Bread was rock hard and almost stale. Very unpleasant.

I ordered my food well in advance with a scheduled time of 1.15pm the order was not delivered till 2pm leaving me with little time left on my break to eat. I thought the whole point of scheduling meant it would be here when requested. Really disappointed

garlic bread was overdone too much sloppy pepper and onion barely any bacon or brie nonebof my food choices were adhered too and 0 dips with hash brown or cheesebites avoid !!!!!

The sandwiches were badly made and fell apart and the toppings fell out. 2 if the sandwiches didn't have cheese on, which I ordered. Disappointed.

My food was cold when it got here. I asked for a Fanta lemon and got a sprite?? We also ordered a dip and that didn’t come. I have just spent £50 on this order so I want some of it back as I am not happy with it!

A 6 inch sub with 3 tiny meatballs no bigger than an inch… definitely not what is advertised…

Delivery driver not reading instructions and didnt attempt to call and was making enquiries on the wrong side of the road and was going to leave without calling, and press ''delivered'' and leave (as they often do)

The salad came with half the items missing, as did the meal and no cookie. Came half hour late.

Save your money. Got a delivery of a cheese steak that was just salad, cold soggy waffle fries and cold rubbery nacho chicken bites. Wouldn't go back.

Cold and bearly toasted. I got the cheese steak, hardly any steak, no cheese, it was just full of salad. waffle fries were cold and soggy, the chicken nachos cold and rubbery.. Honestly this was the first and last time I've had subway.

ordered two toasted subway sandwiches baring in mind how crazily expensive subway has become for starters but then for neither one being toasted despite specifically requesting a toasted sub, the meat hadn't even been warmed up separately, then on one of the sandwiches despite being stated which sauce and sides to put on, they just decided to choose whatever they wanted thrown together instead, poor lack of care and ability to follow a order's instruction, would not recommend or order again.

Always friendly helpful staff. So happy to get help sorting our their app to get 50% off foot long subs.

For what I payed I didn't have alot of steak in my sandwich I thought It could of done with more filling I wasn't very happy

The chicken wrap was fine however the philly steak sub had ham and all sorts when not requested. Order wrong but driver spot on

all of the subs looked like they had been thrown together with sauce everywhere, the 2 sub MELTS weren't even melted and the inside was stone cold the only thing that made you think they tried was the marks on top but the cheese wasn't even cooked. over all it's was very disappointing and was most certainly not worth the £30 I spent wish I made a ham and cheese toasties at home.

Was meant to arrive at 2:40pm, it arrived at 3:35pm and cold!

All the food was cold. They threw a cold drink in the bag on top of my sub and nachos

Ordered twice on the same day thinking that maybe the half a teaspoon of salsa on my nachos was a one off. 1 singular Dorito had cheese on so I had to literally go shop to buy my own salsa and cheese and remake it myself with the box of crisp I got! The meatball marinara I bought tasted like frozen stuffing and god knows what sauces were on that but it wasn’t what I asked for. This subways gone down hill, I’ve had problems with the last 4 orders whether they’ve forgot something, made the wrong thing or replaced my meat options with the vegan ones which I wouldn’t have a problem with if I didn’t need the protein.

Food was great. However the man with the long blackish hair is the most miserable and rude member of staff I’ve ever come across. Bad customer service I will not be back. TRY TO SMILE.

Mind bogglingly incompetent. Spent nearly 30 pounds getting two footlongs. The just orders areived stone cold. I asked for extra mozerlla and specifically requested both sandwhiches be toasted. Who wants cold mozerlla and steak and cheese? Tried calling. No answer. This is unaccetpable. Ordered around 9:15 today. Who prepared these sandwhiches needs sacking. This is the second time i’ve had an issue. I avoid going in person due to the attitude problem of staff in the past. Such as staff refusing to change gloves or eyeballing you if you ask them to. This time I ordered througuh ubereats. Now I know I can avoid this place altogether in the future

Was a item missing phoned them to let them know was told to "just go through just eat" Food received really nice though. And quick delivery just thought they would have offered to delivery it to me. Refund easily enough to sort out.

Salad had the end of the head of lettuce in and despite paying almost £20 for a sub with double meat and cheese it had neither double meat or cheese in.

ordered placed on 28/12 and the cookies that were sent expired on 24/12 . I expect a refund shortly

Exactly what was ordered and very quick. I know subway doesn't always travel well when delivered, but that's no one's fault

Foods freezing nothings toasted

Ordered food at 13.55 and it didn't arrive until 15.42, beyond a joke waiting that long. The food was okay on arrival and nothing was missing.

Food arrived 95 minutes late arranged to collect it to be told it had been delivered. Ruined a friend's birthday.

Put the completely wrong salad and sauces on the sandwiches. Ruined the sandwiches

Ordered a footlong only to get a 6inch sub not happy that I paid more money just to be ripped off. Next time I'll be going in as they can't read the order properly.

Food was ok as you’d expect. Next time though we’ll order from the other subway as the same meal deal from here was £3 more expensive. I thought they were all standard pricing.

Haven’t received my order and shop won’t re deliver my correct order, now I am stuck with food I am allergic too so can’t eat.

Food was warm not hot, not packaged in a box only wrapped in paper and then a paper bag so both a bit messy. Meatballs tasted off, not had them for a while but they used to be nice and couldn’t see any cheese on my sub. Other sub tasted ok.

The pizza slice was absolutely tiny... A quarter of the size of anywhere else certainly not worth the money and the Tropicana bottles have become so small I didn't get 2 full mouthfuls before the bottle was empty... That was the most expensive mouthful of orange juice iv ever drank.. smaller than a child's fruit shoot unless they to have shrank. Iv had hors d'oeuvres bigger than this... I I'd of kwn it was going to be this small I'd of ordered at least 10 if them just as an appetizer but then it would have cost me 30 pounds for a snack... Has this place lost its mind... It's gone rotten at this place, even worse than before

Parts of each order were missing. I get that it was a large order but it should have been checked thoroughly before packing and sending. It being large isn't an excuse for 4 missing items

Food was cold, missed salad items that I paid additional money for.

The food (sub and salads) were as good as they usually are, can’t fault it but with regards to the cookies, there were no double chocolate ones even though that’s what it says on the menu, so I received 4 of each the other 3 flavours. Really disappointed about that.

The whole sub was dripping in sauce.. it was everywhere ! It had dyed the bread red and the vegetables looked like a crime scene .

Plenty of seating and the premises were kept very clean and tidy. The food he prepared was delicious. The wife tried the new caramel muffins and enjoyed them. Ethan was delightful. It was a pleasure to see this artist at work.

I ordered at about ten to 12. We were told good would arrive between 12:10 and 12:30. It arrived at 12:45. If I had known it would be that long I wouldn't have ordered.

Lovely food, clearly labelled and packaged. As we had an issue with our last order (and previous orders historically - hence not ordering for some time), the manager very kindly added 2 free cookies to our bag. It really made my day. Thank you 😊

It’s always cold even when toasted and never in a box?, so by the time sandwich comes it’s all over.. things missing!.. are the staff stupid?..

Forget to put your stuff in the bag and if you want it delivered at a certain time, make sure you give them 10-20 minutes extra. Useless.
