I’m absolutely disappointed I received half of my food cold aka not toasted which is quite upsetting eating call food is bad for my stomach this needs to be improved

I never recieved my order. There wasn't a knock on the door or a call to say they couldn't find my address. My lunch must have been delivered to the wrong address. Called Subway store to let them know and they said there's nothing they can do.

the food was lovely but the delivery guy was wearing a crash helmet I could of been elderly and if I was greeted by a guy in a crash helmet I wouldn't of taken the order!! he shoukd of removed his helmet

Order never arrived we stood outside the door when courier shouted as in our street but then order got marked as delivery when we did not get our food - hard to complain or get refund but worse part is too late to reorder so had no lunch !

I went here for lunch today and the food was great. I walked in and the place seemed clean, tidy and welcoming. I really enjoyed my tex Mex 6in sub however it could have been better. I asked the male staff member 3 times NOT to put peppers on my sandwich as I don't like them. His response was "but it comes with it" on the 3rd time of asking him not to he just shoved them in anyway. Other subways in the area have asked what salad stuff you want with the sandwich but this one seems no room for amendments. I felt ignored when I asked for some salad which would have made it better and I asked for this a few times too and felt that I wasn't allowed to. Our waffle fries nearly got forgotten but it was worth it in the end, staff need to do better.

Male staff member assaulted a female staff member using my food. He placed my food in the oven, when it pinged he took it out and pressed it directly against the bare hand of the woman operating the till. She jumped in pain and he laughed. Absolutely disgusting.

Poor quality of food. Getting less for your money. Don't get to choose what salad you want. Not wrapped very well and dripping with grease.

a horrendous experience at this subway today i came in with my family and order quite alot of food however was appalled by their service's. The young lady had very long hair all out and the manager this extremely puts me off because what if their hair can get into our food. Then not only does the manager not give me my receipt for my order he also doesnt even ask !!!!!! I had told the lady what i wanted to order 3 to 4 times and she didnt get it right. Im appalled from todays experiences and will not return to this subway again. There were other customers in front of me who had to wait even longer because there orders were getting wrong as well. 😞

I ordered a subway with jalapenos - which are missing. Not ideal when I am unwell and this is my only meal for the day. Disappointed to say the least

Good, food was as I wanted. Plenty of salad which was appreciated. Food was 10 minutes late despite me ordering it at 9:00 to be delivered by 13:30, so a little disappointed there

Nearly £10 for 1 sandwich. Went for nostalgia, came away feeling like I was scammed. Only few days before covid I was in there getting a breakfast sausage and egg sandwich for £1. Can't afford to eat here any more, sry.

Always has a nice atmosphere and is clean.

Always the same with subway, never make the first time given

They out everything in one bag so my warm food melted my cookie and left me with a warm drink.

The food was stone cold and not even been heated once by the look of it

The food is good and fresh but all of the tables were dirty and the floor was covered in food. There was no way that had been swept for a while.

Watched the driver sit at the local shops for 10minutes then drove up and down my street before walking to the door with a nonsense excuse. Totally unacceptable to receive cold food late from a store that's literally 5 minutes away!

Food is good, just normal subway. The servers there don’t speak much English though so it’s really hard sometimes to get your order across, especially when you’re on lunch at work and trying to hurry up.

The crinkle cut wedges were flaccid & under cooked. Not the usual standard from Subway. The wrap was perfect.

All the 'hot sides" were cold so not crispy and not much taste

I'm unhappy with both the salads that we received, there was not much in the boxes, who ever made them really skimped on the ingredients not up to Subways usual standard. There was literally 1 tiny scoop of tuna in it and not much of any other ingredients.

Amazing place for a quick bite. Service is excellent and absolute values for moNey. Surag is helpful, polite and always ready to h we’re ok when need be. It is also kids friendly and very much inclusive. Super impressed with the service and quality food.

The food was so good And the staff was good/and friendly as well I recommend for some halal food It's a nice and big area for eating food

Usually order from subway. Usually impressed and content with their food. However, today ordered a salad with some kind of spicy sauce. I’m not even exaggerating, a whole bottle of sauce must of been tipped into my salad to the point my salad is swimming in it. It’s inedible. I understand if this was an accident… but you’d make a new one. I didn’t ask for extra sauce, usually it’s just a little drizzle.

Staff were not very helpful. Wouldn't let me have the bread I wanted with the sandwich I chose. I ended up creating my own.

Driver dident know were we are, even after him calling and then hanging up. The deliverey was estimated for 1930 and he was in the area but took him 20 or so mins to find tje flat

The guys behind the counter was very meticulous he made things exactly as should but had no room for experimental subs, he wouldn't let me amend my Big steak melt as he told me it would make a mess of his sandwich press and it was too hard to clean. The food was nice, area is good for a stop in the car not great to eat outside

Used to like this one but they've got the new menu... Not many brands base their custom on a menu that they build up for over a decade+ that customers then come to find synonymous with and recognise the name and logo anywhere in the world to know what they want from that establishment for them to then go and completely destroy that menu, business model and customer relationship, but that is what Subway has done. Not only is there no recognised subs on the list of menu items from the old menu but if you want one of the old subs you are charged a premium price (+£2.40 for a slice of meat) and the "Series" are fixed and cannot have your own choices added to them- this was the whole idea of Subway in the first place! The pricing structure is no longer transparent as if you don't want one of the limited new menu items you will not know how much you are paying on the "create your own" until you get to the checkout... which is a bit convenient for them. 👎

I had a mixed Deli Meat salad, it was really good, the salad was all fresh and there was plenty of it.

We have experienced both, dining in and out, food is excellent and very well priced

Salad incorrectly made with missing ingredients and 2 incorrect sauces. They must have realised they made it wrong as you cannot even order 2 sauces but they still send it out. Inedible. Very poor service. Second salad was correct and tasted nice though.

Subway is subway, food is the same but Jesus are these staff miserable. Didn’t even get a hello. Rude staff.

Food was late, was Waiting over 1.5h Arrived completely cold

The SLOWEST subway I have been to. I started out standing in a queue which is absolutely fine, but the sandwich artist had started to do delivery orders and there was no one in front of me anymore and I got ignored for about 5 minutes standing with my 4 year old just waiting to do the order. Then I ordered a wrap and ask for the meat to be heated separately - they put the chicken and bacon straight onto some paper and when they took it out and put it on the wrap, all the paper was stuck to it. They then proceeded to put the minimum amount of salad on there and the wrap ended up tiny. Not happy with service.

No napkins & drinks were warm. Food good

Food was cold. And the cold drink was in the same bag as the food. No sauce on the sandwich. As for honey mustard didn't get any

The staff are rude and they taking so long to make it, and dirtiest thing that i have seen is the guy use his hand with one gloves 9ver everything thing, meats and vegetables, I won't recommend this place to anyone

Everything was lovely except a cookie I didn't order! I ordered 5 white chocolate and macadamia cookies but only got 4 and a milk chocolate cookie that I don't like at all. I received no call or not to inform me and no 89p refund if they only had 4!!

Food was all cold, order was wrong for 4/5 and the subs had all fallen apart.

Due to All three items wrong I contacted the outlet but instead got a rude chap insisting that I go back to get the correct items. Very poor customer service that has left a bad taste 8n my mouth. Absolutely out of order !!!

Never had a late or bad order from here. Always tip top. 👍👍

Best for of what I always order is the Steak Cheese sandwich in there. With all the trimmings and veggies. Very nice.

This is Shovon for a special review for Paulina and Ricky. Guys took my phone when I was confirming order as I wanted toggo before they finished. Left my order with them and they specially made sure that my order was ready for a specific time as a favour when normaly they wouldn’t on the manner that I requested. Appreciate your service, great people and lovely service 👍

Excellent service today, polite, didn’t rush me despite making several orders.

Ordered a meal with a cookie. No cookie came. Also ordered seperate caramel muffin and received an oreo muffin. I don't even like oreo. Not very good.

I wasn't happy as I ordered a footlong sub and I only got a six inch sub. I'm paying for it and not receiving the goods. I'm not very happy at all.

First time ever to a Subway, and very impressed. the staff were very helpful and patient. Table area was clean and tidy.

Never order delivery from here! Countless times I've ordered from here they have got my order completely wrong. That latest order I asked for they got the bread wrong, sauce wrong and the only salad I got was a whole tin of sweetcorn and half a cucumber. Don't know how you can mess up that badly!

Poor service and bad management

I'm not a subway fan at all but it would be unfair to score lower. It's clean and serves food, they can be held to ransom for my not preferring the foods they offer

Order was fine except no lemon drizzle cookies, they sent two white chocolate ones instead. Never had a problem and delivery driver is always so polite.

Friendly staff, clean tables, plenty of room to sit in and eat. Nothing 100% special to make it stand out to being better than the other Subways been too Only issue (which is not their fault) is the parking next to Subway may be taken so you are then needing to park further away near the other shops.

Missing the cookies from both meals. Rest was top notch.
