivered the drinks all spilt in the bag. nice surprise when opening. I feel McDonald's in East Kilbride (both) laslck due care and attention.

I don’t understand why dips are missing so often. It’s such an easy thing to just throw in the bag but yet when it’s left out it just ruins the meal. Please put some process in place where these are not missed, it’s happening almost every order we place!!

Staff went above and beyond pity the quality of the food

Food was cold and had no sauce..why do yous always forget the sauce....one day very bad things will happen and it will be because some wrong turn hillbilly sister pumpin tool forgot to give sauce.......

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a large iced latte which got substituted for a bottle of water!! Ordered 4 bbq dips and a garlic mayo dip which never received. Everything was cold and had to reheat chips and nuggets.

Guy sat in a car park with my food for nearly 10 minutes to then walk over which it’s quite far you need to cross 2 roads to my houses which completely destroyed my drink not better to just park to next to my house?

everything was freezing for being 10mins up the road by car if that. wrap was a mess one piece of chicken in the wrap, fries for happy meal plus meal were freezing. chicken nuggets cold and burger bun ice cold

On arrival the delivery bag was soaked with spilled drinks, food ruined and driver advised he would arrange refund. I have also reported via app with absolutely no result.
