just order food on just eat wanted it toasted wid cheese did not do it nd paid for extra cheese on the other sub but no wont be using them again

Another chefs kiss salad Nom nom nom our subs were equally delicious. So fresh bag fulls flavour. Highly recommend.

I love Subway Sedgley, service & food are superb. BUT - deliveries are hit & miss. I live in a flat with no direct road access, you have to go down a small alleyway to get there. I give clear instructions on EVERY order, most times these are followed. Occasionally, a driver will just ignore the clear instructions and just sit outside the street next to mine and call saying they can't find me, then give me attitude because they can't be bothered to read. Frustrating!

Guy in there was good made us feel welcome! Good service One of the better subways out there for sure.

Was told it would be here by 2:40 and then changed to 3:30 food came and was cold

The woman working here was so kind to me and treated me so nicely. She remembered my order, and even gave me some future career advice! The staff are so lovely and they also make sure to get their customer service spot on ! The food is so fresh and delicious!

The manager was so kind to me and made me feel very welcome! She would ask about my day and make conversation, she even gave me some advice about university!! She remembered my order and showed a lot of good customer service. Would recommend!

Ordered a footling, recieved a 5’. Out a complaint in and was advised there was nothing just eat could do ‘based on their information. Called the restaurant at the time, no answer. Awful service.

If I could give this Subway negative stars I would. Their terrible attitude involved forcing an 80+ year old pensioner who was returning home from hospital. Despite taking the family members phone into the restaurant and explaining the situation they insisted the person attend the restaurant in person. In all the years of purchasing from numerous Subways we have never experienced this. Although this is a local branch it will be avoided at all costs in the future

Delivery time was fine but hot food was cold when it arrived.

Wedges were so undercooked, looked uncooked, and the subway looked made in a rush, had no flavours, no sauces, and food was so cold, delivery was supposed to be between 17:50 and 18:10, Driver Arrived at 18:30, absolutely horrible service, never ordering again.

sent a meat philly sub instead of the vegetarian version, i eat this nearly every day so can defo tell the difference no matter if they say it wasn’t! absolutely carelessness, vegetarian customers avoid!

Dilpreet was amazing!!! She was very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious. It was a very large order & every item received was correct & delivered on time, couldn’t fault the service or food. Dilpreet catered to all dietary requirements and she was very informative when clarifying all my questions on allergens. She exceeded all my expectations & this store will definitely be my go to! X

Food was lovely and hot and delivered on time. I used to be an area manager for subway, the bread was fresh, contents were as they should be and packaged well. My son is very happy tucking into his meatball sub whilst off school! Thank you!

The sub ingredients were all mixed up on order 3, chicken tikka was replaced by some different meat and tomatoes are missing. I'm not impressed and won't be eating it as its not what I ordered. Can I get a refund or a replacement sandwich

Ordered a veggie platter for my birthday picnic. The subs were delicious! The service was outstanding! Due to my dietary requirements, extra care was taken when preparing the platter. Would definitely recommend!
