One bottle of pop was leaking and flat

it's frustrating when you specify certain things in the notes and they are ignored. also, when the order isn't read properly and sauces are missing, single cheese instead of the ordered double cheese - it's not the first time either from this branch.

Food was cold, crisps squashed flat and over an hour from order to delivery.

Asked for both sandwiches toasted and were not ruined the experience

Subway as usual, the best for a quick baguette.

I was highly disappointed with my order. I ordered 1 foot long specia meall and 1 footlong classic meal for myself and my partner. We both had cookies with this order and we only received one. We spent enough on our order to get a free drink, we chose a bottle of 1.25 litre of Fanta, which we also did not get. We checked the receipt on realising this and both the cookie and the Fanta that we did not get were on the recipt. Would not recommend ordering delivery from here, not happy with service.

Delivery driver very rude and paid for extra bacon and got given 1 slice

My cheese bites and waffles were both cold, one oasis was missing And my tuna sub wasn’t toasted

Food was really good. Large order and it was all correct! Waffle fries were cold though.

Nothing wrong with the delivery. The problem we had was that a number of ingredients were missing from one sub and the bread was really hard. We have requested a refund.

I’m usually very happy with my service at this Subway. However going in there at half five on a Thursday afternoon and being harassed by two loiterers is not my idea of a good service experience. The poor lone working server did her best to give me the best possible service whilst these two men mocked me and mimicked the servers accent. She also defended me to the harassers which I appreciated and told me not to listen to them as they are “always in here not buying anything” I do hope Subway look into making this environment safer for their staff and customers alike as I did not feel that I or that poor woman were in a comfortable position nor could we speak up too much for fear of being harassed more. I also hope she had an enjoyable rest of her shift as I could only spend thirty seconds in there buying what I needed before making a quick exit.

I ordered a footlong and a six inch came instead. for the amount of time I had to wait, I should at least get what I ordered

food delivered earlier and footlong was just cooked and packed very nicely.

my food was cold and no extra cheese whitch cost me 1.80 and on my other sub no cheese at all ruined my meal all together

just order food on just eat wanted it toasted wid cheese did not do it nd paid for extra cheese on the other sub but no wont be using them again

I love Subway Sedgley, service & food are superb. BUT - deliveries are hit & miss. I live in a flat with no direct road access, you have to go down a small alleyway to get there. I give clear instructions on EVERY order, most times these are followed. Occasionally, a driver will just ignore the clear instructions and just sit outside the street next to mine and call saying they can't find me, then give me attitude because they can't be bothered to read. Frustrating!

Guy in there was good made us feel welcome! Good service One of the better subways out there for sure.

Ordered a footling, recieved a 5’. Out a complaint in and was advised there was nothing just eat could do ‘based on their information. Called the restaurant at the time, no answer. Awful service.

If I could give this Subway negative stars I would. Their terrible attitude involved forcing an 80+ year old pensioner who was returning home from hospital. Despite taking the family members phone into the restaurant and explaining the situation they insisted the person attend the restaurant in person. In all the years of purchasing from numerous Subways we have never experienced this. Although this is a local branch it will be avoided at all costs in the future

Wedges were so undercooked, looked uncooked, and the subway looked made in a rush, had no flavours, no sauces, and food was so cold, delivery was supposed to be between 17:50 and 18:10, Driver Arrived at 18:30, absolutely horrible service, never ordering again.
