Costa in South Kesteven

Nice staff, nice hot chocolate and way cheaper than the nearby Starbucks.

The only shop at the train station but unfortunately they do not get it managed. No chance to grab a fast coffee while waiting for the next train.

Was needing a drink and food bad, my bank card wouldn't work and I only had 50 pound note to pay and refused me even tho he was just shutting up soon. What a place where people cant help someone who they see was in need

Lovely staff but why they always put tonnes of froth on a latte? No point buying a large cos the contents fit easily inside a medium cup once all the froth has subsided, if I wanted cappuccino I’d have ordered one!

I’ve been using this costa for a year. There is often guy serving, he’s great and understands the need for pace. Sometimes there is a lady, she’s lovely - but so slow. We are often left frustrated that we can’t get out coffee when we’ve allowed plenty of time.

Loud and brash girl serving, zero customer service skills and couldn't make a cortado if her life depended on, also the guy serving that looks like steptoe please smarten yourself up your serving the public....

Please provide some training to the lady making coffees on 27/10 in the afternoon. Terrible.

Took grandkids to Grantham station to watch the trains had drinks on platform one very well organised ,staff very efficient , pleasant,and very welcoming.well done Costa Grantham station.

I love Costa's skinny, decaf, mocha, but it takes so long to get served. This is because every drink is freshly made. Tastes fab but I dont like the wait.

This place is tired, staff uninterested, coffee now bitter and not nice. Last visit to a Costa, shame always our first port of call.

I was so sleepy and that coffee came up just on time...

Mint thing was very nice. Guy serving seemed a bit grumpy, but I'll put it down to the heat :p

Costa kiosk Platform 1 of the train station with fast and friendly service. Perfect spot to get a coffee before boarding the train.
