The sandwich had a teaspoon of chicken in and tasted old had to scoop all the chicken out and leave cheese on it’s own

Subs where wrong and poorly made and where cold

Figure out a way to stop the cold drinks not being next to the hot food.

the food is excellent quality and i was pleased by everything except the note was not read! the note was to leave it by the door and not knock but they did. not too much of a big deal though, excellent service.

Cold with the hot food laying on top of the cold drinks. But sandwiches well made.

Lots to choose from, but the options are bewildering as are the offers. Friendly enough, seating available, but not an inspiring environment. The rewards system is complicated. My order wasn't good value for money, but the sub tasted nice.

Took over 1 hour to arrive from ordering. Food was cold

Had to cancel my original order and then re order because delivery time kept getting amended. ordered food at 12:30 it was fine 2:30 before something arrived purely down to pack of drivers . wouldn't be an issue if informed before ordering.

courier pressed delivered before even arriving at our property. Then dropped off another customers order and was gone before I made it back to our front door to get things corrected. No contact number for courier provided on app after he'd pressed delivered, subway don't have their details. just a poor way to run a very simple process.

Would always order from this branch rather than the town centre. I have a peculiar order and they always get it bang on. Never scrimp out on the requested ingredients and when I do collect in store they are always polite and kind.

Cristina & Lakshmy are the best and place is amazing.

Everything was delicious only thing was the sauce we had ordered never came in our delivery but apart from that everything was good.

The sub had hardly anything in it with 1 slice of bacon which I paid a pound fifty for and I ordered nachos and the gave me a bag of Doritos how can you mess the order up that bad

Nachos have enough cheese and sauce to cover 3 nachos. Embarrassing to think I paid for this.

abouslulty disgusting food I have had all abouslulty stone cold 🥶 and will not get again then the driver just left by front door and left on zimmer frame as had a ankle fusion and hard to get then order was messed correct food just wrong salad stuff for sandwich

why would you not toast the sandwiches? they came cold. there's not even an option to select toasted or warmed on just eat, which should be an option.

It was late, but through no fault of the driver - brand new address of new build house. He called and corrected quickly and delivered in good time.

Order 3 things and missed one major item can’t even read a receipt and still can’t get the food just get a refund when the whole purpose of ordering food is to have the food!!!

Unfortunately this is the 2nd order from this branch that has arrived with issues, always with BBQ. 1st order one sub was leaking sauce the other almost dry. This time there was no sauce at all. Totally spoilt my Friday night treat.

Hash browns were not in the vegetarian sub, and the garlic bread was awful. There was very minimal amount of garlic butter on there, with a similar lack of cheese. For £3.49, was extremely disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER. THEY SQUISHED THE FOOTLONG AND DIDNT ADD THE OTHER PARTS KF THE ORDER. DO NOT ORDER.

Order was late for a delivery that takes max 10 mins took 45 mins. The sandwich was squished and everything was cold even those it's supposed to be warm. Don't order today.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Lakshmi, in particular, has always been very helpful and always has a smile! 😊

Changed time of delivery multiple time ended up waiting nearly 2 hours and when it did arrive the food was stone cold won’t be ordering again .

Ordered my food for 13:10, food was delivered at 13:33. When I tracked the driver he was at Maccys, then obviously on to deliver that meaning my 1 bit of hot food was cold.

Absolute idiots to say the least partner went in on lunch to get 2 sandwiches turkey got back to work open it up and got 2 sandwiches with just salad no turkey called up to complain been asked to come back when I’m at work absolute joke your staff need more training who gets a sandwich with no filling

Worst Subway i have had. Meatballs were cold & very overcooked - was like eating cardboard. Dusting of cheese when i paid for double

This was the last good subway in Banbury but the last sandwich I got had such little filling I won't be going back. When you spend almost £10 on a sandwich I expect there to be chicken at the ends of the sandwich not just a little in the middle!

Driver turned up with order from wrong restaurant, with someone else's name and then said he would be back. Odd how he decided to mark it as complete.

Ordered at 12:15pm for a asap delivery, time given was 12:50-1:15 which was perfect for my lunchtime 1-1:30. Turned up at 2:30pm. Over 1 hour late so didn’t end up eating it till I finished work. Very disappointed with delivery time

Delivery driver ringing the door 10-15 time continuously, he said he was in a rush !!!!

Dunno why, but subway always has trouble getting delivery drivers and the lead time is usually an hour after order or more.

Food took around 1hr 20mins to arrive and was cold when it arrived.

The food was wrong, they confused the two wraps and put the wrong things in them and they arrived cold.

Overall no flavour! No effort into packing the nachos just a blob of sauce. Disappointing!

I have been frequenting this store for over five years, the staff and their service have been consistently and exceedingly sublime. I have a gluten intolerance and the kind staff find it no inconvenience to fetch fresh ingredients from the back, in fact customer satisfaction appears to be their number one imperative. Would highly recommend this store over it’s local competitors.

Ordered at 12:45 and arrived at 14:10. I could have walked to the shop and picked it up in the time it took to arrive. When I opened the bag the crisps were already open and they tasted awful so I threw them away. The salad was awful… don’t order from this shop or use just eat for delivery it’s shocking.

Waited 2hrs for this delivery to turn up it took the driver almost 1hr from leaving the shop to our front door. Food was stone cold no apologies were made

Poor customer service both staff were expressionless no smiles hardly any eye contact there was flies all over the place I literally had to tell the man move the fly away from the food the young blonde girl lost half my salad trying to cut the footlong in half the bread was over cooked literally burnt the ends on mine and the customer before worst subway I've ever been

Very good staff. Greeted with a smile and friendly service. Staff was fast and accurate and was very keen to help with allergens with other guests. Leaps and bounds better then then subway in town

Didn't receive the correct sandwich.

The staff easily get confused and make big mistakes with orders, the menu might say your order has elements but they will disagree. You can only have salad if your server allows it, the restaurant is often dirty and if a just eat collector comes in you might as well abandon your lunch as they will get into a fluster and make mistakes

Said the driver was outside for over 20 minutes. Don't know what he was doing. Food was cold by the time I got it and that was well over an hour after I had ordered.

I was waiting over an hour for my food for the delivery driver to not even deliver to my address, to just drive off with my food after I saw him out the window, was going to meet him but he drove off and ticked my delivery off as it had been delivered , I am pregnant and was my only way of having some food, I am extremely upset and angry over the service I have been given and I think it’s appalling that the driver and signed it to be delivered when i didn’t even receive it, absolutely no attempts to contact me just to drive off

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered through just eat waited over an hour for my food to be delivered, when the driver got here o saw him out the window and was going to meet him as I thought he couldn’t find my address, when I got outside he drove off with my food, then had the cheek to say it had be delivered through just eat, when I rang the restaurant up they said they couldn’t do nothing as they can’t contract delivery drivers which there in no security for the consumer, and told me to get in contact with just eat, which doesn’t help me now, no way to contact just eat other than email which takes 5 days to reply, I’m currently pregnant and have been left starving, the restaurant told me that this happens all the time and will not turn up to the restaurant with the food as they would of most likely of eaten it, so I’ve just basically paid for someone else’s lunch which is disgusting, and me and my unborn baby have been left starving, if your ordering from this restaurant I would heavily advice against and there is no secure guarantee that you will have your food, what a joke

Understaffed and very long waiting times, to be fair to the staff. They were working very hard. This stems from above. I noticed the Uber eats/ just eat apps have slowed down the business and their orders are prioritised above those waiting in line. I also wasn’t allowed to customise my order which is a big surprise because i never had this issue in the past. I feel like there could have been an explanation for this at least.

They got my order right n nothing was damaged this time but food was cold ! No one wants cold nachos or cold crinkle cut wedges

Oh my, the customer service of this subway was absolutely impeccable! So much so I’d give it ten stars if I could! Izzy’s a wizard with how fast she is! Lovely customer service, will definitely be coming back soon!:)

We love subway & order frequently. Tonight the seal on our bag was broken, nachos were missing from our order & the wrapping on the sub had been opened & rewrapped. So, we could not eat our meal due to safety concerns. Called Subway twice, no answer

Food is stone cold. And got my order nearly an hour after ordering it.

Could barely tell if they were open so much steam and condensation on the store front glass. Went in for a tuna sub the staff were very miserable just kept asking 'anything else?' There was a young boy and girl working, it felt like they really didn't want to be there. Being a manager myself I can read people quickly. He then made our sub and went to the back and the girl made us a small hot chocolate when it was meant to be large. When I asked if this is large ? she just took the cup and poured it in a large cup whilst having a disagreement with the boy who didn't inform her of the size... she just added more milk shut the lid placed it on the counter turned away and went to the back as well. Me and my partner didn't appreciate the attitude or the lack of service. No friendliness or a smile or a simple 'sorry I will fix that for you right away' We live local and have come here once in 3 weeks for a quick lunch but this is by far the most awkward service. Additionally the filling was mixed up in the salad pls ensure for allergen reasons to keep them separate and refreshed and change your gloves every time you make a sub.
