Subway in Glasgow City

Machines to order ur food is a disgrace in a business like subway, by time I finally placed my order I would have already had my sub prepared and ready a few months ago

Staff so rude!!! Unhelpful, attitude towards customers shocking! Joke of a store. Change your staff!

Bottle of cold juice was on top of my food, had to then microwave my items

Paid for extra chicken there was not extra chicken on the sub, was hardly toasted and looked like it has been thrown together

Good was made wrong with wrong sauce and other things on it

WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Avoid at all costs!!!! I watched the way they treat their staff here and I was appalled. The manager Rona and the way the older staff seem to treat the younger staff is awful. The cookies were good though.

i have been to this subway several times and i’m very pleased with the service i receive. great service,always kept clean and tidy. there counters are always fully stocked and look very impressive

Got served by Abi, top class sub

Prices more than the advertised in store menu. Item was supposed to come with double cheese but gave single cheese. I thought charging me 39p more was for a bag but wasn't.

If it was possible to give no stars for customer service then that would be appropriate! Not sure if she’s a manager (Rhona or Rhonda) but if you’re looking to scare the kids away at Halloween then she is your gal! Attitude is appalling and totally out of order when serving customers. I believe there’s a deep rooted trauma or she’s been bullied at school because placing herself behind the armoured glass partitions are obv giving her some sort of super power. I’m so glad I wasn’t with my son when you served him because I do believe I’d be placing you in a 6inch and sliding you in that mini oven while slapping some sauce and salad on your heed. Writing this review is giving me a little release and refraining me from nipping in to see ya. Be a kinder person Mrs Manager and stop being so nasty to the wains.

My cookie was missing . Bit of a shambles missing 1 of 4 items . 25% of the delivery missing yet it’s been paid for .

was in this afternoon for lunch and i was made to feel quite uncomfortable as there was 2 ladies working, one older and one very young. the older one was being extremely rude and condescending to the younger girl who asked a clarification question on what to put through on the till system. the younger girl asked for help once and the older lady raised her voice at the girl several times and was huffing about having to help her

I've been twice and yet it feels like the staff first day, they've got no direction or seem to know how to work together. The management should be looking at this and trying to have someone with a little experience to try and help them out

Staff could not give a toss got order wrong despite me telling him 3 times what I wanted and the attitude was stinking. Poor customer service

unnecessary large amount of mayo. like the there is no need put basically half a box of mayo into a salad

I ordered food through Uber , but the driver asked to sign for the food without showing him what's in the bag. I was starving waiting my lunch for ages. The lady was so rude to the driver tho. I guess the driver is kinda representative of the customer. So make sure you treat everyone with the bestest customer service. Will never come again not recommend it to aaaaaaanybody

Have visited this store several times as it is near the hospital. Thankfully it has had a revamp and It is kept much cleaner now and seems to have had a change in staff. The two women who worked there a while back were very rude and openly spoke about the customers, other staff and just eat drivers. Food is nice and fresh.

Another issue with the order. One wrap was stone cold, the other hot??????

Food arrived really quickly & hot and prepared nicely etc but they did not read the order notes where I requested an item not be added to the sub (no other place to request this), so my food is incorrect sadly!

The order was incorrect. We have been given 2 x meatball marinara and no chicken tikka wraps.

Forgot to put steak ot cheese or toast my toasted steak and cheese sub.

Missing items in my order and when I called the store I was told they didn’t pack the item and it was still sitting at the store and they didn’t have any drivers to deliver and was told to contact yourselves and ask for a full refund and he was going to call his manager and tell him about it

I ordered footlong and this how artists made this. I think he needs more training to make sandwiches pulse he refused to give the student meal. He said we don’t do that, I don’t know why but it is how it is.

Absolutely nothing to do with the driver as it did say he was at the restaurant for almost an hour before the food actually arrived🤣

Probably the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. Could tell the people serving cared as well unlike most Subways where they literally can't make a sandwich. Despite that being their only job. Definitely the best Subway I've ever visited.

Just received my order that was late by over 40 mins and its missing the pepis max 1.5 ltr bottle of juice how do you forget to send it with meal plus when you try to phone the shop it just says you cant leave a message right now then hangs up. This is totally unacceptable because there are doing this with the phone so they dont have to deal with the customers when there is a mistake.

Fundamental part of a subway order is a sandwich. Sandwich wasn’t in the order when it arrived… the rest of the meal deal was!

The food wasn't cooked as per my purchase of a taosed sandwich. Instead it was sent cold. Can't heat it up because its covered in mayo.

My nachos weren’t heated up and the cheese wasn’t melted and was the smallest amount of cheese on them I ended up having to add my own cheese to it and reheat! They also had jalapeños on it which wasn’t asked for. There was also no salad at all which was requested on my sub.

Food is amazing as usual however the extra charge you get is unreal. My cousin bought a subway the same day and minus the delivery and excess things that just eat slap on top, there was still extra on top. Ended up paying over £7 more for mine than she did when she ordered the exact same as me.

Had a load jalapeños in the salad and 2 of the subs even though it wasn’t asked for.

Adress Clearly states Eurocarparts glasgow , well signed entrance, driver could not even bother to come inside,insted repeatedly calling to meet him outside ( 2 calls in 2min ) .clearly order placed for delivwey to adress not a carpark . Not very nice at all

No extra cheese on my sub like I paided for and no sauces that I asked for. Was very dry and barely any veg on it either, two strands of onion and two of pepper isn't much.

Order took 1hr 20 mins from ordering to delivery initial estimation was 20-30 mins only therefore was around 50 mins late which is just unacceptable.

500ml bottle of juice ordered. 375ml bottle of juice delivered. Hot side that I ordered was stone cold by the time it arrived as well.

Got the order wrong, when it was delivered it was cold (despite being delivered promptly) so it wasn’t even toasted. I mentioned to the delivery driver and he shrugged. He then handed me the wrong juice and i said it was meant to be another kind, he then said “what do you want me to do about it, its not my problem”. No choice but to accept the order as he wasn’t going to make it right. Disappointed.

Ordered 2 * Steak & Cheese subs. They arrived with only the steak mix and without the cheese and salad.

I asked for sauce on my stuff and didn't get any and they couldn't even give me an explanation on why there was no sauce

Ordered 1.5ltr bottle of Pepsi Max. Got sent tango. Only reason I made an order in the first place was I wanted Pepsi Max. If what I ordered wasn't available, then my order shouldn't have been accepted.

Worst subway i have ever experienced. They put stuff almost half of the regular amount of any other branchs . It like you eat only bread with sauce

Got the sausage and egg breakfast sub sausage was freezing asked for another sub attitude off the girl working there 2nd sausage sub was also freezing will not be back worst subway out there

one of the workers were very unnecessarily rude for no reason ,the young one with blonde hair. I think next time she will just need a reminder that she’s in subway and not bad girls club so she can relax herself thank you.

I ordered a ham and lettuce sub with chipotle southwest sauce and all I had in my sub was ham and nothing else, I am so disappointed and angry

No offence, but how "not the skinny" female is still able to work there. The slowest person I've ever seen. Many times when I am there even when they busy food is ready right away. When "that" employee is on the shift I wait half an hour for 2 footlongs. How it's even possible.

Rona who made my order phoned me after requesting a refund as half the box was empty on arrival. She was literally screaming down the phone telling me i wasn’t getting any kind of refund and that she would send just eat CCTV of her making the salad box (hahaha). I have picture proof of the state the meal arrived in which can easily be provided. Thankfully my meal was only half as bad as the state of rona on the phone and i at least managed to have a few tomato’s for my lunch so didn’t go completely starving due to this appalling service.

Two of the 3 subs ordered did not have cheese on them as requested. Unfortunately, it also happened with a previous order too. Disappointing!
