Subway in Northumberland

Food was below standard, the lettuce looked brown and wilted. Taking few few bits of lettuce out before I eat isn't the end of the world but the service was odd. Stone faced, drained of any sign of humanity. I understand sometimes we all have a bad day at work or things at home can be bad. But I felt like I'd just farted in church or something. Very odd, cold stern and stand offish.

Love a subway salad not happy they don't do the spinach anymore out to save money eh

Customer service was terrible. Girl on till had a bad attitude. Sandwich was a let down very small portion and next to no sauce on. Wasnt even grilled enough. Avoid this place.

Best healthy place for lunch. Sandwich Artist are the best.

Amazing food and swift service!

Ordered a few different items as meeting friends for a picnic at bolam lake, asked for a chicken pizziola (without pepperoni) toasted with cheese and lettuce. When we got to bolam lake we realised it only had lettuce and cheese in, took the sandwich back later that day to be told that's what we had ordered (not sure who would order just lettuce and cheese...) but advised the manager would call me back to sort a refund the following day... No call has been received.

Customer service shocking Food portion size compared to other subway terrible. Avoid... Cramlington is normal one I visit and never a problem So 4 extra miles much better service

The sandwich was huge packed til bursting & tasty only gave 4 stars because of the wait 2 staff but only 1 serving so had to wait for 15 mins was only 2 people infont of me aswell

£12.40 for a 1ft long and 6inch sub !!!!! Never paid that before and usually get eztras, pop cookies etc !!

Disgusting received frozen chicken in salad. Offered refund by customer services, no refund given then all further correspondence ignored.

Great choice in sandwich or salad
