I ordered chicken in batter and the batter was soggy and chicken only just cooked as was a little hard in places

Was a good place to order from years ago but after trying recently food was terrible, "grown ups" visible in kitchen more interested in playing on their phones and just stared at blankly when confronted.

Review as low as possible as was told was too busy on a Saturday to do anything gluten free, despite being willing to wait. Shocking service and won't use again.

Miss Golden Beach after living in Australia for several years. Always the best Chinese 👌

This is my favourite takeaway. I am always greeted in a friendly manner if i go into the branch to order and collect my takeaway. When ordering for home delivery, for example, tonight, I ordered at 18 40 and it was delivered at 19.05. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a lovely hot takeaway. Try them you will not be disappointed

Food quality definitely on the decline over recent months. Ordered sweet and sour chicken nearly all sauce with poor quantity pieces of chicken. Beef and mushroom, all mushrooms with almost no beef and what was there was tough and fatty. Spring rolls were not cooked on the inside. All together a poor meal.

Just had food delivered (Barnack) still hot by the time it was delivered, plenty of meat in the dishes I ordered, very tasty 😋

Ordered food to be delivered, an hour wait (but was told this when ordering) so that was no problem. The issue was that the food was tepid when it reached us (we live about half a mile away) The food itself was fine but the temperature was a disappointment.

Such a shame. Used to be a good chinky. Now all you get is cold incorrect food and an arrogant kid on the phone . Never will I use these guys again .

The Singapore chow mein is class

Food was always half decent at best. Today it was on the border of the worst takeaway ever. It has really gone downhill if that is possible.after 4 years of average enough is enough. Co op ding meal is probably better.

food was great but the delivery man as a bit rude as i ordered like half a hour before closing and he moaned saying the i have to order earlier as it closes at 9:40 even tho it states online ect it closes at 10pm. did also forget the egg fried rice as well

Starters are very good. Mains are alright. Best in Deeping but could be better. Chilli beef is not good. Rest is ok.

They forgot an item , I had a bag fall apart, they sorted it within minutes and delivered. Highly recommended. Food was really nice and tasty. Many thanks

Food ordered 6:25 ( benefit of doubt say 6:30). Delivered 8:1O.Chased at 7:45 to be advised a further 10 mins. Food arrived, lukewarm is being generous. First and last time I will use

Ordered and waited 2 hours for food to arrive, rang to chase up the order and still did not deliver with said time frame. When arrived food was luke warm, offered no compensation other than more food which we didn't want to waited another 2 hours for. Will go else where next time.

Had a delivery via foodhub tonight, 1st time doing so. The delivery man was very friendly, the food was piping hot still. Everything we ordered was gorgeous and the portions very generous. The rice was the best I've had in a good while, just the way I like it, not stodgy and no peas! Highly recommend this Chinese Takeaway.

Great little takeaway with 2 decent menus. I always eat from the £9 menu which provides a lot of food for me. Limited parking around the back but just be careful coming off or going onto the mini roundabout as some people don't notice the drive. No website but can find on face book but they don't seem to show the £9 menu there and I keep losing my menus.

Still very good food chained the menu could not get duck Chinese style with been sprouts witch I love pity

Terrible!! Order special curry and just got beef and chicken! House special noodles cut up short and nothing special in it!! Foods gone down in standards and price gone up, won't be going back!

Love this place. Big portions and great food at great prices. I find the portions have more meat and less veg than others in the area.

Always tasty and good menu and value

First time trying this Chinese takeaway. It was recommended to us by our neighbour. Food was so delicious. I can especially recommend the house special curry, the chicken chow mein and the sweet and sour chicken wings were definitely my favourite. Food was ready in 15 minutes and was hot and delicious. We even got some free chicken wings. Can't fault them at all. We've found our new favourite Chinese takeaway. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

This place has gone downhill it used to be really nice but for some reason now it is worse than bad thought it was a one off at first and we tried it again and have to say it's the worst Chinese ever the chips look and taste like they were yesterday's chips the rice is stodgy as is the batter on all chicken dishes it just don't taste good anymore even our dog is not interested and that's saying something so I'm afraid golden branch house have lost our custom forever.

Always brilliant food and they always remember I am the lady who doesn't like prawn crackers! Lovely, friendly service. Great size portions and varied menu. Worth driving to collect. Even last night, when it was incredibly busy, the food was still top quality!

First time had a take away from here will be going again highly recommend

Chicken balls tasted stale,beef chow mien was burnt, Chrispy beef was soggy feels like they warmed up yesterday’s leftovers only thing decent was egg fried rice, chips, ribs, no wonder you threw in free chicken wings!!!! £35 I wish I kept

I hadnt tried this place before, but its really good and competitively priced. Can be tricky to park during peak times when collecting so best to park in the leisure centre car park over the road!
