Subway in Rochford

EVERYTIME I order here on deliveroo (yes, why do I keep going back sometimes, because nothing else is bearable around here and this tops it off) They don’t follow your instructions, and EVERYTIME I had subway I genuinely feel like I was going to soil myself, and I never feel so sick. I ordered here roughly like 5-6 times overall and been ill everytime Then again, you’d think I’d take the hint but I just wanted a sandwich that isn’t from a meal deal or my own. Genuinely please do quality checks of your toppings, something IS going on.

Doesn’t ever seem to have staff that are willing to serve customers.

My favourite subway. Come here to get melts for the guys at work. The staff here are the best and nicest of all.

4 staff, and 3 totally uninterested in serving (did eventually get a polite acknowledgement from a young blonde haired chap, who remarked to his other colleagues that there are at least 5 people waiting), waited a further few minutes, for someone to then serve the last person to join the queue! (The others walked off) No bother, just went to KFC instead) Servery area didn't look particularly clean either.

A few days ago I was standing in the queue and saw a tall blonde guy being very rude to one of his co workers who was a brown haired woman. He was demanding her to do stuff and I could clearly see the woman was not very comfortable with the way she was being treated. Great food but would like to see the staff being more friendly with eachother.

Bread was undercooked, flys all in the food, the girls were rude and didn't have a clue what they was doing, meatballs burnt, didn't even get what I asked for, didn't understand how to use vouchers, and couldn't add up, ended up being overcharged for something we just threw in the bin! I would avoid at all costs!

Usually very good however arrived 6.45 to find already closed when online and in store says 7?

Waste of time, ventured out to get a Subway during lockdown, checked they were open before going and found they were CLOSED !!! Before you respond that during covid, times could change, it literally takes 2 minutes to change your opening times on the Google My Business app. What a complete waste of time and fuel !!

Never had subway cookies before, best cookies I've ever had 👌👌

Always friendly staff and the food has always been fresh, sometimes I get varying sizes of portions depending on who serves me.

Pleasant snack food preferred it before the portion sizes were reduced.

Lovely fresh food and nice staff.

IMHO Subway is better value for money and healthier than McDonald's.

It's a handy little subway, good food, and a small seating area.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Marie. Food served fast, I was very pleased with my foot long sub. If you need a sub try here

Went in there today and didn't get listened to and have half a bottle of mayo in my lunch have thrown it away and will never go in there again as everything I asked the lad he didn't listen to .. my husband had to pay extra to be able to taste the filling over the roll. Worst subway I have ever been too
