Best Coffee & Cookies in Craven Arms! And a lovely hostess...

Whole place let down by a manager with a massive attitude problem. The whole transaction, we received a blunt and patronising tone for no reason. While the food was 100% what we expected, I would not return based solely on this one manager. Thank you to the other man working who was a delight.

Stop here most Sundays when I’m riding my motorbike, friendly staff with excellent toilet facilities.

Call here as a halfway stop from either travelling fron Abergele to Portsmouth and viceversa when were doing south of france. Ideal place and the food is always fresh and delicious

The kids were whinging they were hungry as we drove around Shropshire on our holiday, so we were glad to spot the Subway sign. I realised we’d never actually taken the kids to a Subway before but the staff patiently talked them through their options, instructed the kids in how to use the drinks machine and gave me a big box so I could carry our rather large order back to the car more easily. Top marks for friendliness, service and yummy sandwiches.

Stop at Sueay Craven Arms whenever we're on the way to South Wales. Staff and food are always both excellent. Highly recommended 😊

Just came in to grab sonething quick however the two guys working here on Wed 6th were fantastic and really took to make sure the subs bought really looked good as well as tasted nice, ive tried subways in many parts of the UK and not been impressed. On this occasion it was tasty enjoyable and quickly made. Thank you and well done to the two guys that worked behind the counter. Foot long Steak n cheese & Veg patty

Nice subs at a reasonable price, especially when buying a meal deal. However, if you just want a coffee and a sub, it actually costs more for less!

Many times I try yo scan my subway card. They said- ohhhh sorry too late. But they can see my cards I hold my hand.

Good as usual at other Subways but the coffee was so weak it was undrinkable.A new coffee was provided foc but we think you need to adjust your machines for more strength.The food was up to your usual high standards and the staff were excellent.

This subway is just like the others, except it is not part of a service station/garage like most subways are. This subway has also got an inside eating area and an outside eating area. A very good place to eat

Good service and food. You can sit in, in comfy chairs and sit out too. Car parking also. It's situated in a good area.

Great ingredients tasted lovely but they changed the bread years ago now it just falls apart ashame would go more if I don't need a sheet to catch the falling off bits.

Awful service from the lady at the till. No cate taken and very poor customer service from her. Food and receipt was chucked on the counter with no care. The last doing the food was friendly though and the food was ok.

Three of us Turned up just before closing and they didn't even mention it, I just noticed the opening times whilst eating. Then a workman turned up with a big order they said they closed in two minutes and the builder said "you'd best hurry up then" the staff took it in good spirit and laughed it off and served him.

The wind howled around my ears. It was cold. So very cold. The Beast from the East had returned and I needed some nourishment to see me through the next few hours. I chanced upon a Subway and headed for the door. I was battling against the freezing gales but eventually made it. I shook off the non-existent snow from my coat and headed to the counter. The establishment was empty apart from 2 young urchins sat in the corner engrossed with their phones. There were 2 members of staff on today. Both looked like I had put them out by approaching the counter. I placed my order. Not a smile was to be seen. I hadn't gone there for some smiles though so I wasn't too bothered about that. My food was constructed and paid for and I sat at one of the many tables. The floor was sticky but I wasn't going to let that distract me from the task in hand. I had a foot long meatball delight. It was OK to be honest. Nothing amazing but it was warm. The meatballs were pretty dry though if truth be told but not so bad that I couldn't eat them. When I had finished I tidied up the litter and left. Back out into the freezing wind. I saw a young chav, frozen to his mountain bike. That made me smile. The heat from the meatballs kept me going until I finally got back to my vehicle. Now I had the energy to complete the next stage of my journey. I turned the key, praying that the diesel hadn't frozen in the pipes! It hadn't. Phew. I drove, towards the horizon not knowing what the future would bring. About an hour later the meatballs were repeating on me like a vengeful badger. The end.

I waited quite a while to order hot drinks. When it was my turn, the server informed me that the coffee machine wasn't working and they could only serve me tea and hot chocolate.

Clean. Staff that give you what you ask for. If you want subway this is a good subway. Still think Subway is a bit of a rip off tho...

Love Subway anyway, but as these are franchises you get some good and sone bad. This one has bbq sauce and sweetcirn which is not found in many other subways i have been to. Staff are friendly and if you say load on the sweet corn or peppers then they listen. Also had the cashier get the cheapest deal for us. (Instead of two meal deals, get a meal and drink deal and 3 cookies. Sometimes cheaper if you get certain meats in your sub.) Subways are always good as a healthier customised fast food outlet. Also, scan the receipt and answer a survey for a free cookie. Why not?

Good staff quick food good parking

Would have given it 5 stars if the bread (only 2 types left) cookies and meatballs hadn't ran out , but it was late in the day. Otherwise very good food and clean seating area . I was overcharged too when I checked my receipt, but I got that back .
