Always generous with their chips so only need a small portion. Sometimes have to wait a little for fish if been busy but worth the wait. Friendly family run business. Sit down area available. Occasionally been hit by flooding.

I Ordered a big bag of chips and curry sauce and on opening them the chips were so soggy and mushy it was like they was boiled in water instead of being fried in oil only had a couple and thew them in the bin also they were Very expensive at nearly £5 for chips and curry sauce

Just .... Don't. Absolutely awfully food at 18:00 at night you don't expect to find inedible raw chips but there you go! Not great, one to avoid.

Best fish and chips in Shrewsbury.

On our long weekend visit to the lovely City of Shrewsbury we went into this fish and chip shop for our evening meal.....The food was all freshly cooked and a good sizeable portions,actually we could not eat it all,we also had lovely cups of tea with our meals...It was all very enjoyable...The staff were all welcoming and friendly....👍

Lovely food but the owner never wears PPE properly and has his face shield up not covering his face. Been like this the last two times I've been in so will stay clear during Covid. All his staff are correctly using theirs PPE

Top bloke who works there. We had no idea where we were, wondering aimlessly around Shrewsbury, popped in here and were 5p short for a bag of chips. He still looked after us and we had plenty of chips in our bag for the pair of us! Nice guy and yummy chips!
