It was fine, food was good and service great

Okay Costa, not one of the best, but the coffee is still Costa

Friendly Coffee shop, Staff always happy to help. Now closes at 5 in the afternoon. Not so good for a mid afternoon screen break.

4:30pm they are already not serving food - how disappointing - no surprise the whole town looks like it’s half dead at this hour.

Not good it smelled stale service was terrible

Didn't have food just drinks the staff members were brilliant and polite 10/10

Closed when it was meant to be open (8:44am vs 8:00am opening on door and google). Barista refused to make eye contact and kept doors locked.

What a great and friendly coffee shop. The girls behind the counter were absolutely fantastic and made our visit a very memorable one. There was an excellent range of fresh cakes available and the store was very clean.

The toilets here are absolutely filthy and no care is given to cleaning them. Avoid until they take more pride in the facilities!

Constantly getting double beans not put onto my account from using my reusable cup. When I go back they do nothing about it. Peeved.

There is no "Dine in" Costa in the small village of Gobowen. Its a machine in the little co-op. Google tags the post town so you get reviews from the real shop in Oswestry.

Went here on a day trip once, the princes were nice and cheap and the latte was lovely the staff was also very polite

Dirty cutlery, staff rude, not great.

The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, they were overwhelmed and slow. We ordered 2 simple drinks, a caramel latte and a white hazelnut americano, both wrong. The Americano came black and the latte came with hazelnut. Didnt notice until we had left the store. Costa need to hire better staff, who know what they are doing and are confident when busy. If we weren't busy then we would've gone back and got it corrected.

Pretty dire place. Tables full of used cups etc. Apparently not enough staff! Us poor customers pay for this! And to add insult no loo paper. But hey dirty tables but don’t forget to keep your masks on !

Had a very tasty blueberry muffin and a cappuccino, price quite reasonable for what you get.

Can't go wrong with Costa. Generally seek them out when visiting a new town (city). Always some nice food to be eaten with a coffee. This establishment was no exception. Also there is always a nice clean loo!! The Oswestry establishment was no exception.

Poor staff civility communications ,on attempt to order at the counter. Dirty washroom, wet floors, smelly, WC paper all over the floor Limited menu Prices Not displayed at counter level, in easy to read print. Can Not, and would Not recommend under present limited staffing levels. Other Costs outlets in area, not affected .

Only one member of staff on duty but she did an excellent job was really calm drinks had to be served in takeaway cups as no staff to wash up !! Or clean tables !!!

The thing with Costa you have consistency the only thing that changes is the view and the staff. This costa is conveniently placed for shopping in oswestry and tjd staff were nice too. I had a cortado which is a small coffee

Had a good latte ,nice and hot ,shop was clean ,staff were friendly ,there wasn't much in the way of cakes on display but might be as it was 2pm

Coffee is standard Costa fair but the staff are very nice and helpful.

Small store, seems nice inside butnoir drinks were served in a paper cup not a mug. (Yes we were sitting inside)

As a regular of a diffrent costa (congleton) I found the coffee shop dirty with tables not cleaned when they wernt busy and the staff were rude as well. I WONT BE GOING BACK.

It is a small coffee shop so sometimes can get busy and then you are having to wait for your order and sometimes struggle to get a seat.

There coffee is awful. Or is it me, I thought you should like something to enjoy it.

You get what you expect, nothing fancy

Tables and floor looked dirty and untidy. Toilets out of order too.

A nice place. Cosy and more intimate surroundings towards the back, and a nice natural light and wide view for limited seating at the front. Lovely soya milk latte and mushroom cheese toastie. It needs saying though, that the toilets are a let down.

You can always rely on Costa to provide first class service, food and drinks.

Nice place some of the staff are a bit up themselves and prices can be a bit expensive

Great coffee, friendly staff. Could happily sit here and watch everyone trying to pull the push to open door trying to get in all day long!

Coffee cold and forgot my toast I had ordered

Staff very pleasant & service excellent. However, tables not cleaned & our newspapers stuck to unwiped tables. State of the toilet & very wet floor left a lot to be desired, although I do acknowledge that this might have been the customers, nevertheless, a few more staff cleaning & clearing away would not go amiss. This is a genuine customer review.
