Subway in Plymouth

Order arrived on time however we were missingbsome items an there no option to say your missing items only the whole meal which is annoying

Want a refund or the proper food I ordered

Food was stone cold and not enjoyable at all

Always slow service. Staff that touch their mouths while wearing gloves and then touch salad. Some who don’t use gloves and need to be prompted by customers

I was happy with my meal and how long it took to get here, however there was a few items missing which is disappointing

the vegi patties were missing out of one of the footlongs

I didn’t get the right order it was someone else’s order they need to make sure they are delivering to the right addresses and giving people the right order

Really good experience don’t usually have subway but seems like a better option to McDonalds or kfc so much better quality and the food was great thanks

Reliable fast food and fairly healthy

order confirmation at 11:30 received food at 1:50. I think 2 hours 20 on a weekday is unacceptable and not good service.

I ordered food at 11.25, with an ASAP request. I rang Subway at 12.30 and was told the food had been waiting to be collected at 11.45 however hadn't been picked up. the food finally arrived at 14.30, over 2 hours late. I am massively disappointed as if I had been told it would take that long to deliver I wouldn't have used the service.

The sub was cold and fell apart when unwrapped

I ordered 2 meal deals on uber eats, they gave us 2 of the same sandwich which meant I couldn't eat one. I called them up and explained the situation and they blamed uber eats for them making the wrong sandwich. They wouldn't send out another one in place of it so I contacted uber eats who only refunded me £3.60 which isn't acceptable considering I now have to reorder my food costing £15 with delivery. Absolute joke.

This is a good branch, nice customer service and good food. A sml carpark next to it is free for 15 mins too which is ideal

Not for this order but today’s order. Order kept being put back and put back until it was nearly 3 hours after I ordered. Called Subway and person was quite dismissive blaming Just Eat and saying they organise the drivers so contact them instead. Person confirmed they were dead but had received a message from Just Eat not to cook the order because they had no driver. While Subway can’t really help this they don’t really try to help sort it out.

Ingredients on order were wrong

Time stated 15 - 25 mins for delivery. It was delivered in 1 hour from payment. My daughter also didn’t receive the sauce ordered and paid for

I’ve always loved this subway - a regular stop to grab lunch on my way to the office. I’m currently in Derriford Hospital, last night getting hubby to collect my favourite ‘double chicken and bacon salad’ and tonight a ‘chicken sub’. The salad was my last ever - around 30% of the normal chicken serving - I stirred through the lovely coronation chicken from my hospital salad and even the loveliness of that didn’t help. Tonight’s footlong sub was so disappointing - chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, cucumber, pickles, red peppers and onions - the filling was barely existent. I love subway, it’s healthy and fresh but this just had nothing to it. It did have everything ordered technically, but definitely isn’t what I’d have got in store and was incredibly disappointing in flavour and texture. I’m sad and disappointed that my favourite fast food has been ruined for me 😫

Half the ingredients were missing! Wouldn’t order for delivery again, however, when you go to Derriford Subway, the service is brilliant. Shame it was pretty poor for delivery

Popped in to buy lunch yesterday and was served by two friendly staff. I asked if they offered a vegan alternative to the cheese which they do ( greatly appreciated ). The young lady was very professional and offered to change her gloves etc between sandwiches which I thought was very considerate. I was then served by a young guy who was also very friendly:)

I have had confirmation my order was delivered at 15:30. It is only 14:40. I haven’t received my order despite ordering over 2 hours ago.

The subs are awful they are all like they have come out the freezer I only asked for the 2 6inch subs not to be toasted the footlong has not been toasted either it tastes disgusting poor work skills take time to read the instructions properly

I ordered this to be delivered for 10.30 so that I had it before I left for work and ordered it early enough for that yet it was very late and now I have to buy something at work for my lunch normally your good at delivery but today it was not great and if I could get my money back I would have done

Poor amount of ingredients, half all down one end of the sandwich. Squashed when it turned up. Get better quality when you are actually there choosing what you want. Wont order on the app again from here.

Ordered a cheese garlic slice and got given this. Looks nothing like what it did on the menu and it was just bread and cheese I don’t normally complain but that’s shocking

Too slow and Poor Service..The guy on the till didn't say how long they will take to get my ready.. The staff was just laughing and chit chat.. They don't value for time of customer.

Subway wasn't toasted and was stale.

Whilst the sub was good, they were not helpful over the phone for allergen information and they missed out an item of the meal deal.

The food was cold missing alot of items is it hard to pack food sorry but this is the 3rd time in a short period that my order has been messed up not happy paying 32 pound for my food and food packed wrong and most of my order never turned up

I am in the hospital so only across the road from the store, however this is the secound time I’ve order this week and both time my food has came stone cold. First time I thought maybe it was a one off so I’d give them the chance. No! This time aswell! Very annoyed! Also the bread came like it had been frazzled, I asked for it toasted, not burnt. Definitely had been on that counter longer than it should have!

I tried a few different items including a plant picante foot long, Doritos chilli heatwave nachos and the crinkle wedges. The sub was very good. The nachos were ok but they were made better the previous time I had been there. I can’t recommend the upgrade to crinkle wedges- soft and soggy. Some of the staff at this branch are highly skilled. Others don’t even know the menu. A little more training needed. I had to explain to the cashier that I could upgrade the meal deal to the crinkle wedges, and also had to explain how I didn’t need to have a subway card to be able to do this.

They don’t tell you it’s takeaway only until after you have ordered

Totally disgusted. Staff got the order wrong and then tried to blame the delivery driver for the exchange of drinks claiming it was company policy.

Has been sold out of sweet onion sauce for a month now. The manager is a useless person who cant figure out stock for some reason. Also they only have pepsi max as part of a tax dodge and its just disgusting. Pretty lame for an easy job

Brilliant experienc, tattoo'd guy working was wonderful, after asking for the meatless steak he immediately checked if i was vegitarian or vegan and changed his gloves and got new bread to avoid cross contamination, brilliant customer service, brightened my day as vegitarians and vegans are often met with hostility or made to feel they're an nuisance!

Tho subway at Derriford hospital. Well what can I say? Grumpy staff who couldn't wait to get you moved on and out. Food was typical subway food.

Awful service, staff don't know what they are doing and don't know how to make a basic sub sandwich! Disgusting attitude from all the staff. Took us about 15 mins to be served even though we were right at the front. Knew we were there but just ignored us! Get better service from macys!

Poor people don’t know how to make a sandwich. Basically threw it together in front of me, was a complete mess. Was not happy at all.

Please don’t cut veggie sub with the knife you cut a meaty one with!!! And please change your gloves!!!!

Quick and simple ordering. Staff are friendly and helpful also. Always a good spot to go last minute if you need somewhere for lunch as it's incredible local to the hospital.

Not the best i have had, and the coffee is so strong it could nelt a spoon.

Bog standard Subway. Bread bit too soft for my liking, and hit a problem as currently they're card only.

Good branch, but naturally very busy at peak hours as it serves the hospital and surrounding business parks. Could do some more free short stay parking spaces, such as the small disused car park just a few meters up the road.

Popped in today only to be poorly treated. I joined the queue... Not a very socially distant one mind, got inside to be greeted by a miserable member of staff that told me I couldnt pay by cash and needed a different payment method. I ran back out to the car to get my card and rejoined the queue. When I got back inside the same rude guy refused to serve me as I wasn't wearing a mask. I was wearing my face mask exemption card and lanyard and told him I had a disability and a hidden one at that. I kindly told the guy he couldn't refuse me or discriminate against my disability to which he then replied.... "Well I just did, now leave" I have never felt so humiliated, he treated me like that in front of many others, some of which I might add were eating inside..... Its meant to be takeaway only. After being so poorly treated and still wanting a subway my boyfriend and I drove the Ebrington street branch. My boyfriend got out this time and told the staff member there how i'd just been treated at derriford. He was absolutely appalled and said no way should I have been refused service, that is not the policy, all public are welcome, masks are essential but if your exempt your exempt. I have since taken this further with the council, ref the people inside.... Hopefully that'll make them think again next time Absolutely disgusted with derriford branch Will not be returning again

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. My girlfriend was refused service as she never had a mask (even tho she was wearing her exemption lanyard) member of staff then gave her an appalling attitude. There was also 2 tables of people eating in the takeaway. No masks worn and clearly not social distancing. Certainly will not be returning.

NOT COVID SAFE. Popped in the other day and quickly found myself surrounded by 2 couriers, and 4 other customers. (One with a baby in a pram and two children not wearing masks) Social distancing was impossible. I complained but the staff just ignored me. Appalling attitudes to safety. Won't be going back. Sign on the door says 3 people max, and no entry without masks. Might as well take it down.

Love Subway, especially after a visit to hospital and very hungry.
