Subway in Bedford

Food is gosh darn excellent, but worker was impatient, despite it being my first time stepping foot in a fricking subway

I ordered a Footlong BMT and when it came it was cold. I expected it to be toasted, however it wasn’t and I am very upset. I couldn’t even eat it.

Food never arrived despite being marked as delivered. I provided my phone number to contact me with any issues and didn’t receive any missed calls.

Shop owner didn’t let me order the turkey testicles with grilled cheese on my sub. With a side of seamen sauce

our food has not been delivered even though the app says it has been

no fries were delivered with the meal

Quality of the food was shocking especially the waffles chucked the whole box away, some waffles to hard some too soggy.

hi, you sent me hot chilli doritos instead of ready salted crisps which wasn't great. I won't eat these- they're too spicy :-(

Food never turned up what a joke

Subway has really gone downhill. Next to no salad and filling in the bread considering the price.

Ordered many cookies shortly before closing (without realising) but they delivered on all the cookies perfectly!!

Food was stone cold and not enjoyable at all

The driver couldn't follow simple instructions and directions, an my food has been delivered cold. I could see him driving up and around the area for 20 minutes. To have to pay such a steep delivery fee for such a disappointing experience has left me greatly disatisfied. I didn't even receive an apology or explanation upon arrival.

Clean tidy and fast service Shops a bit small and does have a few seating options plus a toilet. The guy serving advised me of the promotion they had which saved me a few quid.

Arrived 1 hour and 17 mins after ordering. Food was Luke warm. And they guy who delivered it just through it in the hallway (our door was open) and walked away. What a joke.

Food that arrived was very good. It was on time but the time slot got changed and put back. The free item I qualified for was missing (again). The bowl of meatballs insisted of 3 1/2 balls, pitiful amount but tasted good.

Love a subway, bread was lovely, had egg & bacon with cheese for breakfast, husband has sausage on his as well. Like the meat ones as well with salad. Lovely lady working in the morning, made my latte even more milky for me, nice & clean, not very busy in the morning so nice & peaceful & no rushing, use your subway app, so easy to call in & get a hot drink for 100 points.

Quality of food is good as always, however I asked for cheese and extra cheese in my sub and it came with no cheese at all.

Wasn't asked if I'd like salad just given sandwich. I'd avoid this branch and use any of the others in Bedford, they are fine.

Food cold due to delivery driver going to wrong address and pretending to not understand English but then perfectly fine to argue in English with me about where MY OWN address is and that I was wrong. Rude

A good meal but Fast food not my bundle normally

Over-toasted baguette that didn't feel fresh to me and the contents were drowning in sauce. The cookies are not what they used to be, they feel like there's loads of sugar in them (even for a cookie!)

Showed up an hour late, food was cold by the time it got here.

Terrible, very disappointed as I didn’t get the meal I paid for I was missing the cookie crisps and drink also I opened my sandwich and it wasn’t even toasted!. I spoke to subway on the phone about this issue and they blamed just eat for the missing items and the fact my sandwich was cold!

Poor customer service, hash browns stone cold even though you claim you don’t start preparing and sorting food until delivery drive is arranged and 2 hours after I ordered is disgusting. When I rang to find out the lady didn’t seem to care at all, even said ‘I don’t know mate’ !? Shocking service all round. Never ordered from here and now I know why, never again. Food was standard, the new sub melt was poor, certainly nothing like pictures or explained. Never dealt with such low standard food quality and customer service.

Avoid ! They don’t care to read the orders correctly or give good customer service.

Wrong order. Phoned them back and they blamed the driver. They said they will arrange delivery for the right order. Sat here waiting for almost 2 hours and haven't heard from them .Food was cold and far from what I wanted.

Never disappointed whenever I order from here, always comes on time or earlier than delivery time and is always warm too!

I like the sandwiches; they're very customisable so there's lots of scope to get what you want. It's not a very big store and dining in isn't something I'd recommend. The staff can be a bit surly, which makes ordering ahead on the app more appealing, though you can't use reward points on the app.

Found sweetcorn in my food that I’m allergic too rang the store the guy on the phone told me there wasn’t any sweetcorn in the salad, and I lied, and hung up the phone twice on me when I asked too speak too a manger! I asked for his name and wouldn’t give it too me! Not happy and I will reporting the store for health and safety issues around food absolutely disappointed and disgusted

they didn’t have the sandwich i ordered which was listed as available on the menu. so they delivered my food without the sandwich. If they do not have the correct ingredients it shouldn’t let your order them !

10/10 the staff is very polite and always serve in a timely and nice manner. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Good customers and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want good if not the best fast food in Bedford

I had specifically said a very small amount of sauce. On one half ok. The other is so much sauce you can’t hardly see the food

Ordered Tuna Subway and they forgot to put tuna in the Sub !!! Just tomato and lettuce ? Then nobody would pick up the phone in the restaurant. No, i didnt accidentally order wrong, triple checked it.
