Subway in South Kesteven

I didn't recieve one of the item from my order

Delivery was fine, tracker showed a fast journey straight to me. food however was stone cold so must have been made well before the driver arrived to pick it up

delivery driver left food at the wrong address!

The delivery driver rang me saying he could not find my address. I explained where it was and he still gave my food to the wrong house. I’ve been given a credit to cover the food but why have I paid to deliver this to someone else’s house? Waste of time and money. Driver couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand where my address is so he is clearly in the wrong job!!!!!!

Absolutely nightmare to be served by the lad name Brandon? Talking with his friend not doing anything. About 10 mins of waiting and still no where close. Very disappointed

the order was not what I ordered, there was a different sandwich and it ended up in the trash

Don't think you can get coffee there in the mornings...

Only fault was no poached eggs, which I ordered

Was this told delivery was due 12:11, considering i asked for it to be delivered by 12pm when ordered at around 8:30am the same day

Atrocious. No drivers turned up to the restaurant, 90 minutes after I’d ordered the food, and after zero communication from Just Eat I rang the restaurant and the lady at Subway very kindly made my order after they’d officially closed and allowed me to collect it in person. She deserves a bonus.

Ordered at half 12 for ASAP. Original delivery time said 1245. Food arrived at 14:05. Far too long a wait and then food was cold

Just attended this Subway and the staff there need training on customer service skills. As i approached the counter the tall lanky young lad with blondy/sandy colour hair who looked scruffy (probably a good job he didnt have a name badge on as I would have added it to the review) turns to his collegue and says "You've got a customer"... if your gonna say this make sure its not within ear shot of the customer.. Also at the time he was stood round doing nothing while his collegue was doing something. After a brief arguement between them both of who was actually gonna serve me his collegue came over and started making my sandwich while talking to the lanky lad... she then plastered cheese all over it and then says "did you want cheese??" I thought bit late now... once finished, i went to pay... and when i paid she just turned round and continued talking to the lanky lad without saying bye or anything as this point the lanky lad was read receipts and handling peoples food with no gloves on... sandwich was average nothing to write home about.... cant say ill be returning anytime soon.. if you want a decent sandwich and service go to Subway on the High Street.

Food wasn't very hot when arrived

My sandwich was terrible, poorly thrown together, literally!! The chicken bite things and cheesy garlic slice were absolutely stone cold. Just awful 😖 go to the one on the high street

People working in this Subway don't get any proper training 🤦🏼‍♀️ they toasted my whole wrap, with veggies and sauce in it, instead of just vegan patty and wrap was half empty, just one piece of each veg I asked for. And hush browns look and taste like they were reheated couple of times. I'm very happy with delivery, but food itself from Bridge End Road was horrible. Wish I could order from High Street but I think Just Eat changes location based on distance.

Love the food as you know what you're getting although the staff were very unprofessional and whining about everything they had to do. Don't do it in front of customers. I will not return here! Rather park up in town and go to the one in the centre.

Food was fine, would have been nice to have the option to heat the TLC in the salad. Poor service as I specifically requested cutlery and none arrived. I am staying in a hotel and luckily thr restaurant next door could provide me with some.

Food was stone cold, nachos Freezing, food ment to be toasted and it come cold! Annoyed ain't the word messed up my whole morning breakfast

The nachos ordered were freezing, not happy 😑 not even an offer to re prepair the food.

Received a call from the store to say what I ordered wasn’t in stock. I changed my order but the food didn’t arrive for another 90 mins and was cold and soggy. Had to put all the sides in the air fryer

1 pot of sauce missing but always mad mad early and food ain't too bad for what u pay.

Quickest delivery came within 15 mins of ordering haha an good was great lots of little bits in one delivery for cheap. The small portions of sides are VERY small though beware.

Beautifuly presented, fresh appetising food. A good amount of food for your money.

Subs were good but missing items as cookies were not included

It was super fast, and just what we wanted.

Really terrible order tonight meat balls in the foot long sub and meatball pot all burnt and rock hard, hardly any sauce. Couldn't even eat the meatballs they were actually black on one side shame I can't add photos! So instead of enjoying a £24 delivery its in the bin!

First and last time i will have a Subway Coffee it was tasteless, expensive & served in a small cheap looking cup, worst takeaway coffee out there.

Great food. Little feedback- the wraps were marked up wrong and what was in the wraps was different to what was wrote on the packaging, this could cause a problem for allergies etc, which is why I have taken a star off for restaurant service.

Lovely smiley energetic woman served me the biggest sub I have seen. Exactly how it is supposed to be. Thanks

Delivery driver on his phone talking outside for a few mins I had to go out and get my food.

I asked for the cookies to be nut free as we are highly allergic to nuts and they sent the cookies with almonds in them so they contaminated the rest of the cookies so had to throw them away

Sent to the wrong house, the house it was given to rang and dropped it off

Well, a return visit today and must say very disappointed to say the least, food was ok, as I ordered, but the service was painfully slow, all down to online ordering, delivery drivers/riders etc.... Pushing into collect, not the best idea for a relatively small operation

The nachos portion was tiny asked for no salami in one of the subs but still gave us it not happy at all

Delivered in like 15 mins was fresh hot and good quality. Very impressed

Exceptional staff customer service

Good choices, friendly staff & reasonably priced - what's not to like ?

Worst service ever! 2 people serving, 1 doing internet orders and ignoring the other customers. The female that served us, well where do i start.... Finished serving the people in front, messed about looking at receipts and avoiding eye contact, dissappeard in the back and returned a minute later taking forever to put gloves on. I assumed with the tilt of the head (in a what do want manner like a bar man in a busy pub) she was ready for my order. Didn't speak while having to ask "cheese and toasted?". Then the salad was dumped in the middle of the sandwich in a can't be arsed manner, no attempt to spread the full length (too hard? Too much effort?). Then paying, can i make it a meal deal? "Yeah", just yeah, not what you like! Followed by having to reach under the screen to tap my card because reaching closer with the card machine was too much effort and the same with passing the food over. Tgen to add insult to injury get back to work and she didn't even cut the 2 foot longs we purchased!! I saw more enthusiasm in the dead badger i saw at the side of the road this morning!!

Terrible staff, working with horrible attitude. Employees seem like it's a punishment for them to be there. Absolutely terrible. I'd rather never eat anything again than go to this Subway with this staff.

It's a tiny Subway in a tiny Spar shop. If there is more than three people in the queue then you block the shop up. The actual sandwiches are no better or worse than any other Subway, and the staff pretty decent.

Improved range of sandwiches was a pleasant surprise.

Really disappointed on my visit,they had bit of cucumber and lettuce, slice of tomatoe and some rather gross looking sweet corn, would class that as choosing fresh ! And the lady was really rude ,she had a couldn't be bothered attitude! Not going to that place again ever! Yucky
