Absolutely terrible. I ordered a tuna salad with double meat and I only got two scoops, a tiny bit of lettuce, two slices of cucumber, a couple pieces of sweetcorn and three slices of tomato. I rang the shop and spoke to someone called TJ, he was no help what so ever, frankly rude and even hung up on me. I also ordered a pepperoni cheese dipper with never arrived, the sandwich I ordered was so bad I would have rather ate sewage. But having employers (TJ) who are no help, rude and hang up on you should not be working.

Extremely hot inside. So hot many people were walking out rather than ordering. There is air conditioning units but they are never switch on. The heat in there is unbearable. Would recommend going to a different one.

I don’t like to do this as understand the importance of google reviews to staff and company but cannot believe the member of staffs attitude who was working Sunday 12th May. Turned up at 7.00 shop shuts at 8.00 staff member was visibly and verbally annoyed we were there mumbling about cleaning refused to toast the sandwiches and was down right rude. I work in the service industry and you really need to do something about this subway. It was an hour before closing if it had been 10 minutes could understand although still not acceptable. Please contact me if you wish. Disgraceful !!! Should of read previous reviews

Havent been to subway for years but thought I'd give it a retry. Rank. Shop hygiene poor. Staff serving appeared dazed and was throwing food around for no apparent reason. The food looked anaemic and I've been ill for days since - QA needs to seriously look into this place. Avoid.

I've been a customer at the Subway on Rotary Way in Gosforth, Newcastle, for a while now. However, I've consistently experienced poor service from a particular staff member. This individual displays a negative attitude, audibly expressing frustration, being rude, and handling items carelessly. It's clear that they dislike their job, lacking both people skills and a professional demeanour. The quality of their work is disappointing, often resulting in messy orders and serving items cold despite requests for toasting.

We had to do a review just because the service was excellent. We had to ask his name, Josh, because he was so enthusiastic and friendly. Thanks Josh, we will now use this Subway instead of our usual one. BTW, the cleanest Subway I've ever seen. Read the other reviews and looks like Subway have upped their game.

Been here and got a rubbish sandwich, Can't hold the sandwich after wins of packing, disgrace, usual in most of the subways is terrible. Most of the times there won't be bread or other salad or other items. Some Employees who serve seems to be rude in responding when we ask about stuff.

Ordered a salad. The chicken was frozen, I couldn’t eat it. When paying nearly £5 for a salad I expect that it would be at least edible. Probably won’t go back to this branch, was a waste of money and a disappointing lunch. Staff serving were nice though!

Firstly I order a subway salad everytime I go. This shop is the first subway I’ve been to, globally that refused to give me extra jalapeños on my salad (despite me not ordering all of the salad) The amount of salad served up in a portion, wouldn’t have been enough to fill up a toddler. Let alone a fully grown man, paid £6.29 for a light dusting of salad & was told that the manager has told staff to limit portions of salad. Absolutely pathetic.

Today i was deeply saddened at the plight of my salad box. I was robbed by one nacho chicken piece and other salad items were missing. They were stingey on the sauce so overall it dry and meaningless. There was also a 'lettuce butt' in my salad. My colleague picked this up for me and i accused her of taking one of my nacho chicken pieces but she said she hadnt eaten it. This has now caused a rift in the office.

Went here today for chicken and bacon sub .one lad very pleasant (lad with the glasses on ) the other lad with arms full of tattoos. Just stared at you when ordering no smile nothing just a stare urgh .1 nice staff hallelujah. Food nice though .

And further more to my previous review of this SO called franchise business ..when ignored and mot just once at door I think he been a matter of half a dozen times I've been there 🤔. The staff have mot been busy just walk out back or blatantly just flat ignore you that even with manager or what ever in the person running the shop .. not been busy with customers at all and the state of some of grills you can see at door cheese melted onto things utensils in use from customer to customer that's also cross contamination of two peoples foods that one may be allergic to something in previous customers order so there hygiene status takes alot to desire let's see if subway actually post mg two negative views as if don't as don't like negativity I wil take another visit with health inspector ect !!.

This place is really hit and miss. Whenever you go in, most of the staff are lovely and you're listened to when ordering. When getting delivery however, it's either good or utter garbage. I've had stale bread, missing items and soggy hot items, even things being cold (I live less than a mile away).

I normally write reviews to credit businesses for their great service however I can’t say that I have ever received a great service here whether that be delivery or in store. Orders delivered wrong. In store orders where sandwiches are just thrown together and cut incorrectly where the end product looks so unappetising. Normally love a good subway but wouldn’t order from Rotary way. Worst subway around.

Average subway, they really need more parking here as it was packed round here. I got a foot long and it was great. Staff in there was very friendly and did a great job. When it's peak times good luck getting parked. I gobbled my sandwich when I got home and enjoyed that.

The website says they are open till 8. I have called in between 7 and 7.15 the last 3 Wednesdays and was made to feel I was keeping the assistant from something. She never stopped checking her watch and angrily put the ingredients into my sub. When the lettuce ran out half way through I was asked if that was enough. When i said no she stomped into the back to get more. Overall she has no customer service skills and always look like she wants to be elsewhere. I'll revert back to going to Cramlington shop.

Got Uber delivery from here, so if its driver fault please inform but I don't think this was!. Subs looked like had been thrown together, no care in preparation. Had pigs in blankets sub, had to remove the sausage due to a huge vain hanging out and ran a good part down the sausage, right put off and binned, everything else was freezing cold, bacon on the brie sub,hash browns and extra pigs in blankets. Been here today for a Gluten Free Sale and was VERY impressed by the staff and their knowledge of the Gluten Free diet and requirements. All salads and meat was done separately from unopened stock from out the fridges in the back. Staff 2 ladies and a gent were fab very friendly and helpful ....will definitely be singing their praises... From the crazy lady lol...you know who I mean haha x

Was in here at lunch time today, might have been better off serving myself. 2 staff prepping and 1 staff on till, didnt pay any attention to what I'd asked for, forgetting which bread I'd asked for and what size and type. I was in middle of being asked what salad id like and the 3rd staff was double checking what id paid for and shouting across other customers to get me to pay. Spent the majority of time talking to each other about previous customers staff holidays, in the process serving the customer in front half his order and they hadn't even put his requested hash browns in the oven. Woman behind me asked what the difference was in the cheese and the staff replied 'divvint knaa, it's meant to be nice like' I thought with this place being relatively new it would be quieter and better than one on high street or killingworth, I was wrong. I'll not go back here.

This is the worst value for money subway. Portion size is extremely poor. The whole point of Subway is to load with salad for the healthy option. Even the salads are small. Advice - don’t use!

Came here for breakfast. I like the app ordering system, which is fast and efficient. I ordered the eggs florentine with unlimited coffee. The eggs florentine was delicious, with the eggs still slightly runny. However, I'm not a big fan of the coffee from the machine, and it would be good if there were better coffee options, even for a slightly higher price.

Our experience that night was really unacceptable and disappointing. I wrote on the booking description that was a special event, of my friend having her birthday that’s why I asked for a nice table if you could. Instead of that, we took a table next to the toilet, and separate with everyone else. After that, we asked for a still water, and we took a sparking water? The glasses were smelling really bad, but till the time nobody said or complain from us anything. I asked the girl If we can move table and she said that she doesn’t have for 5 people, instead I saw a table on the left corner that could fit us, and was much better. Important as well, your service was really bad & slow nobody was coming to ask us for drinks, or bring us the regular menu instead we did have only the SET MENU that we didn’t even ask for it so I stound up and went to ask for the regulars Menus. When we finally ordered, your service didn’t even asked us if we do have any allergies, something that required to do? Continually, your food tasted really bad it felt that they didn’t even were fresh, the drinks were fine. So after our, sharing plates, we did ask the girl to brink the cake to us, with no putting anything on the top like a candle, because I didn’t want someone to ruin that cake, cause was really expensive. As, I said above, I wrote to the booking that was a birthday, and your service, brought us the cake in the cake box, and asked us if we want to have it there or home? That’s was a joke? Or what? Is not the first time, going to a restaurant so we couldn’t imagine that those things can happen. Your service, didn’t say any happy birthday, she could come with another person, and sing happy birthday? Make happy our customers no? As, a kind of restaurant you could put a happy birthday music? You had as well a live singer? So, dramatic and really bad experience in my life of what I saw. Only the view, is something that keeps for sure this restaurant. Management looks that lacks a lot. Saying that from my experience, had worked a lot in restaurants, so couldn’t imagine that. As well, at the end we got to pay, and you took back the receipt? I mean the receipt is for the customer?
